Full service accessible body shop. Works with major insurance companies. Have had vehicles repaired to pristine shape in past. Works with local Emterprise locations. Phone is not always answered. Satellite location is reasonably located - when car was totalled, relocated there before sent to salvage. Trustworthy.

We have had multiple Volvos (3) repaired at this shop. 5/5 Top notch. No faff.Staff are professional human beings that provide you all the information you need to make your decision.All repairs done at this shop.Suspension after accident.Dent/scratch after accidentDoor, fender, panel replacement/repairPaint correction.All done so well, you'd never suspect work has been performed.Service cost is acceptable. Not cheap. Not expensive but at level with the outstanding customer service and workmanship. "You get what you pay for." applies at Ed and Jim's!

I had a scrape on my car and Ed and Jim s was right down the street, gave them a call as soon as they opened and they took a look at it, within the half hour, told me the numbers. Bryson was a major help, I wanted to pay out-of-pocket but he actually recommended I went the insurance route.Cheers to him for that!My car is a White Pearl so it took maybe a day or two longer than if it wasn t but I am more than satisfied with the results! I normally do not write reviews but the experience here was extremely satisfying. I had the front struts and rear shocks replaced on my Tundra 2003 Truck and WOW ! , the truck had never ridden this well. These guys were courteous, kept in touch during the repair and the final job was phenomenal. They even detailed/washed the truck for me. Who still does this?Not to mention the price beat all.Thanks Ed and Jims !Service: Steering & suspension repair

I recently had my car in this shop for accident repair. The insurance decided to total the car and. I brought the car back when to pickup and found it stripped of all the good working parts. The headlights hurt the most they cost over $800 per. I asked for them back and was told they throw away good working parts.I have pictures of how the vehicle was dropped off and filed a police report.See before and after photos of how i dropped of the vehicle and how i got it back.

I had my car repaired here and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The quality of workmanship was poor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my 2018 Volvo S90 T5 worked on at Ed and Jim's Body Shop. The Shop Manager Bryan personally handled my car. Bryan called me daily with updates. I had difficulties dealing with both GEICO and Enterprise. Bryan made calls on my behalf to both GEICO and Enterprise, this was not in his job description but he did so to assist me. Once I got my car back it was better than the day I purchased the vehicle. Ed and Jim does top notch body work and even better customer service!!!!

Great place to bring your car for either Insurance or Personal fixes. I ve brought my car in for both and each time I ve gotten it back the work was done amazingly and my car was cleaned inside and out! Everything they did was crystal clear and efficient. They were very communicative able the steps they took and timelines.

First of all, I wouldn t send a toy car there if I had to. I dropped off my car at this shop as my insurance company recommended it. After I received my car, there was a check engine light on. They scanned the check engine light and reset it instead of telling me the truth of what the code said. As I drove home, the light came back on again. I took the car to a different auto body shop and they confirmed the light was because my air intake valve was damaged. The air intake valve was not broken when the car was dropped off nor was it mentioned/listed on the pre-inspection/pre estimate by them and my insurance company. Nor was there a check engine light on AFTER the initial accident. Please use this as a caution. The regret and the remorse that came with them was not worth the headache.Service: Body & Trim

My driver side window was broken in and my steering wheel airbag was stolen. My insurance sent my car to this shop. Service was quick but when I got my car back there were still super small shards of glass around the console and my car horn was not working. Also, my wheel alignment was a bit off. I had just had a full oil change and alignment 2 months ago so I thought the incident or the process of fixing the wheel caused my wheel alignment to go off. Also, I did not realize the horn was not working until the next day. The drive back to this shop was not convenient especially since I am not from the area. I think it is a careless mistake to not check if the horn is functional after working on the steering wheel. It was wasted time and gas for me. When I voiced my concern for the wheel alignment, they said it will not be covered by my insurance since the car was not driven during the theft. Disappointment.I really am not the type of person to complain or make reviews but I really did not enjoy my service from here.

