Jason is courteous, patient, & a great asset to the collision center s team. My insurance was not at all easy to work with & he gave me assurance from the moment I called to inquire as to if they work with that carrier to the day that I picked my vehicle up.As a former adjuster, I value body shops that know insurance & how to work with them as well as the required patience. This was certainly a pleasant experience for an unfortunate event.Everyone that I encountered over the 2 months (timing was ZERO fault of their own) that my vehicle was in SOMCC s care was amazing and so willing to help out. If ever need body work again, I certainly know where to go.

The Customer Service with John Standiford and team was absolutely impeccable. From the moment that I dropped the car off to the moment it was redelivered to my house, John and his team were on top of all matters. I received total white glove service. Communication and updates were given daily and John let me know step by step where my car was in the process. Class A facility and Class A service. I appreciated the total service and care I received from John and his team. Thank you.

Everyone I delt with were friendly and very knowledgeable. With parts being on back order (which is Everywhere) Jason kept me up-to-date and was very patient, answering all questions and concerns. All my emails were responded to in a timely professional manner. I definitely recommend Safford Owings Mills Collision Center, and will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Great team from start to finish!

After a very frustrating situation with our car insurance due to an accident with a 18 wheeler, Mike and Jason made the collision repair the easiest part of the process. Thank you for being responsive and upfront with all the information regarding the collision process. Thank you for working the adjuster and making sure I got original parts for my brand new car. Safford had my car for over a month due to issues with the insurance company trying to not use factory parts. Mike, the General Manager and Jason, the writer, battled for me to ensure only factory parts would be used despite what the insurance company suggested.They were very transparent when dealing with me. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a body shop.Thank you for your exceptional and professional customer service. My vehicle had almost $8000 in damage when I was hit! I was not at fault but there places my insurance company wanted me to check out did not do that body work or they would not get to my vehicle for a couple of months!Honda recommended Safford of Owings Mills! My experience with them was better than expected! They went above and beyond their performance! They kept me more in informed than my current insurance company and made sure I was getting properly informed!I left Safford with so much valuable information that would help me dealing with insurance companies. When Clint was not available to assist me; his team was aware of my situation with the insurance companies and always got my questions and concerns answered!My husband was pleased we went v through them and we were never neglected or taken advantage. We were in constant communication by phone and email! It was worth driving 30 minutes to this location then going to a place 10 minutes from us!Clint and his team are amazing! Best customer support team and service!!! And my vehicle looks brand new from all the repairs and cleaner from before! They definitely take pride in their work!!Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about this crew. Thanks to them I did not need to call them or call my insurance company claim adjuster. This is not your regular body shop. They also provide rentals on site and there rental selection is excellent. My vehicle looked amazing when I got it back. I am glad I chose them to repair my vehicle.

My Tesla was rear ended. Safford fixed the body and electrical to perfection and kept me posted along the way. I felt very taken care of. They also interfaced with my insurance company and made sure I had no out of pocket expenses except my deductible. I highly recommend them. Safford Owings Mills is on the Tesla recommended list. I took my Tesla there for the replacement of the front bumper. State Farm paid over $9000 and I still had to pay out of pocket $880. I would go directly to Tesla next time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Even though I was not able to have the vehicle repaired due to the insurance deeming the vehicle a total loss, I can speak to customer service and attention to detail. From the initial communication of coordinating vehicle drop off and an explanation of the process (new to me) and updates throughout the process. Customer service was great and the whole team was professional and courteous.

Amazing experience from start to finish. From excellent customer service, to a timely repair of the utmost quality, Safford really has your best interest in mind and went above and beyond. I brought my car in for repair after a neighbor slid across the front bumper. The car had two previous repairs performed to the bumper at other body shops. SOMCC was by far and away the best experience and produced the most outstanding result out of the three body shops. I worked with John Standiford and Maddy. Many thanks to the team at SOMCC for making this an easy experience, negotiating with insurance to optimize the work and repairing the front bumper to perfection. The car was hand washed, blown dry and had a nice shine on it when I picked it up.

They did a great job repairing my Tesla. Clint kept me informed the entire time, and worked well with my insurance. I was worried that the repairs would take a while but I got my car back within a month. Everything is great and my model 3 is back looking like brand new. I d definitely use them again ( hopefully I never have to lol).

I would not recommend using Safford Collision Center if you have other options. My experience with them was less than ideal.TIME: It took more than 4 months between initial estimate and the completed job.COMMUNICATION: I found the staff to be unresponsive. I had to constantly check in about ordering parts, getting my car on their schedule, etc.COST: The invoice they submitted to my insurance company was twice the price of the original estimate. When my insurance company refused to pay the difference, guess who was on the hook?Take your car somewhere that can be trusted.Service: Body & Trim

OMCC did a phenomenal job negotiating the repairs with my insurance company. Although I did have out of pocket expense, I would rather my vehicle be repaired per the manufacture 's requirements rather than the sub par repairs I would have received at the insurance company's DRP' shop. The collision center that i was recommended to is not BMW certified. I highly recommend anyone reading this to take their vehicle to a collision center certified by their vehicles manufacturerServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

They are a BMW certified autobody shop, if you have a BMW with some specific factory paint like Manhattan Matte Metallic try finding a body shop that can get the paint and a painter that can match 100%. Safford is BMW certified and the painters are trained and certified for these paint applications.I have had absolutely no issues, work was done in a timely manner, no drips, no overspray and no fish eyes in the finished work. The work was done right the first time and was factory finish new.Service: Painting

UPDATE: Added one additional star for my review. After threatening my insurance company to file a claim with the Maryland Insurance Administation, they finally paid their true responsibility of the cost. Still deducted 1 star because while I do think most of the blame is with my insurance company, I still think that Safford could have been a bit more proactive.---------------------------The shop conducted repairs on my collision-damaged vehicle that ended up not being fully covered by insurance. At the end of the experience, we had the insurance company and Safford pointing fingers at each other.From my perspective, there was a general failure to communicate from both parties, and both share responsibility. However, at the end of the day I am the one that suffered to the tune of an extra $1,000+ for additional repairs that I did not directly ask for (I just wanted my car fixed).Lesson learned for me: Do not have any work commence on your car until BOTH the insurance company AND the auto company are happy with the estimate. You may wait 2-3 extra weeks, but you'll be waiting on the end while they sort it out anyways (my car sat, completed, for a week, while the insurance company dragged their feet and ultimately declined to cover).With that said, the work was done well and I am very happy with the result. It just cost me $1,000 more than I expected.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my BMW X7 to Stanford Collision after I was in a car accident and I could not have made a better choice! John Standiford and Madeline were a joy to work with. I received detailed, timely updates and responses to my questions. My X7 was ready to go after only a few weeks and it looks and drives like brand new. I hope I don t need them anytime soon but if the unfortunate happens, Stanford Collision is the only choice for me. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby!!!
