My car needed a lot of repairs and I took it to Curtis auto and they did a great job I am very happy to say I trust them completely, some old friends recommended them and I m so glad they did because it s hard to find a garage that you can trust, especially a woman who just walks in alone and needs car repairs, my car rides so nice now and that makes me very happy and they couldn t have been any nicer! Now I have piece of mind knowing I can take my car there and get a truthful estimate and excellent work! Thank you so much Curtis s Auto

I've taking two cars to them and have always had excellent customer service. They are with to give you feedback on your vehicle and to let you know your options. They are NOT pushy in any way.They are very busy though, so plan accordingly.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Called to set up appointment yesterday. Spoke to the John I think and he said 9 or 10 am because it might take a while. I wasn t keen on dropping it off but could hang around somewhere. I come in and the place is filled. Then one big guy comes and said the person I spoke w/ had put me down for 8am. I replied that we agreed on 9 or 10 which is why I came at 9:30am obviously. Then the guy just laughed while walking away. Who does that ?! Thought that was rude as and NOT professional. Glad I didn t get my stuff done here :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trustworthy and reasonably priced shop. My family has had wonderful results since the 90 s with several vehicles that have been serviced by Curtis Auto. If you are searching for an honest, talented mechanic, you should go to Curtis Auto Services. We like to keep our cars. Curtis was straight forward about what was needed and the pricing was far more reasonable for the work we needed than dealership pricing.You'll want to go back!

Was sent a tow for my disabled vehicle through Geico and could not be more pleased with the service received. Their driver didn't just come out and tow. He took the time to take a look at my car and got me on the road without needing to be towed to a shop. He even took a moment to try to calm my anxiety. I forgot your name dude but your kindness will be remembered! Curtis Auto, thank you!

This morning I used this Tow company for my vehicle that was stolen and was out @ the City Pound on Pulaski Highway. The driver showed up And was very friendly I didn't get a chance to ask for his name But I believe he has a Daughter name Tabitha ?? HE assisted me and my husband with the Tow and gave us excellent Recommendations. THANKYOU i was feeling really Down And this gentleman brightened my Day . EXCELLENT CUSTOMER'S SERVICE IS A must you will never know what a individual is going through aswell

My daughter's car is at this shop....never met any of these guys but when I called this old guy answers and he is very rude but upon going into the shop they were all nice and even gave us 2020 calender books, so I came back to update my review. Can't go by one person who may be having a bad day I guess.

There isn't a seating area, so prepare to drop off your car and to have reliable transport to and from there, unless you live in the area to walk. Despite that, there are 3-4 men working there and they are super nice, even on the phone. They don't try to add 'neccesary' services, only what you need done. There is an option to drop off at night cuz honestly, I can't wake up early enough to drop off in the morning and I don't mind waiting for a call to let me know that they are done.

One of the drivers (Huff) completely cut me off in traffic. When I pulled up to ask him why he flipped me off and cursed me out. Wow what a great local company.Telling everyone I know not to use Curtis Towing!

These guys have been taking care of my family's vehicles for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Pleasant to work with and honest. Couldn't ask for anything more.

You guys never cease to amaze me. here it is the day before the Christmas holidays, your hoping to get out early to be with family and you prefab a piece so you can bypass a a busted air conditioner compressor and get my sons car on the road. This isn't the first time you've done this to save customers money. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.

These guys were amazing. I have a 74 bronco and they have taken care of everything for me. Very nice people and great customer service. Took care of me right away and continue to do so.

Very fast, excellent service. Kenny is an example of how customer service should be done. Speedy pickup, careful with the vehicle, and a fun conversation on the way to repair.

Towing. The towing was trash. I was told by a driver himself that the towing truck is old and he end up messing up my wheel alignment

RUDE! I scheduled a tow and someone from the office called me to confirm. He was rude, abrupt and impolite.Poor customer service is a no-no for me! Never again!

One of their tow trucks almost ran me off 695 going about 85 mph weaving through cars. Not the best advertising..
