Good morning I just left storw #7521 eastover md went into search for parts but I was greeted with loud music playing in the store like a party was going on...2nd I,went to,the parts counter and,was greeted with a unwelcoming stare as if what u want or doing here yoir bothering our party ..so I ask about a part and,got no,feed back or suggestions about the parts so I then,ask morw questions about the parts amd I was met with more aggressive tone ..so I still didnt understand what was being said to me ..ao a third time I asked about the part in a different way and gotvthe same results. Which we dont have u can go to the dealer qe cant help u attitude ..at this point I will not be going to this store anymore because customer aervice was on -5 ..and I went in prepared to spend a couple of hundred dollars on,some shocks.but the lady was very unwelcoming and,rude like I owed her something care free mannerPlease remove this person so no,other customer this morning will be shame in buying from,them..thank u

I just wanna thank Ms. Rain and Mark for assisting me on my key battery I had no idea on what I needed or how to get it fixed. But they were there ready early in the morning with smiles on their faces ready to help. Thank you so much for this

Here I go again , I could write a negative review every single time I go there , today 1/21/24 around 5 pm as soon as I enter I feel like I was being watch my the guard the whole time I feel uncomfortable , not everyone that goes to the store is gonna steel or rob , second of all , I was trying to buy a 3 tons jack and this lady name Lisa told you can not play with that , I was omg Jesus how you supposed buy something without touching it or see how it work , I was like I m done here she was super rude I feel like if your not black they look at you different once again I can leave a negative review every single time you visit that store they should closed the store they don t know how to treach customers!!!!

Worst customer service ever. These idiots(security guard and light-skin lady)started judging me by following me as soon as I worked into the store because I had a heat sole strapped to my foot. I asked to purchase a light bulb for my car and the light skin lady started giving me attitude and refused to sell me the light bulb. I hope she's not a manager because I'm sure she's lose a lot of customers.

This is my advance auto. They always have my parts or get them for me. Good customer service the Manager is so cool she's always helping me get a good deal.

I'm writing because I am HIGHLY frustrated with the incident that just happened.I went to buy oil and I saw a sign that read, join perks program receive $5 off your purchase of 20. That was a wonderful deal so I went to sign up. NOT ONE PERSON IN THE STORE KNEW HOW TO SIGN ME UP FOR IT...... TO INCLUDE THE MANAGER CRYSTAL!!!! How unprofessional can this be??? A manager not knowing how to sign a customerup for a rewards program seems preposterous to me!Store location:5143 MD-210, Oxon Hill, MD 20745

Apparently they don t know the process required to recycle an automotive battery .Fully expected to walk in and drop it off at the counter. Waited almost 20 min for them to just shrug and say sorry.

Really bad costumer service , i will never ever buy parts from this location, called in to check on parts left me on hold for 13 minutes than phone call cut off, call back and was trying to explain what had happen and he told me , he did not care and hang up again , call back and spoke with super visor or manger on duty and he was kind of laughing about it. Very unprofessional, thats why i always go shopping in Virginia.

Highly don t recommend coming here due to a democrat company who kicks people out for no mask, but don t bother asking for vaccination cause they don t Hesitate kicking out customers. I left a review before on here it seem to get removed, came in for getting a part and i was in for 10mins. They didn t bother me about not wearing a mask until the lady couldn t understand me, so peek around the plastic cover to explain what I need. She ask me for a mask and I mention about being vaccinated and it didn t matter, I have my rights not to wear it. She refuse my needs and seem to have no problem kicking out white people out, but not questioning other race customers, from what I have seen in the store.

OMG!! I never met a lazy employee that works here. But, I'm not surprised. It's in Eastover, this plaza I'm amazed is still standing because the employee that worked here was no help and lazy on not trying to look up a warranty and to see if I was in the system to replace my headlights. He didn't know much of any of the questions I asked. So, I'll just stay away from this place. Bigger spot but, lazy ppl.

It was a good experience. I was actually buying a quart of motor, but I did need air needles for my ball pump. One associate didn't know if they sold it,but another young lady(associate) went straight to the product

I am most pleased with the level of service at this location. Morris is a superb gentleman and team member and graciously helped me get my battery installed. Take a bow on a job well done with hiring this gentlman. He is definitely an asset to your company. (Pleaae disregard the previous comment as this was diected to another location. I am most happy to report the wonderful service I received).

The young lady helped us really good she was very on top of making sure the parts for our vehicles was made at the cash register the property items that we needed we did not know she looked in the computer she really helped us throughout this whole time we were at the store inside of the store and also the greeting was 100% good excellent worker

Our Jeep died in a parking lot nearby, and Tyrell went above and beyond to get us moving again. Great service that wouldn't quit till the situation was right again. Can't recommend enough!

Advance auto parts down east over had great customer services . Rain did a fantastic job helping me find my parts for my car. I love coming to stores and people are caring and helpful thanks Rain!

How I wish Morris,Kristina,Shay and their same time other staffs be back again in the Eastover Advance auto store. These guys are really incomparable to new staffs now which I had a bad customer service treatment.

There is a young lady by the name of Candice that works at this location and she is the absolute best . I normally feel pretty stupid in the auto department but she helped me with what I came in for and topped it off with some more. Thanks
