It is absolutely amazing track your service! I was able to track every part, start to finish. Nothing was a mystery and they found issues I didn't even know, but were INSANELY obvious!Erik was very thorough when checking me in and got all the important information for the crew to successfully do the work.Sadly, I didn't get good news from the diagnostic inspection, but I know it was thorough and accurate.I left with a quote and all information I needed to proceed, of I chose to.Absolutely check them out!Highly recommend!!

Again had another exceptional experience with Erik, Jeff, Nick and his team who service all three of my family's cars. I can always trust what they recommend. They have found issues over the last several years that they have been able to fix that even the dealer couldn't help me with. Kudos to Erik and the team in Owings Mills. Erik was very professional and diligent in keeping me abreast at all times. Erik walked through all the findings and repairs being done on my vehicle. This was my second time at the shop however, first time for major repair. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a reliable, honest and professional car care center. They have gained another loyal customer in me.

Very professional, polite employees. Excellent work. Very very fast and efficient. I found my new home for my car to have repairs and routine maintenance and I MEAN IT! Erik was extremely helpful and pleasant. He helped me through every step of the way in the process from the first time I called until I picked up my Jeep.I will definitely be back!

Thrilled to find my new go to for auto repairs. Stopped by initially for a tail light replacement but decided to proceed with significant repairs resulting from necessary maintenance previously deferred. Erik was so professional & courteous & provided thorough explanations of the suggested repairs. The utilization of a system that tracks suggested repairs added a welcome level of transparency relating to the type of repair, status, cost & completion. Erik maintained contact throughout the entire process can t say enough good things about him! Many thanks as well to Jeff & Tae Kim (Technician) for his skills & diligence in completing the many essential repairs to my car. I will be returning!!

We felt like everyone worked quickly and efficiently with us. Erik was especially helpful & great with communication. Nick was our mechanic and we were incredibly grateful for his willingness to help us through an unforeseen issue that arose with our car. They seem to really care that you leave with your car in the best condition possible. This was our first time going here and we will likely return.

I recently had a safety inspection and front end alignment at AutoStream, and I couldn t be more pleased with the service. Erik, the representative who assisted me, was knowledgeable and attentive. What stood out to me was their excellent communication I received timely updates through emails and texts, keeping me informed about the progress of my car. Erik was very accommodating when I walked through the door. Erik manage to fit me in with the tech name Mike and he did an excellent job regarding my auto situation. Also, Erik sat with me and explained their system that shows me what future work I need done and the technology that AutoStream offer and has one of the best I have experienced. They earned all five stars and then some. Thank you guys. Erik displays GOOD customer service even the elderly that came in for question concerning her vehicle. Great job!!!!

From the moment I talked to Erik on the telephone I knew my car would be in good hands. He asked lots of questions before I got the car into the shop for the inspection/assessment. The team at Owings Mills was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and complete the repair ahead of schedule. I typically don't let dealing with auto repair shops and leave that to my husband. The Team at AutoStream made the experience very comfortable; took pictures and videos of the problems (so I could share it with my husband) and, like I said, completed the repair ahead of schedule. I will definitely use them for any future auto care I need.

Erik and his team did a fantastic job repairing our vehicle. We were able to see what their recommendations were for repairs and read their explanations as well as talk to them about our option before making our choices. There was no high pressure sales. I am beyond thrilled with the service that I received here. One of my employees needed her headlights checked. We tried to replace the bulbs ourselves, and they still were not working. I called and spoke to Erik around 1pm, and he had us in on the same day. By the end of the day, we had a full report and photos of the entire vehicle and everything that they found. I was so impressed. I knew exactly what I would be spending on each item, what the problem was and how they were going to address it. I didn't get any weird vague phone calls that left me questioning what needed to be done and why. No games, no questions, no confusing terminology, just the facts in a clear concise report. Her truck was complete the next day, exactly when they said it would be. There were no unexpected charges. Communication was exceptional every step of the way.I cannot even begin to tell you how much I appreciate the great communication, responsiveness, and detailed work that they put into this in such a short amount of time.If I ever need anything for any of our vehicles, I will definitely be coming back here.

Towed our car in really early in the morning for two blown tires. Eric and his team were extremely responsivein getting us a quote and telling us we really needed all of them replaced for safety reasons. They were able to get it done the same day, but it was out of our budget. Eric worked with us to find something that would help us stay within our budget. He got the tires shipped for the next morning and got it all done that same day. Great service, great team!

