Only shop I've ever used and never been disappointed! Quick and efficient service and incredibly fair pricing, always upfront and honest and don't invent non-existing issues just for extra money like most other mechanics. Excellent, friendly staff.

Asked to have my tires and brakes checked after car had been sitting for five years. Husain said they were fine and they were not. Tires have cracks in them, brakes were rusted. Asked him to flush all fluids out and replace, he did not flush out my brake fluid(which was black) and radiator fluid... was not completed. After complaining to him about lack of effort made on my car, he proceed to talk bad about my mother. So incredibly furious with this establishment. He is old, understaffed and basically took my $2500 for a while lot of nothing.

Hossein and his staff are great people. This man knows everything about Mercedes and can save you a lot of money by not going to the Mercedes dealership. This is the go to place if you need service work on your Mercedes. This man is an absolute expert and has many years of experience.

I can't recommend Caspian Motors highly enough. They are honest, trustworthy, and extremely professional. I recently had a strange and ominous rumbling sound when I was driving.� It sounded like it was going to be a very expensive fix, and I was dreading what the cost would be. A friend referred me to Caspian, whom she had used for years. Caspian immediately zeroed in on the problem and fixed it for a fraction of what I expected to pay.� In addition, the proprietor, Hossein, is a true gentleman. He was patient with all my questions, very prompt in making the diagnosis, and quick to call and talk it over. After having many experiences of feeling unsure about the fairness and honesty of mechanics, I feel confident that I've now found one whose integrity and trustworthiness are beyond reproach. I'll be using Caspian Motors exclusively going forward.

Hosein is an Excellent Mechanic especially with mercedes vehicles. When ever there is an issue with anyone of my vehicles he finds the solutions and get them back to original specs. Do NOT use this company to fix your car. I took my car to them because it was turning on and off. I didn t know what the problem was. He told me I needed a new battery and a couple things to get my car running back in order! I said ok how much he said $850.When I went to pick the car up he told me the price changed to $1070. I asked him why? He said because he saw 2 whole close to engine I said ok. He took $100off I got into my car and caught a flat in 1min! Mind you he SAID he did a full inspection of the car which must have been a lie!!! He felt bad and gave me a ride home. He put new tire on My car but now my HEAT is not working he said $400 more. It s winter time I have a child so I got it fixed the next day. I had my car for less than 24hours. It BROKE down again! I called him he was rude and disrespectful!!!!! His daughter called and apologized for his actions and said they will fix the car. They fixed the car the next day I went to pick my car up and it broke down AGAIN!! I didn t have my car for more than 1day!!!!! I called him and told him I gave this man $1,400 to fix my car and it still won t drive! What did I pay him for?! He was rude hung up on me! I asked my father to call because I felt as though because I am a women he was treating me wrong. He hung up on my dad also!!!!! Awful company !!! Bad customer service!!! They do not fix car properly!!! And after they take your money they don t care how your car runs. He telling me my car as 190k that s why it s not working! NO sir! He did not fix it properly and why would you take 1,400 from me if you couldn t fix my car ?????Do NOT use this company if you care about your car!!!!! I have contact BBB and made a claim!!!!Do not use this company!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! These men are FRAUDS!!They will have you sitting around and waiting all day when they sit there eating and making crude jokes only to have you find out that they didn't even do any of the work on your car. My routine mechanic(who is my friend's father) told me that the "shocks" they replaced were factory parts that my car came with! My car is squeaking and rubbing down my tires 4 months later!In other words, they didn't change the parts! They take hundreds of dollars from you, claiming "oh we are giving you a discount"frauds.A few years ago, I brought my jeep to them to get a fuel injector replaced and the dummy who worked on my car didn't put an O-ring on the fuel injector. I get halfway to my house and my car smokes and catches on fire. I don't even know why I ever went to these stupid men! They don't know anything about cars and the man in the back is an illegal immigrant.

The negative reviews of Caspian are ridiculous. If you're getting your vehichle serviced here, I will assume you are tired of taking it to the dealer. Hussein and his employees have been serving my cars for years and have saved me thousands of dollars. This is what you call, a real mechanic. I dealt with Hunt Valley Mercedes where a bunch of young kids hook your car up to a computer. Hussein not only has fixed every single problem with my vehicles for a fraction of the cost, but he stands by his work. I just will have to assume the negative reviews are from other competing shops, because this shop is fantastic. May not have all the bells and whistels and nice waiting area, but they do the job, the right way and are beyond reasonable.

I took my car to Caspian Motors on Dec 28, 2015 and was told it had a bad engine. The owner told me they had to take the engine apart three times before they could find out why my car was loseing oil. On Jan 22, 2015 they received a full payment for parts and labor. The owner stated that he didn't get enough money for the work that was performed. He refused to release my car back to me unless I give him four hundred and fifty more dollars. My car is still sitting on his lot repaired. I have to get a lawyer in order to get my car. Don't think this is a joke, don't take your car to this shop.

Theres alot of horrible reviews throughout the years and not one good review from the people who are pleased! And im srry that more people write when angry than they do when they are happy. Im here to tell ya that i am happy with the service i have been getting. Im a college student with a bmw! As a car owner in general dont wait until your check engine comes on and then be upset with a mechanic.. Do your routine checkups with your car in the first place to keep your expensive car healthy! There have been times ive gone to him and i was reallly short on money because of school and they would help me out! Ive had a honda before my bmw and he has worked on both. I trust them and they havent screwed me. I believe ive been with caspian since 2012 now.. You know.. To each there own but you should also hear from a happy customer as well.. After all they ARE still in business lol im sure theres plenty more happy customers who just havent taken the time to say why they have been loyal to caspianThanks

I discovered Caspian Motors through my parents, who have been taking their cars there for many years for anything from an oil change to a major repair. When I bought my car, Caspian became my mechanic shop of choice as well. I can see why my parents had become such loyal customers of Caspian s Their service is absolutely impeccable:1. Extremely knowledgeable (they can troubleshoot and correctly diagnose any issue. Hearing a weird noise that s hard to describe? They will be able to pinpoint the exact part that is causing it down to the screw, if applicable. The owner, Hossein, is hands-on with the work and knows everything about cars a superb and true master mechanic)2. Honest (if that obscure part costs $10 to replace, that s what they will charge you. I have never been or felt overcharged. Far from it, I have been shocked sometimes how little I ve had to pay for something I thought was going to be a big fix)3. Courteous and professional (this is a family-owned business and they care about each and every customer whether it s your very first visit to the shop or your hundredth)4. Clear communication (other mechanic shops try to overcomplicate explanations in an effort to dupe customers or cause them to give up and surrender to their estimates. Caspian has always taken the time to explain my car issues to me in layman s terms and answer my questions with patience)5. Quick (they have always taken care of my car in a timely manner. If there were times a part had to be ordered, they communicated that to me and set very reasonable expectations around timelines see Clear Communication section above ).Caspian Motors is a rare gem. Hossain and his crew are really good at what they do. I've yet to take my car and have them not know what the problem is or how to fix it. They're open pretty early and will accommodate most circunstances so long there is communication.

Horrible car repair, and will fix your car without an approval!Also, when you try to call back their missed call or voice message, they block their number(private number), and don't leave a number for follow up.I don't recommend, and stay away!You've been warned!!!
