03/21: Following my original post, I was contacted the General Manager at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. After listening to my story, he agreed to reimburse me for the interest I had to pay on my loan, restoring my faith in people (and car dealerships!) I've therefore upped my rating from 2 stars to 4 (process time was still slow).***Original Post: I didn't have immediate access to my funds and was offered a loan and was told (twice!) that there was no interest as long as I paid it off in 30 days. Not true. No response from the dealership when I made them aware of this. Also, it took about 3-1/2 hours to process the paperwork after the deal was struck with long periods when nothing was done to get us finished. It seemed like everyone was working on landing new potential customers.

Worked with alphonse - he was awesome. did all of my required service and helped me trouble shoot a new phone/bluetooth issue with the media center. Was in and out in less that 30 minutes. Alphonse went out of his way to help me

Save your money and don't waste your time at this (particular dealership) for "service."I requested a call back from a " manager" after receiving work on a Toyota. I (never) received a call back after several attempts to speak with "management" although I reached one of the service Rep's... NOT a call center!!NOTE; I ended up taking the vehicle to a DIFFERENT place because of safety concerns. This Toyota dealership cared less about my very serious concern's although I left very specific and descriptive messages numerous times! Also; I was not aware that Two hubcaps was missing off of this vehicle when Toyota suggested a "tire rotation" for the vehicle being due.My patronage for "several years" clearly has been taken for granted and not valued!

I had a wonderful experience with Brian Park at Heritage Toyota. I came into the dealership with the intention of trading in my old vehicle for a Rav4 and Brian helped me so much. My mother bought a 2023 Rav4 from this same location with Brian's help and it was a pleasure to have him help me with my car buying experience. Going forward I will recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a new vehicle. To Brian, thank you for making this experience enjoyable!

I went in expecting to look at a used Corolla Cross but it was already taken. Mr. Evon, the sales person found a brand new 2024 Corolla Cross instead and took the time to show me the fabulous features of that car. My experience in overall has been wonderful. I would recommend that anyone who wants a car to go to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. I can guarantee that you'll find wonderful sales people there. Thank you Heritage Toyota Owings Mills!

I have never loved an auto dealership or service center more than Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. They truly have such a thoughtful and considerate team of people at every step. They always go above and beyond to meet my needs and answer my sometimes very unknowledgeable questions. I live in Fairfax, VA and will specifically go out of my way to drive up to them for every maintenance need of my car.

Katie Harold is an Excellent Sales Associate. When I came in the dealership, she was standing at the desk with a group of other male employees. The gentleman behind the desk said he would get someone to help me, and she step up and said... "I will help you". The process was so easy, she had a lot of patience, and Katie kept a smile the whole time. The closing process with Evander was seamless. I highly recommend this dealership. And yes...I am so happy with my 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross!

Have used this service center multiple times for 2 vehicles: 2017 Rav4 and 2011 Prius. Always a good experience. Only had one issue, 2 years ago, but the service team quickly rectified the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Alphonse Warner went out of his way to help me get my car fixed up after it got broken into. He was super patient with me and my insurance, called me with updates, got my car fixed very quickly so I could use it on a trip I had planned, and helped me get things figured out when my insurance accidently tried to pay Toyota instead of me. Best shop ever and best service advisor ever!!!!

I brought my car in for service at your dealership, and while the body work issues were addressed satisfactorily, there were a couple of concerns that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.Firstly, upon receiving my car back, I noticed that my dashcam had been disconnected. Given that all the work performed was on the exterior of the vehicle, I found this unnecessary. If a component is disconnected during service, it is expected to be reconnected as it was originally.Additionally, I observed rust on my wheel lock that wasn't present when I initially dropped off the car. When I inquired about it, the explanations provided did not align with the timeline of the service. Despite sharing a video detailing the condition of my wheel before the service, I did not receive a response to my email seeking resolution.This lack of communication and unresolved concern marred an otherwise satisfactory experience.

