Yovnda Thomas provided excellent service and support to me at 7 AM and took down my information because they were just opening. She was both courteous and helpful. Kelly Garrett provided excellent service on replacing my shark fin tail antenna on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Scott Gable thought it was more important to wait on the lady who came after me number three in line. He took her back to his office for several minutes before getting back to me just to say that my labor would be $250. He never greeted me with a proper hello, good morning or anything. This is the first time that I have experienced this at this location. Normally, everyone there is very courteous. Shawn , who works in the Shuttle Service department was also very courteous and notified me that he was coming to pick me up.

Kelly in service definitely went above & beyond for me. I brought my car in on Thursday after it s been in the body shop for months. I needed to have my car s anti-theft updated (to secure new insurance) & due to a system issue, they couldn t complete it that day. He told me to drop in this afternoon & although I came later than agreed, he managed to squeeze me in. I haven t always had the best experiences here (gotta be honest), but the staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and this experience has truly redeemed the service center in my eyes.

I recently had my recall service done and it was completed successfully last week. The service department did an impressive job ensuring that my vehicle was serviced efficiently. Shout out to Shaun and Kelly who went above and beyond to make the entire process more convenient for me. I appreciate their efforts and look forward to seeing them in my next service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Service Advisor Deanna.. I needed the shuttle service to get back home.. Deanna made me feel comfortable that she would handle that for me And She did! She knows what she is doing and she has a way that makes you trust her I particularly need that quality in service people today .Lastly she remembered to give me a careful legible Automobile Status Report that was perfectly detailed so that the average consumer could understand .

I was very pleased from the time my car was taken in until the end. I only have 1 concern. When I used to drive in bay I used to be greeted by the advisor. He always came over to my car and said good morning and talked to meNow when I come in I have to get out of my car and walk over to desk. The advisor always checked his computer to fine out what my car needed as routine check up. I now have to guess what is needed.

Mr Kelly is one of the most professional and nice and caring person in the job he does and the person he is. Mr Kelly goes above and beyond to help you when I come I only want him to service me and my appointment are only with him he is more than 5 STARS he the MAN. I called to schedule service after receiving an email. When I got there, a loaner was ready for me. I did the things I needed to do while my car was being serviced. It took 2+ hours. Regina said all was well and I could come get my vehicle. Very professional. I feel confident when my vehicle is serviced by the Lexus dealer.

I received 5 Star customer service during my service visit on February 26. I very pleased with the turnaround time between my scheduled appointment and the time service was completed. I was surprised and greatly appreciated that my car was returned beautifully cleaned as part of the service provided by the technicians. Thank you.

I made an appointment for an issue on my car that stoped working, based on the good reviews of this dealer. When I dropped my car off I was reassured that they would get to the bottom of it. After not hearing anything about the status of my car 3 hours after my appointment time, I called the service center. The woman told me that even though I had an appointment my car wasn t looked at that day. When I asked if they could diagnose the issue the next day, she proceeded to tell me that they don t have time. I am incredibly disappointed as this was the second dealer that has lied, took my car, and never even looked into the issue. Now I am stuck with a broken feature and nowhere to turn. All on a car that is under warranty. Beyond disappointing

I wasn t happy with the customer service. The car was dropped off at 8am. I called the dealer around 12 noon to get an update. No one picked the phone up after calling several times. The update app wasn t working and I was not happy. Len Stoler Hyundai needs to update the customer and provide some kind of update to the customer. It s a shame I had to wait til 5pm to pick the car up. Keeping the car for 9 hours is ridiculous. Poor customer service

My experience with Kevin was amazing. He listened to my concerns and took care of everything. He provided answers to my questions and made sure that I had a replacement vehicle while the repairs took place. He kept me informed through the entire process.

Kevin was professional and kept me updated on the progress of my oil change. My visit was on 2/19/24. The timeframe was a bit long, as they were busy. But overall a good experience.Side note: while waiting in the customer waiting area, the Service Manager, Scott Gable, began to shout at his team in the service area. As there were several customers, along with myself, in the waiting area, listening to this man shouting at his team for talking and laughing it was loud enough for us to hear in the waiting area. As a person who is also in a management position, it would have been more appropriate to have conversations with your team individually and behind closed doors. Very inappropriate and unprofessional and this manager needs leadership training!!!

Took my vehicle for a scheduled oil change, which typically should take about 30 minutes to an hour. My car was not brought back to be inspected until about 2 hours later. In this time I called and was transferred to my service advisor several times where I received no answer. After another 40 minutes passed my vehicle was taken back. Nearly another hour later I called to speak with a supervisor who only offered an apology and to take my vehicle out of the car wash line. Not addressing any other concerns. I have returned to this location due to convenience but every time I face issues with their unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency. I can t wait to detach myself from Hyundai completely.

It was very horrible. They messed up my car. Nothing is walking right now in my car, my gear, driver windscreen, my trafficking light, my car is in a total mess. Just to fix the theft detector. Am bringing my car now for them to put my car in shape when I brought it to them. The way it was working perfectly when I brought it is how I want it. I am not satisfied at all. I regret bringing my car there yesterday. The service director Scott Gable is so rude and unprofessional.

