Long waits are expected I think this place is just an average car wash place. Nothing special about them. Wouldn t get your expectations too high. The wash was decent and the gentlemen noticed I had bugs on my bumper so he addressed that before taking it through the machines. I think the final touches when they go to dry the cars could be better. I think they should power wash their mops more frequently as that will cause swirl marks and scratches. I noticed they do change rags for drying when they go to dry off a car I just think they are rushing too quick and do not hit all the spots to dry off the car fully. Also wheels weren t perfectly clean nor the car was perfectly dried off. I think they rush to the next car too fast and don t 100% complete and analyze the car before they leave. The staff in the beginning has that attention to detail I think at the end is where they fail. So OVERALL if you have an average car who is looking to just get the car cleaned this place is great. If you have a higher end vehicle and looking for a wash and like paying attention to the details this place would not be a great fit for you. Luckily I expected this and brought my own rags and tire shine and cleaned the remaining residue off my wheels and water spots. I attached some photos of what I am referring to with the dirt on the initial mop. I think if they changed a few things it could be excellent. Attention to details and more cleanliness as I know it is a production car wash, it could always be cleaner and perfected. Also if you are looking for a serious detail you go to a detail shop not a car wash. I will try it again in the future hopefully they have change these slight details to get me to a 5 stars

Fletcher's is a real home-town service station, a great resource to have nearby! They are always ready to help. I recently needed my alternator replaced and was very happy with their communication and fair price.

Worlds best service stationThey have FREE AirThey have TWO always clean bathroomsThey have two cashiers who are always happy and helpful where most places only have one!I drive way out of my way to buy gas from them and am happy to do it!BP should give them a special award for paying attention to everything

Love these guys. They re always so helpful and knowledgeable. The whole family was packed up and ready to go on a full day road trip when I noticed one of my tires was super low. Stopped in without an appointment and they looked at it immediately, found the leak, and patched it up within minutes. That s just the latest in a string of positive interactions with these guys.

Car wash- This place has been getting worse year after year. They put no elbow into anything they do. They just go through the motions it seems. Just got the deluxe wash and super regret it.

Will not go back. Paid $22 to have the interior of my car cleaned and vacuumed plus the outside washed,They did a half **s job in the interior. There were crevices that held grit and dirt that they didn t clean. They did not do a good job vacuuming around the floor mats. There was dog hair that they said couldn t be vacuumed up. That may be true but when a technician wiped a small spot with a damp cloth, it did remove a lot of it. I asked the supervisor(Art) why they didn t take the time to manually wipe it down with a damp cloth, he said there was no time with a lineup of cars waiting If Fletchers can take my $22 but not have the time to clean my car to my satisfaction, I highly recommend that no one waste their money on them If I had just gotten the basic car wash without the interior vacuuming, I would have saved a lot of money.I know that Art probably doesn t care if I go back and thinks he has one less complaining customer! If you go back several years you will see more 1 or 2 star reviews

I went 3 times to have my tire looked at. When I went by a fourth time I had to ask my dad to call before because they kept telling me my tire was fine and nothing was wrong. FYI my tire pressure light had went on 3 times on my brand new 2023 car bought in May, When the worker finally used water on my tire within 2 minutes found a hole. After patching it he said it was a really big hole so it probably wont hold and I would have to get a new tire. Maybe if they actually checked out the tire when I went 3 TIMES prior it wouldn't have gotten that big and costing me a new tire. Not to mention i work in Baltimore and it was not safe for me to be driving on that. I find it ridiculous how you have to have a man say something for a legitimate problem for it to gain any traction. misogynist to say the least.Service: Tires

Fletcher's is the ONLY place in OLNEY that I take my car! Everyone in the service center is honest and helpful; the carwash staff is hardworking and courteous; and the gas station store is one of the few places around that stocks delicious, made-in-MD Berger cookies! The Fletcher family is always generous to local nonprofits, too.

Took my car in for a complete detail and they did an excellent job! My car looks so much better now. I also use them for oil changes, etc. and they always have the car back on time and never do work that isn't needed. It's great to have a service center that's close and that I can trust.

I LOVE Fletchers! Today I was driving along and my Tire Pressure indicator showed that I was slowly losing air in my front tire. I pulled into Fletchers before I had a total flat. Within FIVE minutes the service tech identified the location of the leak, plugged it, refilled my tire and I was on my way. It was faster than filling my car with a tank of gas and they were friendly and pleasant. THANKS!!!

I just took my car for a wash. Decided to take the top wash for $28. The vacuuming was terribly done. There s plenty of dust and sand left inside. This is no more than a auto wash experience. I would never visit this place again.I posted this review few hours back; then went back and read so many negative comments on interior vacuuming which goes back even 5 years. I wonder if you have made any improvements for the last 5 years. This is ridiculously poor service.

