Incompetent, poor communication, poor workmanship, inconsiderate of customer experience.Just one easy proof brand new fender has permanent scuffs and scratches.Also, didn t even touch a documented problem, after keeping the car in the service shop for precisely 4 weeks for a simple repair.Rest of my fleet is going to other Tesla service centers for all maintenance, body work, and cosmetic services.Also making me consider different brand for next time. If Tesla doesn t know how to service, not the only option anymore when it comes to the EV s.

I live in Haymarket . Spoke to them over the phone and was supposed to get estimates for insurance. They said I can turn the car in. I drove to drive 180 miles round trip yet they refused and told me whoever picked up the phone was wrong and I need an appointment . I asked for an appointment but they were talking about June 3 months down the road.

Shout out to Lily and the other awesome folks here at the Tesla collision center Amazing customer service!!! If I COULD give SIX stars, i WOULD! i got an important package l delivered to them by accident, I called to let them know and they were so nice and said they would put it aside for me. When it got delivered they called me and let me know as soon as it came! It came in clutch because otherwise the package (an important holiday gift) would have been returned to sender. Im sure if you re coming here for car repair services they got your back. Thanks a million!!

This was a great experience, prompt service. My Tesla came out looking like it did day 1. James was great to work with, very helpful & a great communicator. Hopefully I won't have to go back, but if I do, it's definitely where I'm headed. Thanks James & the whole team for your diligence & exceptional service.

Horrible customer service. I just had a minor dent and they told me it will be done in 1 hour and asked me to wait in the waiting area. They took 5 hours to work on such a small thing. I had to reach out to ask for an update on the car every 30 min to 1 hour. The customer service person was also very rude, he told me he would not give me my car on time and asked me to do whatever I could.

After a major highway accident I had my car towed to the Owings Mills collision center for repairs and they were great, unlike the customer service than I experienced at the Rockville Tesla center.When my car arrived at the Owings Mills facility James explained the process upfront, worked with my Progressive agent, and kept in touch over the 2 months it took to complete $30k in repairs. 2 months is a long time but they finished a full month earlier than the initial estimate and James came in on a day off to hand the car back to me so I could take it on a long planned road trip.