I had a great experience at Autostream car center. I needed a MD state inspection and I was able to make an appt online (very convenient). I was helped by Erik whom called before the appt to go over what to expect and confirm if I needed a ride home cause the car needed to be dropped off. Autostream completed my inspection in a timely and efficient manner and provided me with an UBER to get home while they serviced my car. The customer service I received was top tier and I highly recommend their services.

Dropped off my 2017 CRV and then my 2010 Fit. Carefully exquisite website that is very user friendly with pictures and pricing and decline or approve buttons. You know what's happening every step of the way. Erik is a fantastic communicator and his crew are one of a kind auto experts. Both cars done same day with oil and tire rotation plus a little extra for my 2010 Fit with 230k miles. Trust is key and I'd drop my keys off to these guys any time!

Excellent detailed explanation of repair work needed and future needs. Service was excellent. Clean facilities and restroom. The mechanic gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done, and caught an incorrect repair from the dealer and fixed it right away. Mr Erik was extremely patient and kind to me. I will come back for future repairs based upon this excellent service.

Erik and his team did a fine job of providing one-day repairs on our Mazda CX-5. We were introduced to AutoStream by a web search, and we were attracted by the number of outstanding reviews it received. We were not disappointed. Erik Walder is the Service Director. He provided exceptional and courteous service. He was able to explain all the work that was being done and the repairs were completed satisfactory by Arno the technician. Erik was able to communicate with my warranty company to cover the cost of the repairs and it was all done the same day. Timelines were well maintained, and I highly recommend everyone give Auto Stream a call to service your vehicles.

Like always this company is the BEST! I had a lot of trust issues with other mechanics but they really helped me out with trusting mechanics again . But what makes my experience even better is the customer service. Erik W really helped me out and kept me from worrying. Erik W gave me information on things I need work on my car. I HIGHLY recommend a visit here. Erik and Jeff were both so helpful and thorough. They accommodated my car with less than a day s notice when my check engine light came on and were able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day I brought it in. They also were able to add on several other services I needed to get done, which was very convenient. The mechanic also did a great job. I feel like my car is in good hands here!

Erik received me warmly right off the gate, took the time to inspect my car to better understand my problem, and walked me through the process and how they will communicate their findings. Their diagnostic report include pictures of your car pertaining to the parts/areas they're talking about. The mechanic, Arno was honest with his findings and recommendations. I appreciated that very much.

This was a recommendation to me and my first time going. The staff was really friendly especially Jeff. He walked me through the process and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He even called me a Lyft home since I had to leave my car! When it was time to leave, I didn't realize I left my bank card and by the time I did they were closed. But the next morning Jeff called me and let me k ow I left my card. I really appreciate him for doing that because I was freaking out!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Good, fast, cheap: pick two. Maybe I could have saved money going elsewhere, but here I got a thorough diagnostic inspection with pictures, an explanation of my options, AND got my car back with the repairs completed by the end of the day. Plus a complimentary Uber back to work and a promise of a loaner car for the weekend if they d needed to keep mine. Thanks, Erik at the front desk and Nick the technician!

You just don t find customer service like this anymore. My car had to go in for service but I work late and didn t have someone to meet me there. Erik waited for me after his shop closed, signed me in and then gave me a ride home. It doesn t stop there, the next day when my car was finished, I paid for it online and Erik dropped my car off at my house. I also received a detailed report on all repairs and recommendations for items needed on future services. There is no reason to go anywhere else when your car needs service. They ve got a customer for life!

The good: All of these employees and techs were extremely nice, pleasant, and accommodating. They took my car in after an unexpected battery issue and promised they would get it done before 3pm - which they did. My car is fixed, so that's great - thank you.The bad: Way over priced and I feel taken advantage of. A battery replacement and oil change cost me over $500 dollars. You read that correctly. My stomach still hurts and Christmas is going to be less than magical this year because of all this. On top of that, the sticker they gave me for my "next oil change" was 1,000 miles less than what my car was actually at. Which isn't a huge deal, but it also just put another bad taste in my mouth.The ugly: I took my car to the dealership with the list of all the other things they said I needed (totaling up to over $2000), and the dealer said that not even 10% of them were actually needed.Overall, I am sad and upset about my experience.

The service I received was above and beyond great. Erik was on point with everything every step of the way making feel very involved with what was going on with my service while never feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Arno the mechanic who worked on my car was knowledgeable and very diligent in getting my car serviced and back to me. I will definitely do all my future car service repairs here.
