The level of professionalism and customer service is both foundational and obvious from the time you enter the service center. Everyone including the service manager, Peter are highly engaged and helpful. Jonathan and the service technicians do a fabulous job. Supporting locally owned businesses who take pride in their craft and provide quality and value is easy to do and important to our community.

Exceptional Service Every Visit!I've been a loyal customer for over four years at this Porsche Service Department and continue to entrust my vehicle to their care. The staff, from the service advisors to the technicians, exude a deep understanding and appreciation for Porsche craftsmanship; they listen and always accommodate my schedule. It is a great place to service a vehicle.

I had a problem yesterday and without an appointment I raced over to Porsche at 8 o clock. Jonathan could not have been more helpful. The repair was completed in a very timely fashion. I have been back for a few small service advisories on my vehicle in November of 2023, Rob emailed to schedule a time that worked for me. I am consistently impressed with the communication and the services performed here. They go above and beyond every time.Original review:I took my vehicle in for its 1 year service. Jon my Service Advisor was waiting and we had a nice chat about cars and he answered all my questions about servicing my vehicle. The service was completed on time and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely friendly. They also had lots of great cars to check out. The dealership was great in some respects - called for an appt and got one the next day and they picked up my car at the house but what was supposed to be a one day recall fix turned into two full days and they delivered my car back the morning of the third day. Inconvenient but whatever. Car had been washed (thank you!) but they didn t charge up the car so when I got into it the next day to go to work it wasn t enough charge so I had to make other arrangements. Next time please charge it up! Otherwise great!

I dropped my GT4 off at night for an Air Conditioning problem without an appointment. I also requested oil change service and to check out a few other items. Night drop was easy, and communication with Jonathan was great via text and phone. I was able to pay online and pick up after hours. Car was clean and well taken care of. This was my first experience with this service center and it won't be my last. Johnathon Escamilla was my service advisor and he did a magnificent job assisting me with my vehicle. He was very friendly, patient and relatable. More dealers should have somebody like this to assist customers.

This dealer has service my two Porsches for about nine years impeccable service, service advisors are always kind and thoughtful, I m in and out no wait time with a loaner. Worst experience I have had. Battery died first week I had the car. Hatch back cover broken and they said it was part of the price they can fix it. Let s see it s a dealership with a full service department!!!Wish they would have told me!! Never by a car from Len StolerHydunay. Oh and only game me 1 key!!! Great job guys!!!Pm me for details.

I went in to take care of a recall. I spoke with Peter. He assured me that he would get everything taken care. I believe Jonathan worked on my vehicle. Everything was taken care of and as always I'm a dairies customer. Thank you Peter so much for giving me such great and personalize customer service. As everyone knows, there's nothing cheap about servicing a porsche. I appreciate the great service which helps with the large bill! Thank you again team!

My first time getting my Porsche Macan service. I had a good experience no hassle, even though it was a pretty penny, but much needed work. I am satisfied with the results. Robert and Jonathan is two awesome service advisors they jump on the matter quickly with honest feedback, I highly recommend them.

Arrived 2 minutes early and they took car and started check in process immediately.Explained all maintenance work in detail with cost breakdown. Had brand new loaner cleaned and waiting for me.Porsche technician sent me a video of him going over car with detailed explanation of all findings. Did need extra work which they detailed and got permission for before starting. Work completed 3-4 hours sooner than expected. Pickup was easy with all work completely detailed. Car looked brand new. This place is horrible! I brought in my 2018 Porsche Panamera to replace the tires last week, WHICH THEY DID! BUT THE TIRES WERE THE WRONG SIZE!! When I told them the tires were too big for the car this blue collar snob Robert came out from his desk and told me "You're too big for the car." What does that even mean?? You think this car can't support 450 lbs??? I'VE BEEN LOSING WEIGHT FOR YEARS. I go to Planet Fitness, dude. You should try it. I did not appreciate the racial slurs either. This is ridiculous! I am NEVER coming here again. Absolute nightmare. Do NOT bring your Porsche here.

My wing snapped off in the car wash, and the car wash agreed to pay for the damage. I took my car to Jonathan, and I got my car back looking as good as new. Fantastic service, as always! Melodie, Frank and the rest of the service team are always efficient, and they always provide a new loaner when needed. I m always greeted by my name when I walk through the door, even if it s been months since I ve been in. Text-based communications provide constant communication about work status on your vehicle, and are super-efficient. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle on return, which is always appreciated. This is, by far, the consistently best experience I ve ever had at a dealership; it s flawless service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Took my Porsche Cayenne S for scheduled maintenance and to have an issue looked at. Robert Wiggington did an amazing job with his clear communication, walking us through the maintenance that was required (as well as work that could wait until the next interval) and made the overall experience extremely pleasant. The maintenance crew did a great job on the car and provided us with very thorough inspection results. Well first thing was sticker shock for just replacing a battery. Guess I ll get used that since I m not in an ordinary car anymore. Which I absolutely LOVE by the way. I ve been to the Owings Mills dealership a couple times and every time Jonathan in service waited on me. That guy is incredible! Laid back attitude but is always extremely attentive to my concerns and also gives u the straight skinny and also alternative solutions. Thanks to Jonathan I ll continue to get my car serviced there.Service: Auto maintenance
