Extra Mile lives up to its name! These fine people really do go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They also know their stuff when it comes to modified vehicles and all things Toyota. This past visit, Jeremy was kind enough to squeeze in some urgent work needed on my Land Cruiser in time for me to make it to a very important trip. An absolute lifesaver. I cannot recommend EMP highly enough. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Jeremy and the entire team at Extra Mile Performance are top notch! I trusted them with my brand new 2023 4 Runner and they knocked it our if the park! Amazing upgrade from the stock suspension and tires.

Absolutely Top Notch Establishment. After having my Genesis G80 wheels aligned multiple times and never being happy with the results, EMP got my alignment right the very first time. I like how easy it is to schedule with them, their billing system w/approvals, their itemized bills at the end with documentation, the key drop boxes, loaner vehicles, and their honest advise when considering options on my car's future. This place was recommended to me by another mechanic.

Brought my truck in to get new wheel studs, turns out it had a significant amount of damage from the previous owner, they did a thorough inspection and took care of everything with great care and kept me updated every step of the way. My wife and I will be using Extra Mile Performance for all of our automotive needs moving forward.

We love Extra Mile Performance! Jeremy and his staff are friendly, don t push services on you, provide several pricing options and upfront about costs, and they do an amazing job with our vehicle maintenance and repairs. Their accounting and communication system is top notch. We love working with Chrystal as well! She is amazing and truly great at her job. I researched all the local shops when we moved to Fort Meade and needed repairs and an oil change. EMP has the best ratings closest by, and I can say from my experiences the reviews were absolutely correct. The staff/crew are so nice and professional. They are honest and will let ya know if something can wait or shouldn t wait. Overall quality of all services is top notch. I won t take my car anywhere but here so long as we live here, and I know when I move one day I will wish I could take them with or still come here somehow.Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I didn't have my vehicle serviced here, but I had called looking to see if they could service my injectors. Unfortunately they can't do them standalone, but Chrystal went so far as to talk to one of the techs, and they gave me a great recommendation for a place that could. I thought that was really cool of them; they couldn't help me, but instead of saying "Good luck", they helped me get what I needed!I'm saving this place for next time I need a shop to work on my car. I'm sure they'll do a great job.

I have to give this great shop a 5/5 stars for there fantastic customer service, kind and caring treatment towards my vehicle and myself. The man at the front desk was extremely welcoming and is the reason I will be coming back, thank you Mr Granger! best in the area!!!

I enlisted the help of the EMP team to install new, upgraded leaf springs on my Tundra and align the vehicle. From start to finish, it is abundantly evident that everyone here is passionate about their work, talented, fair, honest and dedicated. I truly appreciate the help these guys provided, the kindness they showed me and my family, and look forward to my next opportunity to return. My only complaint is that they didn't weld my old leaf springs to the hood of my truck like I had asked. Maybe next time.

My fiance was looking for weeks for a reliable place to get a second opinion on our car 2017 BMW. In our experience dealerships are a rip off. He was able to find Extra Mile Performance! We didn't even know that the owner himself was working on our car. He was realistic, informative and quick in getting our car repaired ! GREAT customer service, easy to get location, good pricing and even better quality work! We will be back!

Best shop in MD hands down. Chrystal front office is incredibly professional and responsive. The amount of detail you receive concerning the potential and directed fix actions for any vehicle service is beyond anything you will get anywhere else. I took my slightly lifted Tacoma to Extra Mile Performance for a wheel alignment and had a great experience from start to finish.They have a clean and well lit waiting area with wifi, free snacks and drinks. Everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful.Not only did they do my alignment (and do a fantastic job) but they also noticed that my cabin air filter was dirty and recommended that it be changed without trying to force me to pay them to do the work. I m not a mechanic but I do know more than the average person about vehicles and it is clear that the mechanics and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable.They have a excellent electronic reporting system that sends you a link where you can see a full report on your vehicle s health with a checklist of items. I will be going back here and highly recommend this shop.Service: Wheel alignment

It can be hard to find a shop you can trust but Jeremy and crew at Extra Mile Performance have been amazing and accommodating. They've fit me into their busy schedule and provided excellent service at an affordable price point. They can also explain things so it's easy to understand and don't try to oversell you things you don't need. Highly recommended

Can t ask for a better mechanic and customer service. Every time I drop my 20yo LX off, I know it will be fixed right the first time. The communication with the shop is always outstanding. Jeremy really does go the extra mile for his clients.