I wrote a review and it was stated thatbit did not occur. I spoke with the manager who was very nice but for anyone to call me a liar is a disgrace. I did take my truck to Heritage and it was diagnosia to need an engine. I took my truck to another mechanic and he fixed my truck with a water pump. Je atated whoever looked at my truck was an idiot. If you need me to bring the quote please let me know. The mamager acknolwdgef the mistake amd apologized. He asked that i call him personally amd he will oversee any work I need. By the way my truck service is in my husbands name.

Quite unhelpful customer service. Made an appointment for a Saturday 1 PM online and specifically mentioned the problem while making the appointment. I drove 30 minutes and rescheduled some of my assignments. But Mr. Eric the service advisor point blank said we cannot do it . Leave the car for two days and was quite unhelpful. What is the point of making Saturday appointments if you guys are not willing to work on Saturdays.

UpdateI've generally had very good service from Toyota. I had an issue recently. I spoke with the service manager, Tony, and he helped me understand what could have happened and ways to prevent that from happening again. I appreciate the excellent customer service. If his customer service is a reflection of his team, I have no doubt that I'm in good hands.

Jasson was a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. He made sure to go over every detail of the vehicle and even the demonstrations for Auto Armor. He was a huge help on explaining all the details involved with purchasing a new vehicle and was helpful making sure I understood everything before proceeding. Miss Steph was an amazing finance advisor and I appreciate how detailed and patient she was with this being my first purchase. I appreciate everyone at Heritage with making this a great experience for purchasing a vehicle.

My car got backed up on and there was some minor damages on the front bumper. Went to this bodyshop because it s with an official Toyota dealership. It took TWO weeks to get my car repaired. When I came to pick it up, the damages was fixed, however the front bumper was not put on properly. Additionally, I found some scratches on the hood, that was not there before (they took pictures before starting and I got to see it). Had to bring the car back again to get those 2 things fix. The bumper is good now, but scratches was filled in very poorly and noticeable. This might not be related but later that night, my car started making clunking noise when driving. Note this is a brand new car, bought in late November 2020 and there was no issues before. As I went to take the photo and front bumper popped out again.Edit: manager reached out to fix the problems. He was ver friendly and accommodating. Will keep update on the progress

Excellent experience and great location walking distance to shopping center if you don t wanna wait at the service center. This center is an authorized Maryland vehicle safety inspection center too.

The articulate, friendly, and professional acting Fayzan was my service adviser for brake work this afternoon. He provided excellent customer service, but the work was way too pricey. I should have shopped around for a better deal. It was all because of Fayzan that I just went with it!

It baffles me that in 2023 some dealerships still try and sell cars like it s 1973. My experience here was the antithesis of what one would expect when buying a car.Kourosh was consultative and informative and easy to work with. There was no negotiation as I price checked the vehicle at multiple DC/Baltimore dealerships. They led with their best price which was refreshing.Transaction was smooth and no complaints.I approached buying my car as an inconvenience and was not looking forward to it, these guys made it smooth and easy, which was a very pleasant surprise.

I took my Highlander for repair. I was told I needed a new engine cost 12,000.00 on a 2008. I got a second opion and it was a water pump for 700.00. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

Alex, their salesperson, is very knowledgeable. We have an idea of what our vehicle has. But, Alex gave us an in-depth experience from the product knowledge and a tour of the dealership. Jin, from the finance, even approached us just to give us simple information regarding our credit history. Jin is so humble. And, Mister Cedric is so cool. I can t imagine that a manager like would be that accommodating. He is so fun to talk to.This Dealership has become successful not because of their products. But, the people behind it.

If you want to get anyone from service on the phone don t try. 96% of the time you have to leave a message for everything. The call center will answer and then tell you you have to speak with a service advisor. It s quite annoying

First, my service advisor Britt Thobe really worked with me to assess what work was more urgent, more critical than other. Second, they have a comfortable room with cubicles for those who want to set up their laptop, get work done while they wait, They worked out an overnight rental car so I could get home and to work the next day much more easily (Shirley was delightful on this part). And lastly, took care of what I needed professionally, which is the least I would expect from them.
