Fantastic car care as always. I have been going there for all 3 cars since they opened in Owings. They always provide first-rate service. I quit going to the dealer because the Nealey crew (Jenn, David, Jason and all the others) are so good, honest, fair, and professional. Much better service than my dealer. I highly recommend them!

I had a flat tire and was in desperate need of 4 all new tires. It was very unexpected but Jenn was so helpful in scheduling the car drop off and the ordering of my tires. She even noticed that my rear view mirror was off and she got that worked in there too! She got it all done in less than 24 hours! AMAZING customer service from Jenn - she truly cares about getting people back on the road. I couldn t be happier with the quality care and service. Thanks Jenn and Nealy Auto!

I have been a customer of Nealey Tire and Auto for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I have received. Thanks to the team at Nealey, my 2010 Mustang with almost 300,000 miles still keeps running, and my 2002 Chevy Silverado that sat idle in the field for almost 2 years with a dead transmission was resurrected and runs like a top. Special thanks to customer sales reps Jennifer and David at the front desk, both good people who have always dealt with me honestly; and mechanic Jason whose skill and expertise is the reason why both of my vehicles have lived to see another day. I cannot recommend the staff here highly enough. Thank you so much!

We received very courteous and professional service from staff and mechanics. They explained the issues we had with our car and gave their recommendations before they performed the work. We were instructed to bring the car back if we have any more issues. We would recommend Nealey s to others.

I have taken my own car and my granddaughter s car to Newley's several times. They have always done a good job at a fair price. I feel confident that the repairs are done correctly. Very nice staff, and excellent customer service.

I had to have my Headlamp Bulb replaced and new wiper blades. I call Nealy Tire in the AM and they were able to get me in that afternoon. I was very satisfied with service and employees! Great fast job! Thank you

The team at Nealey in Owings is always helpful, friendly and fair. I have taken my vehicle there several times for maintenance and regular upkeep. Jennifer is always willing to go over all the details with me and answer any questions I have.

Comprehensive and professional it was worth the thirty minutes drive. Mechanic spent a good 15-20 minutes explaining what the issues I was having were due to and how best to ensure they don t happen again.

Prior to entering the facility I felt a sense of anxiety and desperation. An incident had occurred in vicinity of a construction sight. The result a leaking front passenger tire. The culprit a 4'IN screw or the would be blind driver.Once I arrive and explained what service the vehicle was in need of ... the technician patiently listened and examined the vehicle. The technician was very affirmative during and after visit/service.I would like to thank you all there at NEALY'S .HAPPY NEW YEAR

Jen has been a lifesaver. And, Thank God for the great mechanics that work here and are so kind.Last week I was able to be fit in to repair the shield that lost its clips which took less time than I thought to be repaired.Unfortunately I was out in the snow and had no choice but to go over a 8inch clump of salt that fell off a truck on Rte 4. All the way across the road.Guess what? Pulled pins out of shield and it was dragging again.Jen made sure i got fixed right up. She's always so cheerful and within 15 minutes it was fixed again.What a great outfit.Several times I've popped in to have the guys check my tire pressure due to a sensor and the mechanics are always more than happy to help me.I'm happy with this shop. The mechanics and the very kind, Welcoming folks that work the counter always ensure I enjoy coming back.Once again Jen and Dave. And to both mechanics that helped me. thank you!Service: Oil change

Nealey s of Owings, MD saved me today. My car battery died and it was another item on my bad luck pile this month. Not only were they able to get my car in today for a battery replacement, they even had one of their technicians, Dewey, come to my home and give me a jump so I could get my car in there. Jennifer worked with me to get my vehicle in and a price within my budget. I was in and out in 30 minutes and in the care of a fabulous staff. Thank you so much Jennifer, Dewey, and whomever put my battery in my car. Could not have asked for better service and saviors. Bless you all.

Very satisfied with today service ! Exceptional communication throughout last day and half . I relayed I m on tight budget. Although , all point inspection indicated some maintenance issues needed ,Nealey s informed me of cost exceeding my quote and did not pressure me to go beyond my budget. I really appreciate the detail service report findings ,accompanied by photos. I haven t had exceptional kind treatment in past with other mechanic/ tire centers. I always prepared myself to be pressured and ripped off in past . I will continue to take my cars to Nealey s where I can trust them to not try sell me up !Thank you Jenn and to all the techs at Nealey s

Great service, always willing to explain the problem and how it will be fixed. No one else gives you an inspection report with pictures when you get an oil change. Would highly recommend

They did an oil change and checked my brakes. Upon inspection they discovered I needed tires and my front brakes needed repair, I left my truck while the work was being done. The next day the repairs were complete and I picked my truck up. I own a vehicle that can be difficult to manage. However, I'm grateful for the honest and supportive staff at Nealey. Jennifer, the receptionist, is highly knowledgeable and an excellent problem-solver. She goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that your car is fixed efficiently and affordably. The entire service team, namely Jason, never takes advantage of my limited knowledge. They always take the time to explain everything to me in detail, even teaching me about the issues. This level of service is hard to come by, which is why I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle.Service: Tires
