Upon a recommendation, I have been coming to English Auto for slightly over 1 1/2years. To do so, it involves a 45 minute drive. This is considerable since a Jaguar dealership is only 12 minutes from my home. It's been worth it though. The service has always been professional.

I have entrusted three of my cars to their service department and have always been satisfied. Their sales team is top notch, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their pre-owned selection is excellent and the prices are some of the best in the market. Highly recommended.

I recently took my 2014 Land Rover LR4 to English Auto because it had a slow coolant leak. It also needed new front lower control arms and brake pads and rotors all around. They did a four wheel alignment as well. The work was done quickly and I picked the car up a few days later. The car drives like new again! I'm very happy with their service and I will be bringing the vehicle back to them for any future work it may require.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance

What can I say? The folks over at English Auto go above and beyond. My family brings their cars to be serviced here and I see why. Shane and his team are very thorough from beginning to end. I've had some issues with my car over the last two years and they were able to identify the problems and explain everything that was going on to me. Shane will call you ahead of time to let you know what's going on and give you options before moving forward with any repairs. Very transparent and no surprises when it comes to cost. Good people here from management to the mechanics. I'll continue to bring my cars here as its hard to find a shop that you can feel are working for your best interests. A+

Part 1- Amazing! Excellent! Honest and Exceptional people all the way through and they saved my butt. I was a long way from home visiting family in the area when my front end went down. I prayed a prayer and asked for a miracle and then found Shane and English Auto 5 miles away !!! Part 2- Same thing again visiting in town again and hadan issue related to former problem and Shane was again Mr. Johnny on the spot and is at this moment saving my tail again Wherever you are if you need help with your temperamental import or anything car related get your vehicle to English

I would definitely not go anywhere else. English Auto has a customer for life. The staff is professional, and they are honest. They only fix what they need to, and don't ever try to talk you into unnecessary repairs like other shops. They have a quick turn around, and know how to deal with people. I have already sent three close friends to them and they are as satisfied as I am.

These guys do not disappoint! They've taken care of my previously owned, 20 year old Jaggy, X-Type for as long as I owned it. Now I've entrusted them with my Jaggy-B, XJ L, because I'm sure they'll provide the same excellant service and upkeep they've provided in years past! Shane, Mike and the guys are my "Go To's" for my Jaguar needs. Shane has been upfront about everything from day 1! He tells me what repairs are needed right away and what repairs can wait. This shop stands behind their work and treats customers the way they would want to be treated if they were customers. My 2010 Range Rover won't go anywhere but English Auto unless I have no other options.

Shane got me in and out like a flash. I had a tire problem so I bought tires on line. I brought them in and the boys installed and balanced my tires. I really needed my car back quick and they somehow squeezed me in.

I have a 2917 7 Series BMW. I was nearing the time for tire replacement and the dealer was happy to get me new tires and a 4 wheel alignment for some outrageously cost in excess of 3.5k. I called English auto and asked about their 4 wheel alignment and tire balancing and they assured me they had all the technology to service my car just as the dealer would, but at a fraction of the price. They also told me they would research tire options and get back to me. Within a couple hours they , Shane, got back to me with all theInfo I needed. I visited their shop and was offered a tour of the place. The work area was clean and well organized which is an indication to me of the quality and care of their work. Following that I set up and appointment to have my tires done. Shane had me order the tires for delivery to them so I could take advantage of the tire warranty, another positive.My experience with them could not have been better. I was treated respectfully and professionally, and will use them again for non warranty work on my car. I hope I don't have to go back soon, but would not hesitate if necessary.

This auto repair shop provided above and beyond service!! I spoke to Shane, the owner, and he took really great care of me. My Honda Civic overheats when driving long distance and I ve been to another auto shop prior to coming here. I just needed a second opinion because the other shop have told me I d have to fix this part, that part, repair this and that - a headache which they even quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to fix my situation. But when I came here, Shane was very genuine and honest which ends up turning out that I didn t need all of those repairs mentioned from the other shop!! He wasn t trying to scare or pressure me into getting other things done either! I will definitely be coming back here. I would recommend this shop 10/10!! Thank you so much!!

I would recommend English Auto to absolutely anyone...you will never make a better choice! I have been going to them for years (I ve lost count) and recently moved to TN. Finding someone like them is priceless...so much so, that I drive back from TN to have them service my Range Rover. Shane is amazing, always professional, priced competitively, and cares for your car like it s his own. Best customer service. My car had some rodents make a nest under my hood and chewed up some wiring. This caused quite a few problems and although their seemed to be extensive work needed, Shane made sure to take care of it every time. He was always very quick to get my car back to me and made sure he did the right thing every time with honesty and integrity. I am very pleased and highly recommend!

