Jason was my salesman let alone he was very helpful, attentive and communicated great. He did everything that you can ask for to give you less of a headache. I appreciate everything he did with me and I got to leave with my car same day !

I just wanna thank the whole entire team at Drive time Owingsmills location they whole staff very professional patient and through out process my deal was stress free I highly recommend buying with them. I m Beyound pleased with the sale of my new car. Steward did the absolute most for me !!! He told me I was going to leave happy an I did just that !! He took his time, made all the appropriate calls , pushed all the numbers, he even helped me pick a good insurance company!!Drive time Owings mills is the place to go !

I typed in dealerships that take bad credit and drive time is the first place that popped up. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 11am test drove two cars and left off the lot with a car. Process was fast and easy and they even provided insurance information for me as well. I recommend 10/10.

My little cousin whom is a college student was completely taken advantage of by this dealership! She literally just purchased the car not even 3 months ago and already had to have spark plugs replaced and now needs a new battery. We are in hard times so if you re not looking to waste time and hard earned money I wouldn t suggest this place at all! They have done nothing to help for make situation right up to this point which is sad.There is no way that within 2 months she should need spark plugs and a new battery! That is horrible business and clearly extremely unreliable cars! And lucky for you all, the check engine light didn t start coming on and off until after nearly a month, which because it wasn t steady could not be read. So if you think that 5 day TAT is reasonable in this situation, further supports how horrible and unreliable your business and cars are. You love to take advantage of people already struggle, maybe credit not good or don t have down payment and to cause them even more stress, money and heartache is sad and crazy. So instead of coming here to validate yourself maybe reach out to my cousin and offer her some money off the total price since this was a bad deal? If you care at all that is, or money towards mechanic fees, just make it right. God bless

I was graced with the opportunity of working with Maggie in purchasing a vehicle for my wife. I want to say from start to finish she made the car buying process so easy. I ve heard many horror stories about the car buying process from many people but her efforts to ensure that we were at ease throughout the entire process surely silenced the naysayers. when we left Drivetime neither me nor my wife felt like we were being sold a car. We left feeling like it was a transaction between family. Maggie surely deserves a raise and a promotion after the experience that she provided. I will be referring more people to Drivetime!!! I have to say the customer service was great over at Drive time, Only thing the car I wanted were not at this dealership. Unfortunately I couldn t attain a vehicle but Rashad was very patient. He was helpful and knowledgeable and really was calm with me while I was frustrated with having limited options.
