DO NOT TAKE YOUR LEXUS TO LEN STOLER COLLISION CENTER. When I took my car there that they indicated they were Baltimore s only Lexus Porsche collision center as per their own invoice in 2020. However, now I find out that they didn t become certified until 2021. I was just advised by them they were not a certified Lexus repair center in 2020 when I took my car there to be repaired. I would say they should have had it printed on their invoices at the time that they were not a certified Lexus Collision center. I will say reading is fundamental on my part because I should have read my estimate. Now it is costing me almost $2000 to get my car fixed correctly. Part of it is my fault. Because I should have read my estimate. Part of it is their fault because they should ve told me they re were not a certified Lexus collision center at that time. And I would advise if you decide to take your car there to go over any estimates line by line before you authorize them to do any work to be absolutely sure you hold them to the work that should be done on your car. I will not be returning. And I m not recommending that anybody use them. So what did I learn? If you have a Lexus and need collision work done, make sure they are a certified Lexus collision center. Make sure they use OEM parts. Make sure your insurance company approves OEM parts. Make sure you read your estimate invoice by line by line before you authorize any work to be done. And if you need somebody to explain the invoice to you find a repair mechanic or friend to help you interpret what the codes means.

They did a great job and everyone was super nice! The insurance company was a pain but the shop kept me informed every step of the way and stayed on top of the insurance company to get as much covered to do factory repairs. They definitely advocate for the customer and worked with me on pricing to get it done right!

Do not take your vehicle here! They are scammers. They quoted $3000 for a bumper repair, then added an additional $9000 in supplements. When I opted not to get the car repaired, they charged $800 for removing the bumper and putting it back as I brought it in. Pure scammers! Stay away from this place! See the photos for the 12k repair they quoted. Stay away from this place. Also Jason is a horrible manager and an unfair person. The only person at this place with competence and fairness is the front desk receptionist. They rest have been trained to rip you off.Stay Away!Update- same repair they quoted at 12k was performed for 4.7k at Toyota Heritage Body Shop- all OEM parts. They are definitely scammers at Len Stoler!

I was blown away at the amazing customer service at this collision center! After I was rear ended, I thought I had made the right type of appointment for my car but I didn t and Alitzah went above and beyond to help me get things sorted out. She was so kind and helpful and took care of everything with a huge smile. When I returned a month later to get my car she greeted me by name as soon as I walked through the doors. I work in customer service and I now have a new role model! Zach was very helpful providing updates on the repair frequently and the shop did a great job on the vehicle repair. When I got the car back it was detailed impeccably as well. I hope I never have to repair my car again, but if I do I will absolutely come back to this shop!!

A construction truck knocked a traffic cone in my path on I-95, which dislodged the front bumper on my 2023 RX500h. I made an appointment online and Zach called me within 5 minutes. I took the car in, met with Zach and he took the car back into the shop. Less than 30 minutes later, the bumper was fixed. Zach was professional and courteous. He did not charge me for the repair and would not take a tip. I highly recommend Len Stoler Collision Center. I hope I don't need their services, but if I do, they will be my first call.

Len Stoler Collision Center of Owings Mills is the best!!! I have been dealing with them for 4 years they also get my vehicle back to looking new. Zach keep me informed every step of the way about what s going on with my vehicle.Len Stoler Collision Center is the only shop I trust with my vehicle. They are also the best because they don t use after market parts on your vehicle. Highly recommend they.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was hit in an accident on my driver side, the collision center took the car completely apart before the adjuster from the other parties insurance company came out and sent me a bill for almost $4k more than what the insurance company would pay due to the collision center having to repair it the Lexus way . Once the repairs was finally done they lost my car on the lot and took an hour to find it. Their policy and procedures is absolutely not customer friendly and they up-charge their customers. I would not recommend this collision center because of how they do business.Services: Painting, Welding

As a customer I shouldn t be told that something is too expensive as if I m asking Len Stoler to repair my paint job on their behalf for one thing you don t know how I make my money to afford things that I want therefore you lost a customer I ll go elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced it s distasteful to hear those words from people as if you know how much I have in my pockets

This place is a joke. I ve brought several of my cars here. First was my Lexus a few years ago they got paint on my gas tank area (no worries) work always looks goodBut funny thing is I bring my car here for wheels and scratches on my bumperThey say $800 to repair my rims (curb rashes)And over $1400 for these tiny scratchesWell I take it to a Honda collision center and paid $556 for my wheels and $1185 for my bumper funny how you decide to pay out of pocket and the charges are so highYou all definitely lost a customer & while you re at it work on you rude customer service skills with your people including the manager.

I went to shop today to see if they could take off an after-market sports emblem that has been on my car for 2 years, maybe more. Jason (Manager) was pleasant & pulled the emblem off right away. He then took my car in the work area & Jay cleaned up the residue left. This took less than 15 mins. Everyone was so kind & professional, including the young lady at the front desk. Thank you! It looks like it was never there!

First of all they never called me and let me know when they got my lexus RX450h truck so I never know what's going on. They ended up finding more damage and once again they didn't call me and lmk... they never called me to lmk how much longer it was gonna take them to finish getting my truck fixed which will be another 3 weeks and this whole time I have to pay for a rental car outta pocket. My husband just came home from a rehabilitation center from having a stroke and I'm having a really hard time making ends meet. I don't know what to do and they are horrible with communicating with me

Very poor service extremely slow. It has taken about 30 days to do replace two tires rims and suspension. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. This has been the worst automotive experience I have had. You would think having a Lexus and Len stoker being a Lexus dealer would put more pride in customer service and speed. Once again do not take your vehicle here.

I paid $3,000 out of pocket for a deposit Feb 7th and subsequent to the price of the damage jumping from $4000 to $8500 (the price hike was mostly due to parts which is a common rip-off practice of many body shops) decided to just go through insurance on Feb 9th. At the time of writing this review on Feb 22nd, I have yet to receive my refund for the $3,000 deposit or an explanation as to why it has been delayed. Be careful using places like this.

VERY GOOD SERVICE BUT SLOW GEICO CAR INSURANCE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD THEY WON'T CHEAP BODY LABOR USED PARTS GEICO DOES NOT WANT TO BLEND PAINT NEVER INSURANCE YOUR CAR WITH GEICO THE WORST

Worst experience ever , first the painted my bumper the wrong color, then try charge my insurance, had to keep going back and forward there for issues that wasn t fixed , then when they finally finished my car I received it very muddy and dirty in the inside, just terrible service, and all I m gonna say is don t trust Chip