English Auto absolutely made my day! I'm only 26 and this is my first time owning a European car (Volkswagen) and had been recently ripped off by so called European mechanics in downtown Baltimore (simply taking advantage of a young woman not versed in cars). I came to English Auto hoping for trusted & quality service and they surpassed my expectations. A job I thought wouldn't be done for 2-3 days because of previous mechanics - they were able to complete in just a few hours! Saved the day for me especially since I needed my car asap for work. Thank you all so much for taking the time to properly diagnose what was wrong with my car & explaining it to me every step of the way. Genuine people and awesome service. Will definitely be coming back.

I couldn t be happier with my vehicle s service at English Auto. Shane is always clear and upfront about necessary repairs and their cost. He also gives me a heads up about future service so I can plan and budget for it.I highly recommend English Auto. We use them for all of our vehicles...Ford, Honda and BMW.

WOW! That's all I can say about this place and I wish I would have found it years ago. If you have a BMW, you know there's always something going wrong with them. I used to HATE taking it to the dealership knowing I wouldn't be seen right away and that their charges were crazy expensive. Over the last 6 months I've taken my car to English Auto at least three times and each experience has been awesome. They quickly determined an auto repair shop was sloppy and neglected to replace all parts required for my cowl trim.I'd been going crazy hearing what sounded like a tea kettle whistling while I was driving. It seriously took them ten minutes to determine the issue and I'd returned to the original repair shop at lest three times and they told me everything was fine and even tried to use double sided tape to keep the cowl tight to the windshield.My brake sensor went bad and they were able to order the part and have my car repaired and back to me that afternoon. Over the past couple weeks I'd been smelling a burning oil smell in my car and after seeing smoke blowing into my car through the air vents I called English Auto and was able to get my car in the next morning at 0800. They quickly determined my valve cover gasket needed to be replaced (this was on a Friday) and it'd be a rather involved job, which *may* be completed the same day, but most likely would take another work day. Of course, this was concerning since it was a Friday and I would be without my car the entire weekend. I was SHOCKED when they called me at 3:30 saying my car was done and could be picked up.I cannot recommend this place enough; however, I selfishly don't want them to be so busy I can't get my car in right away. Great people, reasonable prices and excellent service. Go see them, you will NOT be disappointed and will wonder, as I did, why you didn't take your car there years ago.Update October 2020:I made two visits to English Auto over the last four days! First, I backed out of my driveway and immediately received an alert for tire issues. I immediately called English and was able to take it up and have it repaired within the hour. Two days later I was driving over an overpass where the pavement and the bridge portion is not level. I have low profile tires with no give and I feel the smallest pebble when I drive over it. The overpass hit was HARD and knocked my radar detector loose even though it's attached to my mirror with a bracket. My alignment was knocked out of whack. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to get me in that morning and get me back to normal. Major kudos to English auto! If you're not taking your car there for repairs and routine maintenance you're most likely getting ripped off with mediocre service. Do yourself and your car a favor and head to English instead. Shane and Mike take care of my car like it is their own. I just had some minor work done last week before a road trip. They got me in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. But the reason they are the only shop that I will ever take my Jaguar for service, is the way that they treat me. I wanted a Jaguar for as long as I can remember, but I was reluctant to own one primarily because of all the stories about their dependability the cost to maintain them and most of all repair shops taking advantage of that perception. English Auto has a customer centric approach to how they do business. From the scheduling, clear communication, fair estimates, willingness to answer questions, transparent billing, delivery to follow up they do it right. If I owned a shop I'd strive to run it as they do. Keep up the great work guys you deserve these 5 STARS ! BTW: Great pre-game conversation on World Series game 7.

I've been taking my cars to English Auto from the time they opened 14 yrs ago. They treat the cars like they are their own. The service is superb and it's always with honesty, integrity, and a lot of friendship. I appreciate all they have done!

I've been coming to English for almost a year now, once for a major engine issue, and other for a routine diagnostic/oil change. I've been to a few places in the past (including dealership maintenance), but English Auto is hands down the best. I drive a 2010 BMW, nothing special, but this place treats you with respect, and will honestly diagnose your car. I have never met a more honest group, to actually fix/repair/service your car - for a fair price. I would recommend English Auto to anyone requiring ANY type of service or repair to their vehicle; trust me. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very honest, and they do a great job fixing your vehicle. These guys know what they're doing.

We love English Auto. They came highly recommended by my father when my husband and I relocated to the area. Shane and his staff have always provided the best customer service and have been honest and genuine in diagnosing what was wrong with our vehicle. The prices are beyond fair. We wouldn't take our car anywhere else.

These guys have serviced my car on 2 major issues and both times they did an awesome job getting my mustang riding as good as new. The customer service is definitely top notched and they're true professionals. I would definitely recommend English Autos to anyone who needs service for their vehicles. These guys are awesome!

This establishment is the place to go if you want a quality, knowledgeable, and honest car service. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. I have been using the services for years and always receive five star quality work. The team is well qualified, certified and value your time, money, and most importantly, your auto. Their services and overall value have been much better than the dealership. I will continue to go back.
