So I recently had an accident and chose SDR collision center to fix my car since it was close to where I live and guess what they turned my car around like each time I have to drive out, I keep looking for my car lol cause it looks brand new now and like it was never driven before . SDR , what did you do to my car , how do I rate you all more than 5 stars?? what is a better way to say GOOD JOB well done???.Here is me saying y all did a fantastic job on my car repairs and each trip to my destinations feels different. I m very grateful and happy and yes if you are ready this, please trust SDR for your car repairs they are the best collision centers out here. I rate them a 200,000 stars Thank you to the repair team y all did a wonderful job and I don t know how to describe this happiness in me love you all

So I m typically not a review writer. However, I felt compelled to write a review highlighting the awesome service I received from SDR Collision. After being involved in an accident, I took my car here for repairs. It was among several companies approved by my insurance company. I m so glad I chose SDR. From start to finish, the customer service I received was top notch. I just picked up my car and can say they exceeded my expectations. Amy and Justin were very professional, yet personable and kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs. This is one of those businesses you hope you never need again, but if I ever need collision repair in the future, this is definitely where I will take my vehicle.

My Vehicle was damaged in April. I was hoping that they would be able to fix the bumper. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix it appropriately. I brought the car back twice and they recommended to utilize glue to fix the further damages. I also spoke with the General Manager who never returned my call on this manner. Make a long story short, I'm still having issues with my bumper. You'll be better off taking your car to Chesapeake Collison!

Recently, I unfortunately hit a deer and was initially very stressed about it. Fortunately, I took my truck to SDR & they made this whole ordeal very manageable. This is my second time using SDR, and they didn't disappoint! They did a phenomenal job again, just like a few years ago!My adjuster was James, and he stayed in communications with me via text,which I greatly appreciated. James went above and beyond with ensuring that I was totally satisfied with their services. I received my truck back earlier than expected. They have a partnership with Enterprise, so meeting the Enterprise representative there made this experience even better. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Charlie felt like family from the moment we met. I highly recommend SDR!!!!

I looked up SDR Owings Mills in search of a body shop to repair my car that had body damage from a collision.THEY WERE AMAZING! So glad I found them!Not only did they make my car look like new (matched the paint exactly AND redid the side stripes to perfection), they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car (and I ve got messy kids) AMAZING!!To top it all off, their price was very fair and I had my car back quickly!Very friendly staff all-around and their Enterprise car rental connection made rental and return super easy and quick.I hope I won t need them again (for the sake of my insurance) but if I do, I would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others!Thanks for making this unfortunate experience as easy and painless as possible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

SDR was very professional and did an amazing job with my vehicle repair after an accident. Especially Amy working the front desk! She got me in for an estimate the day I called and handled my insurance claim expeditiously. They scheduled me in as soon as my parts arrived and was done with in a week! They even detailed my car! The whole process was seamless and great. Definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing! They did such a great job from initial contact, insurance communication and final product, I would absolutely recommend SDR! It was a pleasure working with such and organized, CLEAN, and efficient company. Absolutely amazing service center! I was in an accident and the front end of my car had major damage. SDR has repaired the car to the point you can t even tell it was in an accident. The repairs were done quicker than anticipated and I couldn t be happier with the results. To say the least, I was more than pleased when I picked up my vehicle. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AT SDR !!!Mr. Edson, and Miss Sarah, are a great team, and together they made me feel so much better about my unfortunate car accident... They were great with getting this extremely difficult repair for me!!! I wish i could go to SDR all the time but I can t, and so it s always a nice treat for me when i can. I truly appreciate all of your reassurance and total dedication to getting my beautiful car back to its original condition. long story short i bought a new car and had SDR do the cleaning/detail work as I do with all my new vehicles. But shortly after they did the detail work I had an accident, ~!@!#$%^&*er !!!! son of @#$%^!&^ I was devastated! The car was a DISASTER!I have been going to SDR for a long time because of their excellent hard work and reputation, but I never had body work done just the cleaning services in the past. So this time it was for all the marbles so to speak because the damage was bad and the paint on this car was very special and very hard to replicate. Not only did they get the repair work right but they interfaced with me and the insurance company perfectly. The reason this work had to be PERFECT was because the car was PERFECT and very special to me - let me explain: I had searched for this particular make, model, year, color, manual 6 transmission, wheel, seats and engine combination. Only 20 were made and so when i found it down in Texas I had to buy it sight unseen from a dealer before it was sold to someone else. No time to waste 50K BOOM. And on its way from Texas to Maryland. OMG I was so excited to finally after a year and a half of searching finally i got it! the 3 week wait for transport was killing me. Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, 6.2 liter all aluminum block, 1.9 liter supercharged engine with a manual 6 transmission - Black on Black on Black with Red Brembo brakes now finally had arrived. This car was so hard to find and finally after a 1 year and a half my search was over.It was a chancy move but in the end it was worth it. And so after the accident I wasted no time calling Mr. Chuck for his help. I seriously needed counseling after all i had been thru to get the car and to then bust it up the way it was. When I called Mr. Chuck for his help at SDR he met with me immediately and looked over the damage and reassured me my car would be better than new... Afterwards he introduced me to Mr. Edson and Miss Sarah. I was really upset about the car and was really concerned becasue the paint was a very unique type from Cadillac called "tri-color." It looks like a deep candy paint and has so much silver flake visible, its amazingly beautiful and here it is all scraped and dented and scratched, even the wheels were damaged... I cant believe the mess I made of this car. This is a job for only the best seriously only masters of the art can repair this. Not your average paint repair for sure. I didn't think anyone could ever match the factory paint but they did... You know they did or I would not have taken so much time to tell this story. I had to drive it to work the other day and when I got a glimpse of that silver flake in the sunlight I was so happy. They really did it, what an incredible job... I am so pleased from start to finish, A to Z, from taking the car in, to calling me on every step of the process, and dealing with the insurance company... Symbolically, "I tip my hat to everyone that had a hand in this repair."I have to go back and I hope to meet with the craftsman that did the actual painting and piece work on the car becasue they are some unsung heroes behind the scenes that need to be thanked as-well for sure...Thanks again, you have a customer for life indeed...

