After Safelite inadvertently damaged my windshield during a small rock chip repair, they coordinated a replacement with Lexus of Owings Mills. Regrettably, this decision resulted in further complications and damage to my vehicle. Upon retrieving my vehicle post-windshield replacement, I encountered several issues: the interior A-pillar was loosely hanging, the window cowl lacked several clips and some were broken, noticeable gaps were present around the roof drip edge, and the rubber seal on the roof drip molding was torn. The service advisor then requested that I return the vehicle for a review of the damages incurred during the installation. Len Stoler Lexus conceded to replacing the driver's side roof drip molding and the missing clips, cautioning that addressing similar issues on the passenger's side could potentially "open Pandora s box."When I collected my car after these repairs, I noted that the replaced roof drip edge (driver side) markedly differed from its counterpart on the opposite side. I sought the service advisor's assessment of the repair quality. The service manager examined the discrepancy and attributed it to a design update by Lexus. I pointed out that my car was in impeccable condition upon its initial drop-off, expressing doubt that Lexus would approve such a glaring mismatch in exterior trim pieces for a customer. Inquiring whether he would be content with such a situation were it his vehicle, the service manager drew a parallel to his Acura, stating he perceived no issues with it. He then suggested I reach out to Lexus for any further concerns.I would advise others to seek automotive service elsewhere, as even smaller repair facilities boast mechanics with superior qualifications than those found at this dealership. Additionally, the dealership attempted to utilize an incorrect clip for the repairs, modifying it to fit despite the evident size disparity. Despite being presented with the correct clip from the passenger's side, the service manager insisted their choice was appropriate and offered to send me the replacement part via mail, astonishingly suggesting I rectify their error.This level of service is profoundly disappointing, especially considering it stemmed from a straightforward windshield replacement.

We had an unbelievably good experience at Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills, MD. Daryl Smith was such a pleasure to work with and was extremely professional in his dealings. I would recommend him to everyone because he made everything so easy because we had to drive 70 miles to get there and the team there was totally worth the drive and back. In fact everyone there: the finance manager Travis, who has incredible knowledge as well as patience to explain the whole process and Tech Eugene made it a pleasure and this has been the best car buying experience we ve ever had!! We wish them all the best and look forward to visiting again!

Marina was absolutely awesome salesperson (10 Stars) and great to work with. We had everything figured out and solidified before I even walked into the dealership. However the finance department quickly became overwhelmed when my scheduled time to come in was with a few customers and we had a longer than expected wait. I do understand that they schedule based on historical demand in that department so it was the only minor annoyance. Overall, I couldn t have been happier with my purchase.

We purchased a new RX350 from Chase Stine and couldn t be happier! Chase was amazing to work with and his communication was top notch! He went above and beyond to make sure they had exactly what we wanted, and had everything ready when we arrived. We also had an excellent experience with the finance Director, Travis Wagman. He took a great deal of time to go over all of our options. We also had an excellent experience with the tech specialist Jesse Cameron who knew that vehicle in and out! Overall we had an excellent buying experience, and would recommend family and friends!

My husband just purchased a truck for me and our soon to be bundle of joy. Tim was our salesman, when I say he was the best from start to finish. His communication, patience and flexibility because of our work schedules was perfect. Tim even followed up days later to make sure everything was fine with the truck. I don t think I ve had a better car buying experience.

We purchased a 2024 Lexus here after a car accident. I was unsure of what model I wanted but our salesman Tyrone took great time explaining options pros and cons and letting us test drive various cars. He sat and talked options and small details until we were certain. I had to go take one of my kids to work and told him my husband and I wanted to talk it over privately and we d be back in touch and he wasn t pushy or annoyed and respected it. Later we called and said we were ready but wanted quick seamless paperwork so he had us send over our financials remote and when we arrived finance was ready for us we were in and out of signing everything, car was detailed and plates put on etc in less than an hour. The finance manager was quick, knowledgeable honest told us about optional add on products but when we declined wasn t pushy which was nice. Their price was fair and they even cut a better deal with my husband on price. Overall it was the best car buying experience we ve had in our 20+ years of buying cars and the follow up services via phone text and email have been amazing- we won t buy another Lexus anywhere else after such a positive experience hereUpdate: 4/8/2024 Wouldn t take my car here for service anymore. Took in today for my 5000 mile service and I m remorseful. Drove into the bay through their fancy machine that takes photos of underneath and all around car and documents ever ding dent scratch etc. our consultant Ty showed us the photos the machine took such as tire Fred undercarriage and that was it because there were no other findings (it s a brand new garage kept washed weekly car) I also mentioned the leather on one side of the steering wheel was sagging and loose he acknowledged what I was talking about when I showed him.They called to let me know it was ready and the same guy told me he couldn t find anything wrong with the steering wheel and I said I ll show you when I get there. I arrived they brought the car inside and I showed him the sag in the steering wheel and expressed my concern that if it s like this after 2 months what does it look like in a year etc and it s a brand new luxury car I d like it fixed how it should be. He got another service guy who looked at it and told me there wasn t anything they could do. I asked for a manager and was toldNone were in today and to call one back next week. Most concerning are the marks leftOn my flawless car after they ran it through their drive through brush style car wash - various scratches and dings now that again no one can help with- at 2 months old and 70 thousand dollars we sure thought the experience with service would be better

