My personal friend used this location for window tinting and in doing so the person used the heat gun which in turn burned the door panel on their new vehicle. Initially the owner acknowledged the mistake and agreed to have the repairs fixed yet he ordered the wrong part and the dealership wasn t able to fix as no receipt or other paperwork was given to them for the dealership to even trace the item and have it re-ordered. In knowing this we both made several attempts to reach out through text, calls and also driving to the business that seems to not be there all of a sudden with No luck , no replies or call backs. So I will definitely say that these positive reviews must be family and friends paid to leave these reviews because what I see and experienced is completely the opposite. I will definitely seek other resources also it s proof this business doesn t work on accountability, good morals. Again someone shouldn t have to feel like they are being a pain when trying to the issue resolved when In fact it s not the fault of the customer but rather the shop itself..(I can also share the text , phone calls to show you made NO attempts to reach back out the the individual. You are quick to reply here but wouldn t answer her calls or text. So if the part is wrong and the dealership stated you don t have a account with them. Again it s simple how about you order the correct panel as it s obvious the part is wrong and if you actually seen her text why do you pick and choose to answer . It s not half the story I can back everything I state with proof that you haven t answer no calls or text .. so save that victim mentality for the stage as if you was about your word it wouldn t have gotten to this point. Just because you purchase a part that s the wrong part doesn t mean you did your part. As I m sure if the work you done on the time and she reversed the charges you would be equally upset. Doesn t matter how long you been in business. Having a establishment that s well known and being a back yard mechanic is a big difference.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Vehicle window tinting

Finally found the Right place!! I was searching and Googled auto window tinting "near me!" Being I was driving from Joppa MD, to Take my daughter's car for window tint! From Carroll county !I didn't search long and found ' Personal Touch' FB page! I looked through a few minutes, and felt strongly to call instead of requesting a quote on FB! I'm so glad I did! I reached Ron and ended up having a great conversation! I knew even after my daughter wanted me to check other places, that his professionalism and the recommendation he had for my child's car had already won over!He made it a point to get me in today!! New years Eve! Wow!I was actually excited to get the car there and get it done!It's hard to see in the pics, but he does exceptional work! And stands behind it! + It looks like I found a new place to get other automotive work done also!!Wish I could give them 10 STARS! here there are! !!I highly recommend Personal Touch' to anyone! Great service! Great prices! Great conversation! Honest!I will definitely be back soon!!Ron my daughter loves the car even more! She had a great big when she saw it!! I have had the absolute worst experience dealing with this business. I trusted them to tint my windows on my 5 day old vehicle and they damaged the window and door panel on my vehicle and then tried to cover it up with black Majic marker/sharpie pen. They never told me about the damage. I had to go back to them once I discovered it. It s been over 2 months now dealing with this situation. The owner keeps telling me lies and never returns my calls. He lied and told me that he has insurance and he doesn t. He s even hung the phone up on me. Please whatever you do , DO NOT trust this company with your vehicle. The owner is very unprofessional and the work is not good my window tint still has bubbles in it. The worse mistake I could have ever made was to trust this company with my new vehicle.

If I could give less than one star I would! I contacted this business back in July 2022 for tinting services on my new vehicle. I was very pleased and surprised to find that they could fit me in for an appointment as early as the next day!! I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told that he would be done in about an hour. I patiently waited for more than 2 hours, as a few other customers came in and interrupted the work being done on my vehicle, I was in no rush so I made it clear that I just wanted Ron to take his time and make sure it was done well. He completed the tinting, we inspected from outside the vehicle, I paid for the services, and I was on my way. As I drove off my eye caught some damage that had been done to the door panels(both driver and passenger, though driver side was much worse!). The damage done was very visible, not something easily overlooked. I was very upset and turned around and went straight back to the shop- confronting Ron on his mistakes, to which he acted shocked and surprised that the damage was there. He informed me he used a heat gun to help speed up the curing process and that must ve been what happened, when clearly a knife had been used to cut as well! He agreed to replace the driver door panel, and made the agreement in writing that he would do so at no cost to me. We are now in February, 2023, 7 months later!! I have still not had the replacement panel installed, I have texted and called numerous times and rarely hear a response! Each time I schedule plans for installation he is like a ghost with no trace if I move forward with installation the cost would be on me! I feel I have been way to gracious to even put up for this as long as I have. It seems to me that Ron is just biding his time hoping that I just move on!! I have no intention on doing this, he had made a promise and I intend to ensure he is held accountable for this. If you re looking for a reliable and trustworthy source for your vehicle services I suggest looking elsewhere!Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Not sure if you guys moved or went out of business but to notify people on social media and removing the ability to schedule appointments would help. My boyfriend and I schedule an appointment with All quality window tint for this morning with no sign of this company or All Quality Window tint at the location anymore and no one answering calls. I also didn t realize you guys went from All quality window tint to this company until we got to the location trying to look through social media to try to contact someone.

I went to personal Touch Custom Autoworld to have my Brake Calipers painted. the staff was absolutely wonderful. They gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. My service turned out more than what I expected. sometimes you hear bad stories about minority owned businesses but this by far is not one. I highly recommend you try this business and tell your friends. You will not be disappointed.

BLACK OWNED!!!!! Please check them out, they are a family business and very professional. I called, spoke directly to the owner and I brought my truck in. He was done in about 2hrs. I got my windshield tinted for $75 and two front doors for $75. They lasso do car detailing for a great price.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

I went to Personal Touch Auto to get my tire plugged. The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ron even explained the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return for future auto needs.

Iv have been going to Ron at personal touch for years he has done everything from full auto detailing with paint correction to tinting all of my personal vehicles as well as I am an excavation contractor and he has done specialized tint work on my heavy equipment ron has also done work for many of my family members and friends I refer personal touch to everyone and anyone I know in need of quality auto detailing tint work audio and more beyond there quality of work they quality of person far exceeds anything I could ever right in words in an online review ron and every one at personal touch are top notch at there trade as well as there quality of people I can't recommend them highly enoughServices: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films, Decorative window tinting, Auto detailing, Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting, Car waxing
