Had a flat tire while visiting Olney and they were so incredibly helpful! Took time to call many other places to find a replacement tire to match what I already had. Even gave me names of other tire places in the area. Wonderful honest advice and not there to make a quick sale. Thank you for all your patience so close to your quitting time and taking the time to give me all of my options!

On an afternoon coffee run I noticed my tire pressure was low for the second day in a row. Luckily for me the team here was able to fix my tire with a nail in it before I could finish my iced coffee. Might have been my lucky day, but I really appreciate their effort.

They are always helpful whether it is a tire pressure check, an oil change or something big. They just used some amazing ingenuity to save me from having to buy a new transmission. I ve been going for several years and they ve been great every time!

My son, who has spent thousands on tires there, recommended Wilson s when I needed 4 new tires. $1,300 later I regret choosing them. Manager, Craig, condescendingly lectured me about how busy they were and had no interest in my needs. I got nothing but negativity and condescension from poor overworked, under staffed Craig. Go elsewhere, they don t want or need your business, apparently they are too busy already.

Love this place and the people who work here. Anytime I have an issue with my car I bring it in and they take great care of my car. Customer service is great. Ryan is very nice and explains everything to you at the counter and answers any questions you have. I ve had Carlos, Doug, & Jason all work on my car and they do a great job! You can tell they all really enjoy what they do. I recommend all my friends and family to come here! They all definitely make you feel like family!

I've been taking my cars to this shop & their shop in Germantown for tires and maintenance for over 20 years. Both places are equally well-run.While they haven't always given me happy news about what needs fixing; I have always been content with their service.I've *never* had a problem with their service or their staff at the front counter. Nor have I *ever* gotten that "dealership" feeling -- that feeling of having overpaid or been taken for a ride.In the years I've come here, I've seen precious little staff turnover, which is a 2ndary indication of the organization's quality.

Very friendly, both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, not a good experience in the end. I took my truck in for a simple tire balance and rotate, picked it up and went on my way. I immediately noticed that it was riding like a brick on my short ride home. I suspected that they had overfilled the tires with air so checked them. Sure enough, they had put 35 psi in each tire (the specification right in the door jamb is 30 psi). Okay, don't know why they did that but I let them all back down to 30 psi and that was fine. No big deal.As a matter of practice, I have learned over the years to double check the wheel lug nut torque on my wheels after I have them worked on by any shop. I have found that they usually way over tighten them and/or tighten them unevenly, so I always get a floor jack out and loosen them all up and then re-tighten them evenly to spec with a torque wrench. Upon doing this, I was very surprised (and actually shocked) to find that almost all of the lug nuts were barely more than hand tight. I mean I could easily loosen most of them with a small ratchet with one hand. The lug nut torque specification for this truck is 98 ft-lbs; I would estimate that most of them were no more than 10-15 ft-lbs. Had I not checked them there is no way they would not have loosened up completely while driving which could have potentially been quite dangerous.I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager who listened to my concerns, and was very pleasant and offered me a full refund. I was very happy that he did so, but not so happy that he did not seem too concerned about what had happened. Later that day, I went back to the shop and again spoke with the manager, who gave me a refund. He was again very pleasant and polite. But it was clear he did not want to engage me in a conversation about what happened when I tried, and seemed more concerned with getting me out of the store as soon as possible.I understand people make mistakes and stuff happens. But the scary part is about what might have (and probably would have) happened had I not checked my lug nuts. And what about the other 99% of the customers who do not check these things because they should not have to? I understand they were just taking me at my word about what happened, as I had no proof at that point. But I was very constructive and specific about my experience, and gave them a chance to react appropriately. This was a very dangerous condition that my vehicle was left in, and I feel that a sense of concern rather than ambivalence would have been the appropriate response. Had I gotten a different response, I would have given them another chance with my other vehicle. I really try to support local businesses, but I cannot afford to go here again or recommend them based upon my experience.

Used this shop for past 4 or 5 years for tires, brakes, oil changes etc. Last few visits disappoint. Service has gone down hill in last 12 months. Been forced to come back to fix issues created by shop doing simple inspections. Was refused service for a simple tire repair because they didn't have the time. Repair ultimately took 20 min at another shop. They've lost my business.

I'm more and more finding it wise to listen to my mother, who is 90, and knows a thing or two. She gets her tires serviced here. I had a great experience with this company. I just bought a used truck which had a thumping noise/vibration from the tires. They correctly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and didn't do any more work than necessary. The price was reasonable, and the service was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Insanely expensive. I just called for a price quote and they quoted me almost a $1000 to change a starter. I politely ask him to make sense of the pricing matrix. Oh and just to put it out there, i own a small dealership in Rockville and i use the same (parts authority) as the repair shop. The cost of the starter was $118 dollors and $175 without a account but some how these people found it fair to charge $500 for a $120 starter plus $385 for the labor. Really bad business. I couldnt sleep at night if i treated people this way. But i get it

I have been taking my car and my family has been taking their cars here for years. Trustworthly shop that makes things right. I had a dispute about my car when the steering wheel came back crooked after an alignment and Ryan, the manager, made things right. He asked me to mark the steering wheel where I would like it to be and I dropped the car off and it came back perfect. A little adjustment to make it perfect and really showed that Ryan is about customer service. Something that is harder to find nowadays with mechanic shops. Will be returning for any work I can't do myself on my cars.

After 3 other tire businesses could not help me with a tire for my mower, this place handled my issue in less than a minute like it was a non-issue. Super friendly to boot! My new go-to. Thank you Wilson Tire!

A family business that treats customers very well. I have taken our cars there several times and recently ordered 4 new tires for about 10% more cost than the other guys just because of the service.

Cannot trust the online appointment or the staff!I made an appointment for oil change several days in advance with Wilson in Olney. Today I took my car in and the staff told me it would take about hour. so I dropped the car, and then I called an hour later, he said it would be ready in about another 30 mins. I came back to the shop - this is 90-min since I dropped my car - they have not even started working on my car!! The staff kept lying to my face about it would be ready soon, and then made up excuses that it was a drop off appointment even though I have the reservation confirmation on my phone showing I made the appt several days ago. In the end, I left with my car with no service, no apology or whatsoever. From now on, will stick to jiffylube.
