If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can t do the work myself (usually cuz I don t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.

Highly recommend Hi-Tech! I stopped in Auto Zone to get a new battery for my car. Auto Zone wasn't able to replace it, but they called Hi-Tech, and they said to come over. Hi-Tech was very good! They replaced my battery, made sure to save all my security settings, and even saved my radio stations!! They were fast and reasonable!!Thank you, Hi-Tech!!

I have had Hi-Tech service my MB and Infiniti for years. They have consistently been honest and professional with me. I thought I needed new brakes on all 4 tires. They ordered them and called me to tell me they were in. Upon further inspection, only the rear tires needed brakes. They serviced an auxiliary battery and found the same part on Amazon saving me about $100 dollars. They found a nail in my tire that I did not know I had, and fixed it. The staff at Hi Tech is the best. Wish I could give 6 stars..... ******Services: Tires, Brakes, Battery

Dropped my truck off for a transmission issue. The head mechanic was great to work with. Very upfront and honest. After I found out my warranty wasn't covered here, they handed me the keys with no charge for diagnostic fees.Great to work with and I'll definitely be back in the future.

I want to send a shout out to Hi-Tech Automotive in Owings. I pulled into their business just before closing with a damsel in distress story. They helped me out and had me on my way in no time. Took my truck in for a squeak that turned out to be back brakes. While they had it on the lift, they found a broken motor mount and broken sway bar. I use this truck to pull a trailer so I was more than happy for them to make the additional repairs. Communication was very good and the price was reasonable. Very happy I went there, I will use them again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Probably the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. I normally do my own maintenance and repairs, but found myself in a time crunch with my vehicle. I knew it had a coolant leak, and it finally reared its ugly head under my radiator. They were able to take the vehicle immediately, and complete the repair in about 3 hours. This saved me a ton of time and dealing with what is quite a messy job between draining, flushing, repairing and then refilling the coolant in my vehicle. Well worth having them do it.This is a family owned operation and I am glad I trusted my instincts to use them. If I need a shop in the future, I will surely be back. They are very capable and can clearly complete large jobs at a very high level of ability.

Where do I begin? Not only was the establishment open on time , but the crew was responsive and readily available to meet my A/C needs. After an attentive intake, where the technicians gave me the space to detail what I was experiencing, and a through assessment of my vehicle, my A/C was restored to proper working order within the hour! I can t say how much of a relief this is considering that sweltering weather is on the horizon. I wish I had taken the time to get the names of all of the wonderful technicians that assisted me today- but I did get the name of TJ. A young man that takes pride in his work, he s exceptionally knowledgeable, and regards the family business with the highest esteem! What a place!Service: Air conditioning

Charged me 2,000 dollars to replace fuel lines and then replaced them with cheap, low quality ones. Also had a motor mount done and on the way home my check engine light came on and had a misfire. Then proceeded to charge me 200$ to splice and crimp a wire they stretched during the process. I highly advise to not come to this business.

I would not trust any other shop. They treat they're customers like friends. Great knowledgeable service. Nice honest people. Fairly priced. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Hi Tech performed a thorough safety check prior to my making a long trip. The found several issues, 1 large, two small and I feel totally confident in their work. Additionally, all work was performed in one day as scheduled. Penalized me 100 dollars because I didn t go through them to get a part.Dude told me that if I brought the car back after I got the part he would waive the diagnostic fee. I brought the car back and when I went to pay he wouldn t waive the fee. Said if I ordered the part(overpriced) through them he would have waived the fee. I don t see how me buying my own part caused them to spend more time working on my car when all they had done was an automated evap diagnostic.

They will be 100% honestly with you about your vehicle and for people like me who don't understand anything about cars that is huge. It is the only shop I trust. Family owned and operated and they are all good, caring people. You just can't beat it.

Hello i took my mini van to Hi. Tech ac was not working and needed tires they took care of everything even fixed my headlights they were scratched and not brite now they are like brand new they did a great job
