Everything was done professionally! I needed my low air tire sensors replaced. I spoke to a representative several weeks before I took my car in for service to get an estimate. When I was ready to schedule my appointment they were able to take me at the time I preferred. After I left my vehicle with them to do the work, they kept me apprised of what other items needed repaired & what was necessary to do now & what we could wait a little longer to do. I am very pleased with their service as well as the respectful way I was treated by the service men. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there soon for the other repairs.

Service agent was friendly and welcoming.When it came to estimate he did not advance the tire protection option and the other agent that reviewed the effort explained before printing invoice. With most all purchases, computers, appliances, this is an option. I travel locally only. I should be able to decline and would appreciate credit.

Wrong tires on my Chevy van!About 2 weeks ago I was getting my Chevy Express 2500 ready to do some camping in New Hampshire with my girlfriend. When I took it in to my regular mechanic for an oil change, he told me I had the wrong tires on my van. Several months prior, I bought 4 Gen Grabber HTS60 tires at Carney Tire Car Care it s the tire they recommended. It turns out that they put a set of lighter duty tires on by mistake. Here is why this is important. I had converted the van into a camper, so it was hauling 4 heavy deep cycle batteries, a fridge, cabinets, beds and a lot of gear. In other words, the van was going to be carrying a lot of extra weight and should have been fitted with tires that could handle that kind of load.I immediately went to Carney Tire and spoke with Brian the manager. We went out to see which tires had been installed and he said yep, these are not the right tires and we are sorry. If you can leave the van here for a few hours, we ll put the HTS60 s on for you. I said great, but I don t have a ride home. Brian said No problem, I ll take you home and deliver it to your house when it s done. Yes, I was angry when I found out that Carney Tire put the wrong tires on my vehicle but I don t think it was done intentionally. BRIAN SAW THAT A MISTAKE WAS MADE, APOLOGIZED AND MADE IT RIGHT!!! That says a lot about a person and the company.The next time I need tires or service, I m going to CarneyTire Car Care.Service: Tires

If you're in need of a trustworthy mechanic shop, Carney Tire is a fantastic option. I often feel like I'm getting scammed at other places, but the all of the staff at Carney tire are incredibly helpful and friendly. They do honest, quality work, and I always feel comfortable taking my car there to get any type of work done. If you're in the Parkville/Towson area, I highly recommend. I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service at Carney Tire and will continue to take my car there in the future. THANK YOU!

I absolutely LOVE this business! Everyone is polite, accommodating, and the work that they do is excellent. Additionally, their Web site is very convenient. Customers have the ability to request appointment times for various issues, and they are contacted promptly with information about where those requests stand. An absolutely TOP NOTCH Company!!

Friendly staff, fast service. My MD state inspection cost me $92 with tax and took about an hour. Called on Monday to make the appointment and they had an opening on Wednesday that same week! I was running 20 minutes late for my appointment and called them to see if they still had time for me. They were very nice about it, not rude at all, and could still inspect my car. I brought in one of my trucks for a wheel alignment. They confirmed my belief that it needed some deferred suspension maintaince addressed before a proper alignment could be done. I got a fair price on their pre-work inspection. Which is fabulous in today's feeble economy. I've ordered bearings, upper-control arms, ball-joints, outer tie-rods, and shocks. I'll get them installed then bring the truck back to have these gents perform the alignment.I'm convinced that my positive experience is how they'll treat you, too. Start a conversation with them about work you need done on one of your vehicles. See for yourself.2/20/24 UpdateI called on 2/19 to make an appointment for the alignment mentioned above. I was fortunate to get a slot the next day. I got a courtesy call after the work was done. The transaction was just the way I like it, linear and smooth. When I farm out work this is how I want things to go. Way to go Carney & Tire!

I recently moved from out of state and needed an inspection to register my vehicle in Maryland. I had made the unfortunate mistake of visiting another place that tried to convince me of an incredible amount of unnecessary repairs. After visiting with a colleague about it they recommended Carney Tire. The gentlemen at Carney were professional and clear with the inspection requirements for the state. They did not try to get me to authorize unnecessary repairs and were reasonable with the things that needed to be dealt with in order to pass the inspection. They were quick and courteous and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage. Absolutely recommend Carney Tire for all things automotive, including inspections on out of state vehicles.

was very very happy, I had to be out of there by a certain time to get to work, they made that happen, good quality tires for good price, all the workers I talked too were professional and nice, and can't beat free tire rotations for life of the tire, so all in all I definitely definitely recommend, for many reasons! I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.

My car had been hesitating and no one could figure out the problem including the dealership. The gentlemen at Carney Tire were able to figure out the problem and were HONEST enough to tell me due to the age and extensive mileage on my car it was not worth fixing. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and the friendly atmosphere of their business. I would highly recommend anyone to take their automotive issues to the wonderful and knowledgeable staff at Carney Tire.

Called the day before scheduled an appointment for 11 am to have two tires repaired/replaced. Took 5 and a half hours for them to even start working on it. Then they patch one tire and don't even do anything with the other one even though I told them if it can't be fixed it needs to be replaced... the manager tries to tell me it's because I told him I was in a hurry. I never once said not to do the other tire. I told him just do whatever it takes to get me out of there, I guess for him that meant don't complete the job that I waited 6 hours for. Lived in Parkville my whole life never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism by a local business Do not recommend

My brother and his baby mom were broke down with my niece and had a flat tire on the camper they were hauling. They called around to everywhere in the area and got no help but when they reached out to carney they went above and beyond to get them the tire and have it delivered to get them back on the road ..thank you guys so much

The Carney staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are reasonable. In fact, unlike other repair shops, they will let you if you can wait six months before a replacement will probably be necessary.

I had the BEST experience with getting my vehicle inspected at this business. From the time I called and spoke with Paul to schedule an appointment to receiving a very detailed, professional, and courteous review of my inspection report, it was GREAT. I didn't know what to expect and I will admit that I performed a thorough review of a place to get my vehicle inspected. I will tell you that the reviews for this business were spot-on.There is a very comfortable, clean waiting area and receiving constant communication from staff about the work being performed are what led me to actually take time to complete a survey on this business. Justin Spence did a great job performing my inspection. If you don't believe me about the WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL service from this business and staff, please try them yourself.
