I stopped in here for a quick diagnostic on why my window will not roll up. The young lady was super helpful, her customer service was amazing. Her energy was everything. I appreciate the great service I experienced, even though I didn t get the outcome that I wanted. They did their very best. We know with everything going on parts are on back order or out of stock but I truly appreciate everything that she did for me today.

Horrible place. Horrible Service. Replaced tires. 6 weeks later, one burst. They told me they wouldn t replace it because I didn t buy a warranty. I was never offered a warranty. For years I ve been spending tons of money replacing my tires at this place. They never honor appointments, always waiting for hours. Now they won t even stand behind their products and service.

I had he most pleasant experience at his shop and wish I would have taken the names of the people who helped me !I found my tire had run flat and no spare!I tried to use fix a flat only to find it would not help, after calling into the shop I was instructed to come down and that my emergency was their emergency.I was in and out of the store in under an hour.Not only was my tire replaced & balanced . They took the time to inspect the others!I will be back for more than my emergency needs !Great job guys !

GREAT customer service! The manager of this location is very good at his job and a good communicator. Other mechanic shops I feel like I m rushed, to make space for next customer but this location feels more friendly.

Terrible experience, stay away since they ve had new management. My phone was stolen, and they wouldn t honor my warranty agreement for my tire. Unfortunately, the phone was brand new and I couldn t track its location so I couldn t do anything about it. Then I never received a phone call my car was completed. I had to go up there myself and ask what s going on. And they had the audacity to tell me your car been finished they told me Wednesday originally and I got my car on a Friday. How do you steal someone phone. I went in there and the dude couldn t even look me in the face thieves! Warning stay away, unprofessional!!

Sophie the manager is awesome! She is one of the best managers they ever had. I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly here. This is why I only come to this location. I would recommend anyone to come here.

The first two times I went to this location, I had a great experience, but after my past two experiences there, I won t be going back. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and had to stay and wait. I found the front desk staff extremely unprofessional. Every five minutes or so, the young woman at the front desk would ask me, What was your car again? Then, the mechanic told me that there was a problem with my car that was going to be very expensive to fix. About twenty minutes later, I found out they had just mixed up my car with another vehicle that was the same make but a different model after the young woman at the front desk had asked me at least five times which car was mine. When I got my bill, they had performed a service I had not asked for (balancing my tires) and therefore charged me a lot more than I was expecting to pay, likely because they confused my car with someone else s. I don t normally leave negative reviews, but this was just not a good experience, and I will not be going back to this location.

Came in to get a patch for a nail in one of my tires. Initially the lady who "greeted" me was definitely low energy. She appeared as though she didn't want to be there. Idk if she was sick or what but she left in the middle of my intake.Jason was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all my questions and was very patient through the process.There was another guy who prior to Jason helping me told me a bold face lie. When I asked if I had a road hazard warranty on my tire he told me no and quickly closed the screen. I even said I thought I saw "road hazard" on the screen and again he denied it and said we only purchased basic installation. A whole lie. This was a large man with a brunette beard. I was appalled at his dishonesty. Because Jason was able to pull up the account again and clear as day the report states we purchased road hazard warranty.When I asked Jason why he would lie he said he "didn't know". I asked for the guy to come to the front and he "was gone for the day". Very convenient. It was only 9:30 am. Perhaps they have an overnight shift. Idk.I'd say if you are a woman coming alone, be on your P's and Q's because this team is not trustworthy. Once you advocate for yourself they may start to act appropriately. Unfortunately, you have to remain diligent during your service.

Stay away from this Owings Mills location. It used to be amazing and I probably installed 20+ tires in my 10+ years with them and spent $10K on tires/service (I have 4 expensive cars). The quality is just not there anymore. They ruined my BMW's rim, acknowledged it while I was there, asked to email pictures to headquarters but didn't do much to try and fix it. I wasted so much time. Also, heavily understaffed as it took 2.5 hrs to install a tire while I had an appointment and had to wait there in their beaten down waiting area that needs a serious refresh.

This has been the worst experience with this location. I don't know what has happened. I have been here multiple times with a good experience. Now they have become "Mavis" and it's gone to hell. If this is Mavis, I'll be going someplace else from now on. Made an appointment for oil change for 8:00 a.m. They said I needed new tires, brakes, and rotters. Said the work would be done by 1:30 and I expressed my need to have my car for the afternoon. Now it's nearly 5:00 p.m. and the work is still not done. Another woman who came in the same time as me at 8:00 a.m. was still waiting for her car at 2:30. Ridiculous. Beware of this place. There are a lot of other options just a few minutes north on Reisterstown Road.

I stopped by after getting a flat during a snow storm. They took the time to present all possible options from patching the tire to presenting me with a good deal on replacement tires. The service was efficient, timely and well-done. I will definitely continue to use NTB Owings Mills as my go-to for tires and brakes. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the professionalism and clear communication of the manager, Sophy. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at the shop was nice but it took 2+ hours for a standard oil change and tire rotation...don't even know why I bothered to make an appointment. There were only 2 other people in the shop at that time, but would've been nice to have a heads up if they were backed up.

Amazing store. The service was fast and management was wonderful and so friendly. Had to get a lot of work done on my 2014 Chevy equinox they went above and beyond to make sure it was up and running. Thanks to Sophy and her team. Highly recommend for any service

Sophy at NTB made my experience with purchasing 4 new tires such a smooth process. I would definitely recommend if you need new tires or anything else they offer ask for Sophy. Her customer service is one of the best I've experienced!!!

My husband took his Land Rover to this location in Owings Mills for a tire and rim repair. Sophie went out of her way to help resolve the issue. She was super helpful and got it fix in a timely manner.

I was visiting MD for work and staying with a family friend in Owings Mills. I visited the NTB location without an appointment for an oil change. Datonice was very helpful and assured me the service could be completed within an hour. I wasn't in a rush and didn't have an appointment, so I anticipated a wait. I was in and out in an hour. The front desk team and the service technician that worked on my car were so helpful and kind. Kudos to them for the customer service!

I found the GM Sophie to be kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The Customer Service was exceptional.I highly recommend that you consider NTB in Owings Mills, MD when you re looking for quality service.

I had a flat tire and Sophy and Sergio took great care of my needs before they officially opened for the day selling and mounting a new tire while I waited. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend NTB!

Went to them to install new tires.My old set was bad and I had a nail in one tire. I leave state and come home and see I have a flat. I inspect the tire and I see they cracked the rim. See the pictures there's no impact damage where it hit a pot hole or anything.Update just went into see MR.William he was very unprofessional and pretty much disregarded customers safety. Will never be coming back to NTB

I ve been to this location a couple times before, but this was the first time I ve ever seen the manager. Very nice, personable, very inviting. He explained the wait time to me up front and also reassured me that I would be taken care of. Great guy.

Stopped by to have a slow leak repaired due to a nail. Waiting room was dirty and run down and needed a remodeling. Office area was not much better. Some lights were out. There business vibes were more negative than positive. Only saw on tech working on cars in the bay while 3 customers were waiting . I decided to leave because I had no confidence on this locations abilities.