Had my car repaired here through Geico Auto Express after a recent rear end collision. They were all super nice and had my car fixed in less than 10 days. The work looks great - can't even tell it had a new rear quarter panel put on.

Went to Ed and Jim's to repair my front bumper after rebar broke it on the highway. The staff was very welcoming and walked me through the process. I went to this shop for my first time off of other reviews and they came highly recommended. Everyone I encountered at the shop was so nice and helpful. I dealt with Bryson and I will definitely be coming here again. They did a great job on my car and in a timely manner. This will be my go-to-shop from now on. I just picked up my vehicle from getting repaired at Ed & Jim's. Customer service was great, i was always updated throughout my repairs and my car is looking good as new. I will most certainly be back and refer everyone i know to this shop!

Kendra and Josh were great to work with. Very professional and friendly people! They got my car in quickly and it looks great! I was involved in an accident and they made my car look brand new again. It was cleaned before I picked up too which was something I wasn't expecting. The rental car was extremely convenient too, they called Enterprise for me for pick up and drop off. They are all stars! I had minor scrapes on the back/rear of my new brand Toyota Venza. They scheduled me an appointment much fasted than others. They did a great job. The car looks a new brand again. They fixed the car only in 2 days while other told me it takes more than one week. They have a good collaboration with progressive. These guys are great. My brand new car was in an accident and at 7 months pregnant, the situation was extremely stressful for me. They took care of everything, even called Enterprise and returned my rental car for me. The turn around on my car being complete was very quick, even in the current market with lots of manufacturing delays due to the pandemic, the body work was able to get done quickly. Had insurance work done on our 2016 explorer. Some cosmetic repair and taillight replacement. The cosmetic looks perfect. Paint match is perfect. They were extremely accommodating and very timely in fixing the vehicle. Will definitely visit for any future repairs needed.

They were quick but when I went to pick up my car, there were 4 people sitting in the office. No one walked me out to inspect the vehicle and go over what all was fixed (which i'm not used to).... No guarantee of work performed. I was just handed my keys and final work-up and told to have a nice day.

Every time that I have brought my car here, I have received excellent service. They have been very accommodating and helpful for me to get the work that I have needed done quickly, but with great quality, and affordable as well. The last time I brought my car to them, I had thought the service was going to take a few hours, but my car was all ready after about an hour so I could get back on my way. And my car was working wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend them for all of your car repair needs.

I was in a car accident and took my car here to be repaired. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very friendly. When I went to get my car I almost cried because it looked brand new from all the work they did but the kicker was that THEY CLEANED MY CAR! Inside and out! It was covered in dog hair before and not a single hair in sight when I got it. Very happy with them!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Excellent Service & Beautiful Work! I took my car in on Monday and had it back Friday. All the guys in the shop are courteous & professional and communicated every step of the process, it is refreshing to get phone calls with updates. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of courtesy and respect that my wife and I received from Justin at their shop. My wife's car got sideswiped in the snow storm a few weeks back and we shopped about 15 different garages to see who was going to give us the best quote. There were a few that were right around the same amount but I felt the most comfortable with this place after speaking with Justin. I was actually not able to go with my wife to drop the car off so I was a little nervous that they were going to sucker her into a ton of fixes that we didn't need but that actually didn't happen. They treated my wife with the same respect that they treated me with and they actually gave her the same exact quote that they gave me. They also gave her a rental while the car was being fixed. Quarter panels and doors look great! They matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the car. I will be returning to Ed & Jim's for any future work that I need done on any of our families cars and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks me.

They were amazing to work with and fabulous work-my car looks brand new! I was in an accident, took it for a quote-didnt feel appreciated by that vendor. Went to ed & Jim's, they came outside, talked to me, walked me through the process including who their perferred rental company was and what I needed from the insurance company. The morning of drop off was super easy, went over. Issues and called rental company for pick up. When my car was done (on schedule with their estimate), I received a call, dropped the rental off there, someone came out told me what was done (they even fixed some old damage) and cleaned out the inside of my car!! Would use them again, but hope I dont have to!!