The high and warm professionalism from the time I entered the door for an estimate to picking up of my vehicle reflected characteristics of sincerity and really caring about your customers. Mike was awesome from initially and pleasantly communicating the breakdown of the work to be done and consistently provided expedient updates of vehicle status. My hats off to Roy (body and paint specialist) as did a 5 star job. I know this was a very small job but SDR treated me like they would a person with a vehicle who had extensive body damage and significant costs. Keep up the great work, it is to be commended.

I brought my 2019 Mustang GT here after a hit and run collision. Growing up in a family of mechanics and body shop technicians, I was worried about all that could possibly go wrong. I've kind of heard it all, and know first hand how hard it can be to find someone who does perfectionist work. On top of this, I'm a studio artist that mainly works with sculpting hard surface forms. So I've got an eye for these details.Upon first looking at it, I'd say that the paint work they did was spectacular. I can't find a single issue with it at all. It matches the OEM paintjob 1:1. This is what I was most worried about, and it was clear that Edson and the team their took perfection very seriously. This was brilliant.As for the dent repair, at first I thought I saw some minor issues. Things that nobody else would ever see unless conditions were perfect. The light wasn't quite reflecting off of the body the way I remembered. But after looking at it in various lighting situations, I can say that they did stellar job their as well. I'd have to say it's probably the best anyone else could do outside of maybe the robot who bent the metal at the factory when the car was being built!Outside of the repair, they were extremely communicative. I was never left in the dark, and they did their best to not be annoyed with my badgering! When my car was going through final quality control, and Edson called letting me know that it wasn't perfect so he was going to have the painter give it another pass, I couldn't have been more thrilled. That extreme honesty and perfectionism is rare in the world. I wasn't expecting that at all. My car was also returned somehow cleaner than when I left it.I don't trust anyone with my car, but the trustworthiness they showed won me over big time. The car came back to me with only an extra .5 miles on the odometer. I know I can leave my car with these guys with full confidence and trust. That's a huge deal to me.I'm extremely happy with the work that was done to restore my baby. If something ever happens to her again, I know exactly who I'm turning to. Thanks y'all, you did a fantastic job.

This collision center is the most unprofessional, racist, and down right mediocre shop I ve ever experienced. My vehicle was not personally worked on but I ve had family get very unsatisfactory work done. But more importantly for anyone interested in getting a job at this shop. Please consider any other options. It is a hostile work environment. With reports of racism and threats with firearms that employees keep on or near the premises. Employees yelling racist slurs through the office (let alone what s said behind closed doors). Please do yourself a favor and run the other direction if you find yourself involved with SDR collision center in any way.