I just bought this brand new IS 500 from Len Stoler. My salesperson was Tim Queen. He was very cool and cordial. The finance manager, Travis, was personable and pleasant. I enjoyed him because he asked what I wanted and we rolled through the paperwork. Unlike some other Lexus dealership experiences, Travis did not badger me into trying to get tire packages and all that. That was a pleasant surprise and experience.Given that I drove from NC to get this vehicle, which made for a long day and night, I must be completely truthful about my experience.The only complaint is that I requested ahead of time that the "Len Stoler" dealership decal not be placed on my car. I think Tim really tried to have it removed, so I am not blaming him; nonetheless, it was not. I think those decals look tacky on really nice cars and I never have had them on any of my Lexus vehicles. So now I'm going to have to pay someone else to remove it safely. Little things like that can make a difference in future purchases, especially when you are driving 5-6 hours for a $68K purchase.

Great place to buy a car. Dealt with Tyrone Greene in Sales. Worked with him over email, text, and phone to negotiate a price. Went to the dealership to finalize the sales process. Was very smooth and efficient. Dealership was really well designed, bright, modern, and clean. The waiting area had free coffee, snacks, and water. The tech, Jesse, spent a good hour showing my wife and me all the features of our car. We had not bought a car in sometime and the explanation of all the new features was essential.

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle without visiting the dealer, necessitated by the 600-mile distance between me and your location. In many ways, this purchase transaction was far easier that what one would expect with a local dealer. Your salesperson, Marina, has been wonderful to work with, providing me with the information I needed to choose the car, details on the car, and walking me through the purchase process, and now the delivery process so I don't have to travel 600 miles to pick up the car. I cannot imagine a smoother purchase transaction.

My SUV was totaled leaving me looking for a new one. i have never been a fan of car dealerships for obvious reasons, but my experience with Tim at Len Stoler Lexus could not have been better. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time to go over every aspect and feature of the car. I appreciated that he let my husband and I test drive the vehicle alone. I did not feel rushed through the transaction, but also did not feel like it took forever either.I previously had a Mercedes SUV so i initially test drove a new Mercedes GLE 350 and was not impressed with what you got for the price. I am so glad i decided to go over to the Lexus dealership and take a look. I feel like this Lexus RX350 fsport put that Mercedes to shame. In addition, Mercedes only gives a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty while the one through Lexus is 6 year 70,000 miles.

I had a great car buying experience with Daniel. After showing up for our same day appointment, I got to test drive the car I was interested in immediately. We spoke briefly about the numbers, and I was transferred off to finance department and out the door with my new car. They even had a tech guy sit with me and show me all the stuff inside my car. Really friendly staff. I highly recommend buying a Lexus at this dealership.

If you are coming to this dealer to purchase a vehicle... There is only one person you need to work with. That is Mr. Dwight Swaby. Not only is he knowledgeable about all of the cars, he makes you feel at home during the entire process. Buying a car these days is expensive and ensuring I was comfortable with the purchase was very important to me.I ask a lot of questions and like to take my time and Dwight was very patient and honest. My list of must haves was very long and he ensured the car hit them all. No pressure at all.Once the car was purchased and paper work signed, his customer service did not end, he explained how to use all the features of the vehicle, customized it to my liking and continued to answer even more of my questions. Especially because this was my first hybrid I was nervous about how to charge it and how it all works despite all my research.To be honest it felt like I was buying a car from a friend not a stranger. I had been to a few dealerships for different brands and also other Lexus ones and I purchased my car here because of Dwight's great service. I would give him 10 stars if I could - go to him you will be in good hands. The signing of paper work after was a breeze as well despite some negotiation that needed to happen.I purchased an NX plug in Hybrid - F Sport trim. Great car, handles well on the back roads, peppy on the highway and looks classy. Very happy with my purchase.

We were casually looking to replace our 2020 Lexus ES when we came across Len Stoler Lexus. After browsing their inventory online, Alan, the General Manager, reached out to us by text and email to come for a visit. He promised we would be satisfied.Tyrone also gave us a call to see if we had any questions. Both Alan and Tyrone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and we ended up switching to an Infrared Lexus IS350 that my wife really loves. We took the car off the showroom floor the same night. The finance manager was also great and didn't push any unneeded extras on us. Unlike some other dealers, they didn't add any extra dealer options or fees, only the standard processing fee. We got a call the next day to make sure all is well. We highly recommend Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills, MD.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my new Lexus GX460 from Len Stoler Lexus. My sales consultant, Marina Davis, was incredibly attentive, understanding, and a joy to work with throughout the purchase process. During negotiations on pricing, I received open and transparent communication from the General Manager, Mr. Kassel, and felt that I was given a great deal. Our Finance Manager, Travis, made the process quick and easy and we felt no pressure. The dealership was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I am comfortable saying that this experience was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had (and I've had over 50 cars!). I cannot recommend Len Stoler Lexus and their team highly enough.

We purchased a new Lexus TX with Tyrone, and he was amazing the whole way through! We are out of state buyers from Dallas and Tyrone went the extra mile. We gave Tyrone the exact model we were looking for and he was able to locate the perfect car for us before it even hit the inventory. Once we reserved the car, Tyrone followed up multiple times a week as the car was being manufactured and shipped. When the car made it in, he helped us ensure a smooth handoff to the shipper, even when the shipper faced multiple delays. A bit over a month into the process, the car made it into Dallas and we love it. Thanks!