From start to finish, Jeremy and the team at EMP have been great! Jeremy was completely transparent about the options for lift kits for my 3rd gen Tacoma, and provided his professional recommendations for service and kits based on my short and long term needs. During the wait for parts, Jeremy was very communicative and kept me up to date on everything, and once parts arrived they had me in there real quick. Installation went smoothly, the truck looks great, feels amazing, and I don't have any doubts about the workmanship. Price was also very competitive for the local market. Based on my experience with EMP, I plan on bringing my truck back for regular service, and anything else creative that we can come up with! Very professional, very clean lobby, friendly staff. I just went in for an alignment but they did a full inspection without me even asking at no charge and pointed out a few things I need to get fixed. Frank the tech. was approachable and spoke to me directly instead of just having the admin talk to me as most places do. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, after 2 failed attempts at another shop, they got my lifted truck with big tires alignment in the correct spec to avoid rubbing.

New to the area and had a recommendation to go here for auto service. Can't say enough good things about the business! Was able to get me in on short notice, was extremely professional and personal in addressing my concerns, as well as informing me on what was fixed and what to expect. Didn't try to upsell anything, but gave recommendations for future work that could improve my car's performance with no pushing to action and only after I had specifically asked questions about it. Comes across as very trustworthy. I will be returning for future work I need done.2018-08-13 - Update to my post from 2 months ago listed above after returning for some basic service. Jeremy at EMP continues to provide top notch support and is a true professional. Such a refreshing change from the shops I was used to out in Hawaii.2019-10-09 - Still bring my car here for all my auto shop needs. Jeremy and his staff continue to amaze me by how much they care and how well they interact with their customers. Love this business!2022-09-20 - 4 years later and can't recommend Jeremy and his staff enough. Friendly, professional, always courteous and honest! Truly lucky to have them in this area!

Jeremy and his team are awesome! I told him about the issues I was experiencing with the car and the team at Extra Mile Performance was able to accurately diagnose the cause and provide several different approaches to the repairs. The EMP team provided regular updates and were open and honest about the repairs and costs throughout the process. If you're looking for a local repair shop, especially if you are new to the area, look no farther than EMP!

Jeremy is one of a kind. He and his crew at EMP are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy is a wealth of knowledge and personally sees that the customer's needs are met. He took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel positive about dropping my truck off for maintenance. The customer service is great and they made me feel important to them. Our biggest worry with mechanics was did we really need the parts and work. No worries here with Extra Mile Performance. Jeremy is as honest as they come. He stands by his work...very refreshing! Great customer service. He understands the value of your money, and has excellent rates. We drive 1-1/2 hours to have him work on our cars. He knows his stuff. So glad he was recommend to us. My experience with Extra Mile Performance is second to none. Jeremy and his team take an invested interest in figuring out the issue with your vehicle, give you a fair price and getting your vehicle back to you repaired, the first time, and in a timely manner. They even follow-up to ensure your satisfaction. It s nice to see there s businesses still out there that put the customer first. EMP definitely does! Extra Mile Performance delivers exactly what the name implies, and that is performance to get you extra miles on your vehicle. Jeremy and Rob are great, professional individuals that are clearly knowledgeable and very highly qualified. My wife and I have our Toyota Tacoma and Jeep Wrangler serviced at EMP, and have have been exceedingly happy with all of the service that has been provided. They do specialize in Toyota, Scion, and Lexus vehicles, but they work on pretty everything. The location is convenient, and easy to find. The workshop areas look very clean, professional, and well organized. The waiting area is very nice too. The prices are more than fair, and that's for service that is second to none. Give them a call, and I'm certain that you will be as pleased as we have been!

After a few days of researching local shops. I decided to work with Jeremy at Extra Mile Performance. I could tell his team had the knowledge of new technology I was seeking for my next build. He quoted me a fair price and the work his shop provided was everything I had hoped for. January 2021This is my third time back. I've had my tires replaced, oil changed, tag lights replaced, axels balanced, filters replaced, transmission cvt oil drained/refilled. This place is amazing. They explain everything thoroughly, they explain what is needed now versus later, provide refreshments/TV in a smooth environment and are so communicative. There is nothing shady about this place whatsoever and it's worth the extra bucks for the experience and comfort in knowing they care and know what they are doing.January 2020I needed last minute maintenance and to plug my tire, Jeremy fitted me into his busy schedule and was so personable, providing light refreshments and water. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I think this dude thought of everything any customer might not even realize they would want in customer service. Thank you!

Moved to the area a few months ago and needed to find a mechanic that could fix what my last mechanic broke. Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job in fixing the issues in a timely manner for the right price. He gives military discount as well! He's able to work with my busy schedule and even offers rides to wherever you need while your vehicle is being worked on! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