I used this company through an insurance claim via their Collision Repair network and I regret my decision immensely. I only selected this place because it was close proximity to my home and it had positive reviews which would of led me to believe I would endure a similar experience. I was sadly mistaken and regret using them altogether, knowing what I know now, I would have avoided them from the beginning.It first started with Enterprise, giving me a vehicle that was not comparable to my vehicle size I was dropping off. That was not SDR's fault, but they made it hell swapping out the vehicle for the right size, despite the agent making it seem so easy.My SDR repairman, Justin, gave me a thorough run down of what to expect with the review of my car and when I would hear back from him. This was just the beginning of the lies, he would feed me. My experience working with them was pure hell. Its either between, no one answering the phone, false promises for a callback that never happens, or false timelines that they give you that they do not adhere to, or even contact you in advance to let you know things have changed.They should pay my phone bill as often as I contacted them. Like its 2023, e-mail is a method of communication, as well as text and they don't believe in either one. If you want to have heart burn, not know the status of your repairs, give your car away for three weeks to strangers, then by all means sign up with SDR, they will get you right. Otherwise stay away! After a car accident, SDR was recommended through our insurance company. Brian was easy to work with and they did a great job. Parts took a while, but communication was in place and information was shared.After picking up the car, we found an issue with the seatbelt that wasn't there before the accident. Was unsatisfied with the work and customer service from management. I was never followed up with to rectify the situation, was drawn out and concerns not taken seriously. Communication with pricing and details of the work was unprofessional. Was hoping for a better experience and did not receive that.

Gatlin was GREAT throughout the whole ordeal. I had significant rear end damage to my Limited Edition Toyota Hybrid Avalon(I thought the car would be a total loss). Initally i was looking at 2 to 3 month turnaround time. Not only did they finish the repair in half the time, the car looks brand new! They even detailed my car inside and out, just before I picked it up. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I absolutely would go back to SDR if ever needed, and I Highly Recommend them! I chose SDR based on the reviews and they absolutely lived up to what everyone has said! I am very particular about my vehicles and keep them in the best condition possible. So when I have to relinquish it to someone else, it is a very uncomfortable feeling. Gatlin was amazing! He eased my mind by going out of his way to go over every detail with me. His professionalism and the professionalism of the shop were also instrumental in easing my mind. They are a very well run operation through the process of intake to completion. The shop is a beautiful, clean, high tech looking environment with comfortable customer spaces for waiting. My first time using SDR after my new driver teen side swiped a parked vehicle and messed up the paint and body of the car. I am extremely impressed by their services and will go to them from now on. The first thing I noticed is how clean the office is. They are also organized, quick, and professional. Stephen managed my car's repairs and he is was so friendly and knowledgeable. He regularly communicated updates about my car via email or phone call. I am blown away by the superior services here. I have 2020 Audi A5 and I would definitely bring my vehicle back because they did excellent job on my repairs the person that handle everything for me was Gatlin and he was Awesome great customer service and he always kept me up to date on my repairs . I would definitely recommend SDR to my family and friends. This place is top notch!!! Martha, Sarah and the entire SDR staff in Owings Mills were wonderful to work with in my recent repair. Very professional and knowledgeable, they kept me up to date in regards to my repair status, which I appreciated. Once completed my car looked amazing, they even detailed the inside and outside of my car - I didn t expect and it was a welcomed surprise. My car looks so good that I wish I could go to them all the time for my car detailing, made it look brand new! Overall, if you are looking for a collision repair center that treats you with the upmost professionalism and respect - then you should head over the SDR!!Thank you so much SDR!!

This was the best experience I had using a body shop. Everyone was so pleasant. My service advisor Keith was excellent. He made this experience very easy. There hands on approach is welcoming. The service was not only cost effective but extremely well done. My car looked brand new. Keith, thanks for everything. I will definitely refer people to your shop. I came in for an estimate n let Christine know that I was getting others but she took the time to remove the scuff marks on my car for no charge, which she didn't have to do. She was so pleasant, and I told her that if I ever needed body work done....I would definitely bring my car here. I had gone to another shop previously n they never offered to do that for me. Also, her estimate was more than half price cheaper than other shop. Great customer service for not making me wait!Great PR!I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends.

It was a lot of arm work that went into fixing my Angel baby! But God is so good and Brian and the staff at SDR were heaven sent! From start to finish Brian was communicative and ensured my car was finished to absolute precision! I know I bugged him, calling every two days but he was always calm and confident in his work and made me feel at ease that they were working so diligently on my car! I hope I don t need their services anytime soon but I am so relieved I know who to call if I do!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The car was scheduled and returned to me on the date as promised by the estimator, Gatlin Loudermilk. The body work as far as I can see upon initial inspection is excellent. They also detailed and cleaned the car inside and out which was included and not expected. They also provided me with a ride home and a pick-up to take me back to the shop when the work was completed. I recommended this company to a friend, though at their other location. She is very discerning and had no complaints and was very happy with the work. If you need body work I would definitely recommend this company.Service: Body & Trim
