When I was desperate for help w/getting my car towed, Curtis from Xtreme Towing answered the call! He helped me in such a kind manner & understood that I had a pressing situation. I will never forget how courteous & professional Curtis was! Thank you so much!!!

Poor phone service and trash customer service. Hung up constantly and sent to voicemail because they never showed up to a set tow appointment. 1/10 never would recommend

If I could give zero I would. Called said they would call me when the guy was on his way. Said it would be an hour. Was on the side of 795 on the left hand side. Dangerous place to break down in an instant. Never called never showed up. Don t use this towing company when in need. Luckily I had someone Pick me up and another car to drive back with my keys and used another service that was even cheaper and showed up within 30 mins. Will be spreading this other towing company name out there to avoid anyone having to go through this company. What this company asked for we gave the other the same amount just for being so fast and easy. Even fixed the problem at no charge.Service: Car towing

I would without a doubt use this company again in the future. They towed my car from the dealership to a auto mechanic. I was so concerned because I found them through a google search. However they reassured me by sending a text with a picture of their truck and my car safely attached and ready to tow. Once they arrived at the drop off point they called to assure me that my car had arrived safely. My experience with this Towing company was them being honest from the first phone call. I drive over a concrete parking bumper and was stuck. The customer service representativ answered all my questions and was professional.The driver was very helpful and was able to use his winch to get the vehicle unstuck within a minute. They were on time and very knowledgeable about how to get my vehicle unstuck. I will definitely use their services if I need help in the future.Service: Special vehicle towing

Was panicking because I didn't have title, but Mike was so accommodating. This business is so courteous and professional. They picked up the car the day after a blizzard! Had a great experience with the guys at Xtreme. They answer the phone and don't sound annoyed like most tow places. Communicated with me the whole time and to top it off they also accept Cash App, Paypal, as alternative methods of payment!

Called to tow not even 3miles away, had me wait 2 hours just for them to not come. Declined my calls, if you didn t wanna do it or couldnt..it would ve been easier to say that before having me wait 2 hours looking forward to nothing. Don t recommend.

Horrible experience. Called and they said they ll come at 4:30 and they never came.Called them multiple times but no One picked up even though it s 24 hours.Called the next day to ask why they didn t come and if they can come today.Someone picked up and asked about situation said I ll find that out for you and hung up.Then when I called back after an hour multiple times, no answer.
