Just purchased a 2013 3500HD from Steven. I drove 4-1/2 hours for this truck. Steven was very helpful with question, pictures whatever I asked for. These boys are blue collar boys just like me. Thank you for everything! We did take the 10 min trip to WV so we can say we have been on WV soil. Thanks again y all!

The team was wonderful. I even forgot to bring my car in when I was supposed to, missing my appointment, but they were kind and great about rescheduling. I always appreciate their help and thoroughness to make sure my vehicle is safe for my children.

A dear jumped out and smashed our car. We stopped by to have their team check damage. They verified what we suspected but were incredibly honest and transparent! They told us how long it would take to get parts, made sure the hood was secure and then topped off fluids! Not only did they send us away after an hour charging us nothing but they gave us confidence in what needed to be done once we got back home! Amazing team and highly recommend Dave and the Manager to helped us out directly. But everyone from the supply desk to the front desk person left a great experience! Thanks Team One!

My vehicle was scheduled for transmission work after trying their "fix" of service and reprogramming, which failed and cost me hundreds of dollars on the previous visit before warranty work would be considered. I was then informed upon taking it back for warranty work that the only transmission tech quit, leaving me with no option but to take it an hour away to another Timbrook dealship. Very frustrating and makes getting service difficult and inconvenient. I understand things happen but putting it on the customer to find a solution is poor. Why would you only have one person for that on staff? No offer to send it to the other dealship which owns Team One. Sorry, figure it out, here's the number.....I have no idea how this different service department will be to deal with, but have a feeling it will be a fight since they don't have the history of my problem and previous diagnosis. Would I purchase from this dealship again and continue to use them for service at $120/hr? Time will tell..

We had some ideas about what we wanted and were very happy to be greeted at the door by a friendly salesman, Eric, who showed us cars he thought we might like. He was "spot on". We picked out a Chevy Equinox RS and were happy to learn that there were rebates for which we were eligible! We asked to be given some "think time" over the weekend and on Monday morning we went back to the dealership to buy our new car.

It was a very pleasant experience both the salesmen we worked with where very helpful and knowledgeable. Laura was very nice and got us a loan with the bank that we preferred and got us a good interest rate

We always get treated very good by the service team. Labor rates are overboard, but that isn't their fault and could be fixed through the dealership management.

They are friendly, The people in the Body shop , don t take notes on what you want done, The Service Department always ask what you need done, Body shop needs to work with customers and service as to a customer needs, My Car has been there for almost 2 months, waiting on parts, wrong parts ect, Told the body shop 2 times what needed serviced,Body shop called sad my car was ready,it was not serviced what I asked to be done , Comunication

Everyone was very friendly. I was hesitant to put a hold on the trailblazer without seeing one first. Eric arranged for me to see his colleague s trailblazer and even took me for a ride in it. The service dept was great with getting what i needed and excellent with my need to reschedule different times. I was pleased with how i was treated when i traded vehicles there. They are helpful and respectful. The dealership is clean and they have a wide selection of cars and trucks. Everyone is super nice. The service dept is top notch and know you by name and take great care of my needs. The sales staff have all known thier products very well. And don't trip on themselves while talking. I drive an hour past 2 local gm dealers to have my gm serviced at team one.

I purchased a new truck at Team One. Andy was great throughout the whole process and Laura does a great job in finalizing everything in the finance department. I was happy to buy a vehicle locally with people I know and trust. Team One also supports and sponsors so many non profits and youth activities, definitely consider buying your next vehicle from them!

Great experience. The easiest truck buying experience ever. The staff was super polite. Nobody was pushy and not once did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. The whole process of test driving 2 trucks and purchase took around 2 hours and was extremely efficient. Clearly their employees know what they are doing. Andrew was an awesome salesman and I would definitely deal with him again. If you are in the market for a vehicle go to Team One.

I felt since I bought my vehicle at team one my first oil change would be free, I found that the price was way overpriced and I won't be returning,I can change my own oil much cheaper and I also found other places much cheaper.

The team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They stayed in communication to let me when it would be done and what was happening without me having to reach out. Once it was ready, we had a family emergency that kept us from picking it up for over a week. They were very gracious and just held it for us until we could get there.
