This is a family owned business. I've been knowing Joel for almost 15 years. That's how long he has worked on my friends and family cars. They are very experienced, professional and efficient. Prices are pretty Reasonable!! Also very pleasant. Try them, you won't regret it!!

I was told that I would be able to get a new plate installed under my car for $250. I was told the cost was for both parts and labor. The receptionist rang me up and gave me a receipt. She charged me $238 and wrote that it was a deposit. She didn't put on the receipt that I paid in full. This caused confusion. Joe told me that the price was only for the part and didn't include the cost for labor. He was not able to reach the receptionist to confirm that I paid in full. I ended up paying $60.00 more for the labor. Make sure the receipt says paid in full when you pay in full to get work done on your car.

Excellent Service supervised directly by the owner, Mr. Joel Camacho. He did everything necessary to ensure that the job was done right, he fixed a complicated electrical problem in my 1995 Mercedes Benz, working extra time without overcharging, I took my car to several mechanical repair shops and they were not able to found the problem. I unconditionally recommend High Falcon Auto Service owner and his employees as Honest, Hard Working, knowledgeable, friendly, fair, team .Superb job!!! I have been taking my BMW Z4 to High Falcon Automotive for the past 4-5 years. Joe and his mechanics are the best. Isaac has always worked on my car and does great work and very friendly. It is a nice family owned business and they treat you like family when you are there. I would recommend this shop to anyone. It is sometimes challenging these days to find a honest mechanic who does great work.JeffService: Steering & suspension repair

When I think of this place I think of HONESTY, AMAZING WORK, and good price. I was referred by some friends to come here. I had taken my car to 3 other shops before coming here. They took EXCELLENT care of me. The dealership was gonna charge me a arm, a leg and my 1st born to fix my transmission. They fixed it for a lower price and fixed other stuff I know was missed up as well. This is a family owned business and they are AWESOME. Joel is the owner main one who helped me, easy to work with and knowledgeable. His wife (who works the front desk) is super sweet and efficient. Also Issac helped as well, super nice . I wouldn't dare go to another place ever again.

Accurate wait times, professional and friendly. Mr. Joe Camacho and staff here are great to work with. They never try to upsell you on anything and their prices are reasonable. They are HONEST, reliable & great Mechanics. They have saved me a lot of $$$ & headache over time. They stand by their work and also explain things so I can understand. As a WOMAN I feel comfortable taking my car their knowing that they will not try to give me things I don't need. They always have done a good job with my cars and have a good team of guys there. They even do amazing jobs with body work and also even seen them fix a car a dealer couldn t even fix. I would gladly take my car there again anytime without any regrets. There friendly and always helpful people they will help you save money if your on a budget and just fix what needs to be fixed there a honest group of workers.

If you need a true mechanic , ask for Joel and his muchachos . This experience is a Trip back in time the traditional small town mechanic expert with the same advanced technology benefits of the most sophisticated dealer computer diagnostics. The difference: Simple, Joel will not overcharged you, will not replace what does need replacement, will not make up a story if he can t find the reason for the failure and will give you a fare price for his job. Ah! and will not charge you $155 for just the diagnostic like most dealers do.

Complete rip off. Scratched all of my four alloy rima when installing new tires. Stay away or you're going to get screwed. This is the worst place to ever go to and the only reason why I went there was because everybody else was too busy to put on four tires which I have already bought and had in my car. So I went in and asked them would you guys put it on and they said yes. First the girl said it would be $20 then she said It will be $25. I agreed. Then when they already took off all of my four tires she told me it will be $30 for each if you want them to be balanced. Well of course I want them to be balanced that's why I was paying $25 as she told me. I told her that's too expensive and you said $25 which is already too high. She told me $25 is without balancing the tires. Since all of my old tires where off of my cars rims I had to agree to this rip-off was and to paying $120 for getting 4 tires replaced. I get in my car and drive to work. My whole car is shaking going over 60 miles that means the balancing was done incorrectly and all four rims or scratched up and one of the tires was put on backwards. I went back to them and told them all about this to get a full refund to which I was told they don't know how to do a refund. Stay away unless you want to redo everything they done and have to spend more money to fix your car!

I recently took my Toyota Highlander to be serviced. The mechanic did excellent work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Excellent customer service and great price.

Very professional receptionist and techs. Never suggested any work on my car that it didn't need. I've towed cars to HFA and have never towed a car back due to an misdiagnosis by techs. Highly recommend HFA for all your car repairs major or preventative needs. MOST OF ALL....(HONEST). Thanks HFA.

DO NOT take your car here!!!! Joe will tell you your car is fixed but really do hidden damage so you have to spend more money to bring it back to get if fixed! They are deleting the bad reviews!!!! this is my 3rd time having to write this review!!! So I m sure they deleted the other bad reviews other customers has had!

Terrible!!! They persuaded me to order a 200.00 part that never came in. They refuse to refund me the full amount they charged me, they stated they need to keep 20%. When I complained they stated there is nothing they can do about it. I am now stuck with a car that is not functional and no part to do the repair. Stay away from this place!!!!!