The detail that the guys at Fletcher s car wash cannot be topped! They are efficient, friendly, and are just short of it being a full detail. I drive from Rockville to Olney so I can use Fletcher s!

We have always been satisfied with our car wash/interior cleanings in the past. However, today my son took his car in for a wash & cleaning and we are not satisfied at all. The outside is fine, but it doesn t even looks like they touched the inside. The interior wasn t properly vacuumed or wiped down of debris. I was so upset with what I saw that I didn t even check to see if the windows had been cleaned.I don t feel that I received $22 worth of service.

Fletcher's Service Center is top notch! We have taken various cars there over the years for service and repairs and I have never been happier! They are honest and upfront and do great work! I trust them 100% unlike other places I have been in the past!The car wash is the BEST ever! My car always looks brand new when it comes out! The guys take great care from before it goes into the wash until it comes out and they dry it off! Honestly, I have never been a fan of car washes but this one is special! It is worth the 20-30 minute drive for me and I drive away with a smile!

I have taken a few of my vehicles to Fletchers for repairs and have had nothing less than a 5 star experience. Art, the manager, is honest and knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful in getting my trucks back to me quickly and at a fair price.

I have been going to Fletcher's for the past 4 years since I moved to Sandy Spring, MD. I trust them completely and they take very good care of an elderly woman and I would never go anywhere else. Ted and his people know their customers and give excellent service. Had slow leak in tire and needed to return next day as problem still existed. Foreman at Fletchers took the time to adjust pressure in all tires and fixed the problem which I truly did appreciate. I call that excellent customer service. Thank you.

Even while their service bay was full, Ted from Fletcher's helped me plug a hole in my tire this afternoon with absolutely zero wait time--every other place I'd tried to go to wanted me to wait for at least 45 minutes or an hour (and in many cases just told me they wouldn't fix it today at all). Ted and Fletcher's have just guaranteed I'll be going to them for years to come--I very highly recommend them!!On follow-up appointments with Fletcher's, I've continued to appreciate how customer-focused they are and what valuable advice they offer when I take my car in. They present options, offer their specialist opinion, and allow me to make decisions with all possible information. Love these guys.

The worse service you can receive, I DO NOT recommend this place, I have been receiving the same extremely bad service over and over. I paid $28 to have my vehicle cleaned in and out and car still same even my car is never crazy dirty, upon asking the cashier he only said we only clean windows inside .Total waste of money I feel robbed. Unfortunately there is no way to give cero stars on the review. Don t go there. Don t get your money stolen.

Every time I ve been to this car wash I ve paid for the deluxe(most expensive $28) and my cars never clean. Carpets are still dirty, cup holders still have residue, seats and dash are never wiped down. Your better off going to a drive through car wash and wiping it down yourself for $8-$10.

The car wash service is the worst I ve ever come across or experienced. No matter the service you pay for, the interior of your car is handled with the worst sloppiness ever. I do a better job at vacuuming my car carpet and wiping off my dashboard myself. I ve stopped going there. I gave them a good 5 years to see improvement to no avail.

I said the outside clean that costs 13... turns out it was the 19 top option?!? Okay mistake everyone makes them sure, I feel for the employee. Then my car is dirty?!? My windows aren t even cleaned outside?! I spent basically 20 for a water soap and brush wash?? That was ridiculous. My car wasn t even cleaned property.. learned my lesson. Would not recommend.

Fletchers is the only place we want to take our cars for service. We ve gotten new tires, other basic maintenance, and more here. Their team offers easy dropoff and pickup options, which we especially appreciate during covid, and they have reasonable prices. I also really appreciate that I don t feel like they re pushing unnecessary upgrades on me, and always recommend them to other people as a result!

The car wash does not take enough care of the car inside for the price which they charge. They leave large areas uncleaned and are very bad at the tiny details that other car wash places would look into. The exterior is done properly only because of the automated process. I would hope in the future they can improve there attention to interior detail.

It s wonderful to have Fletchers in town. In an environment where there is so little personal service this team goes out of their way.I really can t say enough good things. Honest, reliable, helpful, courteous, patient, fair, and so much more. Advice. Schedule your appointment they get busy! Thank you to everyone at Fletchers from me and now my two teenage drivers!

Fletcher's is a long standing institution in Olney. The store always is clean and well stocked, with polite service.The garage does great work at reasonable prices and again, they are polite and explain everything clearly. I'm second generation that uses Fletcher's regularly and highly recommend them.
