We love the whole team! Brad is super knowledgeable and able to answer questions promptly whenever I reach out. His customer service skill is incredible. Also a big shout out to Krista and Kelli who takes care of every and any hard obstacles we throw at them. Highly recommended!

Brad Hankoff has done a wonderful job with all of my insurance needs. He was attentive, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process and worked with me on any changes that arised. Anytime forms needed to be handled, Krista was quick to send them out and answered any questions I had. I plan to continue working with them from now and into the future.

I have been with this group for over 10 yrs now and have always received the best of service as well as being treated as a friend. However over the last few months with all that has been going on and my availability limited at times, they have done a particularly good job of staying on top of my policies and me. I want to specifically say thank you to Krista for working so hard to make sure I had everything I needed when I needed it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been with them for two years; I contacted them a month ago to have my coverages and premiums reviewed. The woman I talked to said she was "busy" but would look into it and call me back; I never heard back from her. I got my bill for my new year of coverage and my umbrella increased by over $100 with no notice/no explanation.I'm trying this morning to switch to another agency/insurance company and I'm being told by the new agent that neither I nor my partner are showing as insured in the state database, though we have been paying premiums for 2 years through Hankoff and have dec pages to prove it - they're simply not reporting our policies. This agent told me that umbrellas under their coverage cost about $400 less than what Hankoff has charged me for Safeco.I've been trying to reach Hankoff ALL MORNING and not getting a response. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Had to resolve a billing error that would have led to a cancelled insurance policy. Dialog was quick, cordial, and professional. Also assured me that prior to further action, they would have reached out via phone to engage in dialog vs. just letting the insurance lapse. That personal touch is becoming rare.

By far the best insurance company experience I've had since I started driving and believe me that's a long time. They are great to work with and treat you like family. They really go that extra mile.
