After Safelite inadvertently damaged my windshield during a small rock chip repair, they coordinated a replacement with Lexus of Owings Mills. Regrettably, this decision resulted in further complications and damage to my vehicle. Upon retrieving my vehicle post-windshield replacement, I encountered several issues: the interior A-pillar was loosely hanging, the window cowl lacked several clips and some were broken, noticeable gaps were present around the roof drip edge, and the rubber seal on the roof drip molding was torn. The service advisor then requested that I return the vehicle for a review of the damages incurred during the installation. Len Stoler Lexus conceded to replacing the driver's side roof drip molding and the missing clips, cautioning that addressing similar issues on the passenger's side could potentially "open Pandora s box."When I collected my car after these repairs, I noted that the replaced roof drip edge (driver side) markedly differed from its counterpart on the opposite side. I sought the service advisor's assessment of the repair quality. The service manager examined the discrepancy and attributed it to a design update by Lexus. I pointed out that my car was in impeccable condition upon its initial drop-off, expressing doubt that Lexus would approve such a glaring mismatch in exterior trim pieces for a customer. Inquiring whether he would be content with such a situation were it his vehicle, the service manager drew a parallel to his Acura, stating he perceived no issues with it. He then suggested I reach out to Lexus for any further concerns.I would advise others to seek automotive service elsewhere, as even smaller repair facilities boast mechanics with superior qualifications than those found at this dealership. Additionally, the dealership attempted to utilize an incorrect clip for the repairs, modifying it to fit despite the evident size disparity. Despite being presented with the correct clip from the passenger's side, the service manager insisted their choice was appropriate and offered to send me the replacement part via mail, astonishingly suggesting I rectify their error.This level of service is profoundly disappointing, especially considering it stemmed from a straightforward windshield replacement.

I always have a good experience at Len Stoler of Owings Mills. It s always easy to schedule appointments and I love working with Regina. If she s not available, the other service reps jump in and take care of me with no problem. It feels like a big family whenever I visit Highly recommend!

Everyone was wonderful. Regina kept the lines of communication open. She went over all options and didn't rush me to make a decision. When my car was ready, it was sparkling clean and running like it was brand new!(I'd also like to commend the young man who showed me my loaner vehicle. He was patient while I had a million questions.) The entire team was great!

55,000 mile service was smooth & I received video clip updates. My car was ready earlier than expected. 1 star off because there were black finger smudges on my visor and above the driver side door (cloth part). It took me close to an hour to get most of it out.

My experience was awesome. I thought heritage was great but Len Stoler superseded them in their hospitality, efficiency and technical assistance with the entry camera that captures footage of vehicle upon servicing. Regina was very helpful in explaining the timelines for my vehicle as well as payment required.

This Lexus dealer is excellent in every way. Their service team is very professional and care about their customers. When the team realized our repair would take longer than expected, they did not hesitate to provide us with a loaner. In addition, they kept me informed of their progress. We feel like we have a new car again. We drive 30 minutes to get to this dealer and it is worth the time.

Normally I would give a top notch review, but I can t this time. The service performed was fine. My issues are I noticed my car had been returned to the pickup area. I waited 10 minutes for my service advisor to let me know it was ready and to give me the bill. After 10 minutes I went to the cashier who said I needed to see my Service Advisor. They were nowhere to be found. I had them paged. After another 10 minutes I was told the advisor had left for the day. I had to seek out the Service Manager for help. You would think that the advisor would have taken a few minutes to at least let someone else know that they had customers waiting. First time I ve had a bad experience. Hopefully it s not going to be a regular experience.

The customer service was great. I appreciate being scheduled just a couple of days ahead of the appointment. My only concern is with a light cream interior, the techs were not careful with ensuring grease did not get on the seats and console.A tire was replaced after my car was driven over an object while in the shop, and blew out the tire. The service rep was upfront and replaced the tire with no issues.

I have been a Len Stoler customer since 2003 and have purchased 5 cars during that time. The service has up to this point been excellent. However on this occasion all I needed was a minor service and a vehicle inspection. Based on my previous experiences this have taken about one and a half hour or two at the most. This time it took six hours. Not once during the wait did anyone give me an update

My customer service rep Tyron was great. Very pleasant. Service was quick & the real time status updates of the service was very helpful in planning out my day. Also knowing the dollar amount for the service and if additional service is needed before you pick up your vehicle & not having the element of surprise when you pick it up was awesome! Should you need to wait for your car, the customer service area is GORGEOUS and welcoming.

Received great advising from my service advisor Tony, who explained my options very well and streamlined the whole process. My vehicle's issue turned out to be simpler than I thought, but I would definitely bring it to this facility again for service.

The service was top-notch. Timing was minimal, but I want to say one special thing to the customer service lady on the inside she went above and beyond and out of her way to assist an elderly lady who was having issues with her car and Medicaid Medicare other things going on and she didn t have her phone with her the Customer service lady allowed her to use her personal phone to take care of her business instead of tying up the office lines, I think that was above and beyond she was such a pleasant person.It made the over $400 bill easier to swallow :-)

The team was welcoming upon my arrival. Paperwork for a loaner car was fast and efficient; and my service was completed much sooner than I expected. I had been using the Towson location for years although Owings Mills is closer (received better service and nicer showroom) but with the upgrade in the facility, much friendlier staff, and excellent prompt service, I M BACK TO OWINGS MILLS! (Fingers crossed everything mentioned will remain consistent.)
