I initially was out of town so I had my wife being in my vehicle for a tire replacement (have road hazard warranty). The service provider/tech quoted her a price ($315) that was not right and without measuring the tread to accurately account for the amount of coverage from the road hazard. I had her refuse and give the vehicle back. I brought the vehicle in a week later once I returned and the price I was quoted for the same replacement was $172. Make that make sense. I authorized the replacement at the lower (correct) price and they proceeded to loose the center cap for the wheel. All in all not a great experience and I feel like my wife was taken advantage off. I've been a customer for 16+ years and have brought 8 vehicles to this location. I am definitely rethinking my patronage.

I had a staple stuck in my tire and brought my car in to replace the tire. I was nervous and actually brought my car in a few hours before my appointment and they still got to it and finished it in less than 2 hours! Davon was the manager on that day and he was so nice and understanding and helped out so much. I would definitely come back!

The experience I had was excellent. The fact that the cost of the single tire was about $300 bothered me, but other than that, everything went smoothly. The customer service and turnaround time were excellent.

Service was excellent. Had an appointment at another Mr tire that wasn t open. I called this location and the young man I spoke with name Devon was very helpful. He told me to come on in and they ll take care of me. I was out in less than 45 mins. Great experience!

Mr tire are consistently a great place for tires and service. On the rim and out the door! But the service here shines. Especially from the technician Joey. Thanks for making my visit easier and more pleasant!

Got a realignment that was done pretty quickly. I was told the day before it wouldn't be started until 3pm. When I dropped the van off at 830am I was called 1 hour later and notified it was done. Good fast service.

Don t ever go to Mr. Tire. Especially in Owings Mills, MD. Had my car on and off for over a month and never fixed the issue. Paid over $2300 to keep getting lied to about either the part not being there or the technician calling out. Wasted money and time. They want me to drive with a faulty tire rod that s cable tied. Calling corporate was a waste as well. Now I gotta take it somewhere else but I need a full refund and then some. Letting my lawyer handle it from here.

My husband noticed my tire was low. And discovered there was a nail in it. He called late Sunday night, to make an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to fit us in 6pm on Monday. Well, everyone on 84 decided to crash into one another (as usual) and I was not going to make it by 6pm. Called and Kam told me, it doesn't matter. Come anyway, we will make it work. I got there around 6:20pm. I walked back out at 6:35pm. Wayne and Alex both worked to get my tires on incredibly quickly. Thank you so much Kam, Wayne & Alex! I was a nervous wreck driving knowing there was a nail in my tire and ya'll just... made it work!

I was in the area and knew i needed an oil change. It was not busy. I was taken right away. The young man at the counter was personable and pleasant. The tech seemed efficient. I was happy to have it done.

Came for alignment at Owings Mills loc. & Mike did a bunch of extra things today without charging me (including getting the tire light that was on for years to turn off!) I don't live close but I'm bringing my car back!

THE Absolute Best! I am a returning customer for over 5 years now- and would NOT go anywhere else! They have repaired stuff that other shops wouldn t even touch but force to buy new for $600!Highly Recommend!!!Fast, Reliable and Impeccable Customer Service!

While visiting her dad in Reisterstown, my wife had the low tire lite come on. Def a leak as back tire was low. Called 4-5 places and nobody could take her till later in the afternoon. Called Mr Tire and "E" said Ill get her in within an hour. She got there and they basically took her right in. Glad she stopped. Nail in tire. Within 30 min she was back on the road. Great service!

My first time using this shop to get tires replaced. I ve had a wonderful customer service experience and will be sending referrals their way!!! I started my service at the Randallstown location and it was atrocious. Owings Mills Mr. Tire is the absolute BEST! I ve interacted with THREE, yes 3, different team members and they ve all been outstanding!

I ve been using the Mr. Tire Owings Mills location for years! I ve never been disappointed. Alex, Kam, other customer service representatives and technicians are top notch. I recommend them to everyone! The service is excellent, their advice is sound, and the products are high quality!

Very happy with my experience at Mr Tire. I had my car towed here with 2 flats in the middle of the night. I spoke to Alex in the morning. He was very helpful and they went out of their way to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Walk out the door price was exactly the same as his estimate over the phone. I will definitely come back.

I bent one of my rims on my new Kia Seltos. The OEM rims were super expensive for this new model. I got prices from several other auto service stores and finally talked to Alex at Mr Tire in Owings Mills who beat everyone else s price and had 4 new rims installed in about 3 days. It s been almost a month now and I am still so pleased. Thanks Alex!

After waking up to a flat tire (Great way to start the day) I went to a jiffy lube and was quoted $300+ for a new tire and was told I would have to wait hours. I proceeded to go to Mr Tire praying for a miracle. Although the parking lot and lobby were full, Kam ensured me that he would do his best to get me in and out within the hour. Not only was my problem solved in under a half an hour, but my tire was also fixed and didn t need replacing!! Very friendly, efficient, and honest service. I will be returning in the future.

My experience yesterday at this location was great. I appreciate every worker that helped me with my car. Especially the manager Kam. He was not only pleasant with me but I noticed the other interactions with other customers. He put a smile on everyone s face while I waited in the lobby. Workers like this are the reason I will continue to come to this specific Mr. Tire!!! Great job

Thank you for easing my anxieties with an Uber/Hertz rental. I had a very good experience. Didn't have a printed voucher...after being on the phone with Hertz maintenance support for hours, on multiple days because of a glitch on their end. I went in, they pulled up the ticket/voucher...they fixed what needed to be fixed. I'm super grateful.

Just went in today for a screw in the tire fix, Alex is super friendly and they are efficient, it turns out the screw didn t went all the way in, and Alex helped me fix it without charging a penny. It s a great experience, will definitely come back again for any tire problem. Love the honesty. You are in good hands with Alex
