Always satisfied with my service from Fixed Right. I had my annual spring maintenance and cleaning in prep for AC weather and Warren couldn't have been better. Worked thoroughly and efficiently. Provided details as he worked and a comprehensive report at the end. Hope I get him back in the fall!

Had a good experience with the tech who responded same day that I called to report an issue. He spent time, waiting through rain and hail to complete the job and get my AC working again. He was courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Fixed Right & Guaranteed were quick to respond when my a/c stopped working. They were very thorough when looking over my current HVAC & diagnosing the issue. We replaced our original HVAC, they provided window units to get us through a few days until the new unit was installed. On installation day they were punctual, got the job done quickly. I highly recommend their service!

I highly recommend this company! They are easy to work with and their customer support is stellar across the board!! I had met with Roy and Denny initially to go over all the information for a new system. They took their time with me and I enjoyed their visit. Wyatt and Eddie installed the new system and did so with professionalism and kindness. This team is very knowledgeable and efficient! I am very happy I chose to go with them! We had a great experience with Fixed Right and Guaranteed. The company installed two HVAC systems for our large old house, and with the size of the project they were onsite for several weeks. They did great work and kept us informed the entire time, but most of all they were super friendly and considerate. They made friends with our dogs, who were excited to see them every morning; they would call us in the mornings to let us know where they were on the way, and check if we wanted anything from Wawa when they stopped for coffee; and at the end they ran us through the operation of our new systems in detail, explaining both how to use them and how to get the best performance possible. We would highly recommend them.

Derek came out, inspected, replaced humidifier pad, adjusted the duct dampers, and got us all ready for Winter. He was very professional, yet personable, as well.3/19/2024:Will came out for the Spring seasonal check up. He was very knowledgeable, professional as well as personable. Did a great job explaining what he found. All in all, a very positive experience. Will is an excellent technician, and Fixed Right definitely makes sure they are well trained. Such a young guy with a great deal of knowledge, and a good work ethic.

Great customer service; explains what is being done; and what needs to be done, if any. Very efficient, quick in and out; arrives on time, right on the dot! Very personable too. This company even allows you to make monthly or by payday installments for the winter and spring PM check-ups which is unheard of in that industry with all the inflated prices in the present day economy!

I would highly recommend Fixed Right & Guaranteed to any one. The service techs arrived on time, in a clearly marked vehicle and used shoe protection while in the house. They were very pleasant and did a great job with my dryer vent cleaning. I solicited many quotes for this type of service and they were the most competitive in price any where near Prince Frederick, MD. There was a little snafu with payment processing but they fixed the issue right away and went above and beyond to rectify it to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, the person who answers their phone is always extraordinarily pleasant.

I want to you to know how happy I am with your company and the service John provided. To get a same day service call was an unexpected surprise. John was very thorough, extremely professional and answered all my questions. I am very happy he showed me the cloth he used to wipe the ducts so I can budget for the duct cleaning in the near future. This was an awesome experience.

Very friendly & very knowledgeable! I called Fixed Right & Guaranteed when I came home from vacation and realized I didn t have any heat in the house. They sent out super tech, William, the very next morning to figure out what was wrong. He arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour timeframe I was given which was great. He came in and was very professional and gave the boiler an overall look, swapped out the old oil filter and oil nozzle for new ones, tested the air quality and tested all of the tubing and pipes around the boiler to make sure he was leaving here with the boiler spick and span. He stuck around for awhile to make sure the boiler was running perfectly before leaving. Upon receiving the invoice, I was amazed at the price. He was here for almost 2 hours and it was less than I would spend shopping at Costco for 2 hours. I give him and the company 5 stars and I will definitely be using them again if I run into any other heating/air/duct problems or become in need of any new systems.

I had them out for dryer vent cleaning. They were meticulous. Very careful with everything, explained what they were doing & cleaned up afterwards. March-2024I had my AC serviced for the upcoming season. Mr. Beverly was professional and punctual for the service. He did an awesome job, spoke to me about what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!Fall- 2023William did an outstanding job servicing my furnace that really needed it! He was professional and very respectful. He worked the entire time he was at my house! Friendly as well! I am extremely pleased with the quality of work! He went over everything he did, took before and after pictures and sent them to me as well as calling my landlord to go over everything with him! I will definitely recommend the company to friends!Oh and my dog Winston gives him a paws up for giving him a doggy treat!Way to go William!

What a great experience we had with our install which was handled by Wyatt, John, and Josh. To replace two units in a less than ideal space within a single workday was really amazing. On top of that they tightened up some of our loose duct work so it doesn't sound like a plane taking off every time the furnace comes on! The quiet now is pure bliss. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

This company is incredibly responsive. We had a few issues requiring the company to come back to our house a couple of times over 2 weeks to finally solve the problems. Each time I called they were able to come either the same day or the next. William was great!

Neil came right on time and was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed it so we were able to have heat that evening and then let the company know we were interested in possibly replacing our 25 year old system. Would highly recommend Fixed Right!

D'Warren was such a nice guy and answered all my questions with plenty of patience. He checked all possibilities for the problem but ultimately my heat pump is 20 years old and cannot economically be repaired due to parts availability. I will definitely reach back out to this company to get an estimate for a replacement heat pump.

D Warren was the consummate professional and went above and beyond to correct some issues that previous technicians did not recognize. He laid out all the possible options and did everything he could to both correct the issue and save us money. Glad to have the annual service with Fixed Right.

John did a thorough job during our yearly maintenance appointment. He found 2 issues that were causing the heat to run below max capacity and was able to fix one of the problems right away. He showed me everything that was going on and explained it in detail. Trust worthy company