The team at Stoler Hyundai just keeps getting better! Kelly has worked with me several times maintaining my 2015 Azera he seems to understand how much I like that car. I would like to single out Will and the parts department for taking care of my mistake on the tire order . Sorry again guys . I would also like to thank whoever cleaned my car ,great job guys. There was no problem with the work performed as requested , as always. A true 5 star rating.

The team was helpful and very professional. They took fixed the recalls that the manufacture had on the car. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car and it was cleaned and vacuumed. They even shined my tires. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service.

I had a service appointment schedule for 3 PM 1/16/24. I called and was given the option to come in at 1:30 PM. I get there at 1:20 p.m. and was told by Kelly that there was no one to service my vehicle everyone came in and left. I rescheduled my service for 2 days later. I received a call thirty minutes after my service appointment was supposed to start to ask whether or not I was still coming in for service.The day of service I asked to speak to the service manager Scott Gable who proceeded to tell me that "It was a snow day, What do you want me to do!" I asked him to comp my oil change and he told me "Oh no, we don't do that!" He was very condescending and offered no solution to the lack of customer service or waste of my time. Needless to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be giving my business to them anymore.

My experience at len stoler hyundai was horrible on every level, it was the worst on every level of life!!! No one greeted me except Kelly the advisor, the new trainer's were so into themselves, a white young girl with black hair was rude, and the young white boy was rude aswell, what a way to represent the company, Scott the service manager told me if I didn't like the service to go somewhere else for a oil change I completely cuserd him out, I will never return to this dealership every again along as I live, I will never ever purchase from here again, and I brought over 10 cars my husband and I over the years, Ken stoler hyundai of Owings mills service department is terrible terrible terrible...I put this on my Facebook and Instagram page...

Exceptionally bad. Had them tell me conflicting info about my lease repair policy- some guys giving me repairs free saying it was covered next repairs are apparently not covered. Good luck getting an appointment. It s been impossible to make any appointment to get a tire replaced here. They do not answer the phones at all. 10+ calls later including to other departments to just get transferred to anyone in service and I have decided to go to Costco for tire replacement. Don t expect anything from them just go somewhere else.

Today I received prompt snd excellent service from the Len Stoler Hyundai Service Department, especially from Kelly and the service crew. I iwas mmediately greeted with welcoming open car door service when I pulled my car into the service area. My service appointment reservation was immediately located and handled. I was treated with respect and I was made to feel like a valued customer.

-It took 3 1/2 weeks to get on the books just to schedule an appointment. Ok, no worries. (11/23/23).-Dropped the car off (12/18/23)-Len Stoler looked at my car on Dec 26th, 2023.-Called service several times (23 times) to get information. No one picks the phone up. (Try for yourself, no one will pick up). Had to get sales for someone to walk down to get a serviceman-no one ever called back.-I physically stopped in to have the manager drive with me to check the car out (01/08/24). He gave me no time table to to have it looked at other than, "It would be a long time".-Continued to call and leave messages over the next two weeks, no answer. Finally spoke to the manager, he told me again, "I told you it would be awhile with no other time table when it would be serviced." (01/23/24). I then asked if it would be between 1 week to 4 months to have it serviced. He told me, "Yes".-Today, January 25th, I stopped by to pick up my car to take it to another shop. During these two months, I was without a car. No loaner at all! Inconvenient, incompetent and disrespectful in every way. After getting my keys and paperwork, he said (I think either sincerely or mockingly said, "If there is anything he could do, just call". I quietly thanked him, turned, and silently vowed to myself never to use Len Stoler ever again.

Excellent! Kevin started my paper work immediately, and answered all my questions promptly, and he was friendly and warm. He is very professional in his job also! He deserves a good pay rise, and promotion!

Waited FOUR hours for an oil change FOUR hours. No exaggeration or lie - FOUR hours. The only reason I m giving 2 stars is the service manager kept me informed after the first two hours of waiting and she did it with a smile.

Kelly has the worst customer service, dropped off my car and had to keep visiting the center atleast 5 times. Kelley was never there and the first time he called to give an update was 3 weeks after I dropped off my car. I had to get the corporate involved since he was neither giving update nor fixing the car. I m glad I finally have my car back. I ll never go back to Len Stoler Hyndai in Owings mills. Worst customer service, and their management isn t any different. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in service department. I left many voicemails to Scott (manager) but he didn t returned a single call.

First of all, the service dept NEVER answers their phone. This is the third time I've had to stop in to make an appt for service. Also, it was questionable as to whether they had any record of the appt I made.The service writer, Deanna was more than acommodating. She was courteous and explained in detail what would be done to my Santa Fe. She was the best part of the experience.

Appointment scheduled for Monday 4/25 at 7:30 am. Second time a problem with computer. This time parking break, auto idle not working. Dropped car off Sunday night. When appointment made explained problem. Received call from shop Monday morning and again explained problem. By Tuesday evening car not looked at
