Bank Autobody has provided a great experience. Mr. Chang and his son were very welcoming and provided on the spot service. Mr. Chang was able to provide a quick estimate within one day. His services were very fast and detailed as he was able to correct the damages done from a car accident. The paint and part repairs were amazing and were restored to almost showroom quality within a week. He even fixed an underlying mechanical issue that a dealership couldn't fix, which has made our driving quality even better. We are truly grateful for this business and would suggest anyone needing body work pay a visit.

I picked up my car today, sooner than I expected. I was happy with the workmanship, and glad I came to this auto body shop. Mr Yen & staff are friendly , professional, he keeps you updated on your repairs & estimates in a timely fashion. I was surprised by the 10% discount given when you pick up your car. I highly recommend this shop. I had car repairs a few years ago by Bank auto and the workmanship was exceptional then and still high quality work was done for me this time around. You will not be disappointed..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped by for an estimate for repair to front bumper. Replacing it was too expensive. He suggested a screw or two, and that fixed it. He didn't charge for the repair. I tipped the technician, and all were happy. Give them a try. I'll go back if I need any other auto body work.

They kept my car for five days, didn't call to let me know they received the bumper I called Tuesday , the guy at the counter said owe I should have called you. Then the bumper was only off on one side and they stripped the screw . Don't ever go there again no one. Worst place ever they took the bumper off before getting another one and striped the bumper cover screwsService: Body & Trim

Terrible place, my car was stolen from there lot & Yin Yi & Chang Yi we're extremely nonchalant about it. The car was found Oct 25 by dc towing company & there insurance is supposed to pay for the new damages done by the theft. This place has the audacity to call me & let me know that I still have to pay for the repairs done BEFORE the theft of my vehicle to there lot. I had 0 proof they even actually fixed the car. They have no pictures only "audits" of car parts to which I don't even know made it on my car or not. This place is awful . Do not take your car here.

Horrible business my vehicle was stolen from there lot, & when I called they told me two other cars had been stolen before me & they were being targeted . Probably should tell ppl that before hand. Haven't seen my car in months but it was found. Now body auto has the audacity to tell me I still have to pay for the work they did BEFORE my car was stolen from there lot ! Absolutely ridiculous, this is a warning cause you may never see your vehicle againService: Body & Trim

PLEASE!!!!!! I beg! Do not take your car here! It will get stolen. Yes! My car was stolen. This is the most unprofessional facility I have ever dealt with! Terrible employees, bad communication, and no integrity at all. I am very disappointed. I am still in disbelief with the service I received from them. Not to mention I m still without my car! This place needs to shut down immediately! I m currently going thru with an active investigation for this dump!

I am very disappointed in this body shop. Let me tell what happen. I took my truck there from a reference for someone that has gone there and was told they do excellent work. My truck was in an accident on the left back passenger side. They did the work however when i get my check back my check engine was on and my oil light came on beeping. I didn't have a problem with that when I took the truck in for repairs. Oh and they try to get extra money out of my insurance company for labor. I called and the son of the owner told me to bring it back for them to check which i did. I get a called that my all four of my 02 sensor are out and i needed a oil pressure system. They told me the cost would be 958.52. My husband was pssst. He called Brinkley's Auto in Clinton and explained everything to Charlie. I took my truck to him and my 02 sensors were not out and the oil pressure system was fine. What he did tell me that Bank Auto Body actually took my tire wheel bar off and while I was driving i could have had an accident. Bank is the worst place to go!!! they try to get extra money out of you once they get your automobile. I wish I could give them NO stars to leave this.

Have had several cars repaired by Bank Autobody and I have never been disappointed. Their quality of work is superior. Excellent customer service. Have recommened friends and they were also very pleased with the service. Will continue to use Bank Autobody and I will also continue to refer all my family and friends there as well. First class repairs and first class service, it doesn't get better than that. Thanks Bank Autobody I'm a customer for life.

I personally have been in a few Car accidents. Honestly as most people experience there is always a hassle somewhere... I had my car taken to Bank Auto Body and I couldn't express my excitement to see my car look MORE beautiful then the time I purchased the vehicle. I had to fight with the efficiency of my auto insurance company but that didn't stop Bank Auto Body from doing an outstanding job. My Car looks stunning. The company was always in touch with me and the progress of the repairs. Jim is very personable and instead of just fixing the car, he also makes you feel like family. I will highly recommend Bank Auto Body to anyone that has been in an accident from reading Facebook at a stop light or noticed a new pesky dent from someone parking too close... and the list goes on. I don't know how else to describe Chang and his crew. 5 stars and they really exceeded that. I am more than satisfied and pleased to have dropped my car off on Monday and for it to have been finished by Wednesday. Chang really made my mishap run as smooth as anyone would hope.

Bank of the body is very good shop in the neighborhood they gave me a reasonable job for my mirror very nice and very professional he's been in the area for quite some time now around saint Barnabas road thank you sir for services
