Dropped my truck off to get the heater fixed. They kept my truck for a week, saying they were waiting on parts. They had me pick up my truck and told me that they would call me when the part's came in. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Nothing like being lied to by the owner of the business. They were going to charge me $600. I can only imagine how bad it would have been after I paid them. Bottom line, never take your car there.

A rare find, is a honest, fairly priced mechanic that get repairs done when they promise. I have had several repairs done from my ford excursion diesel to my prius and I am not only impressed with the quality of their work but they always have a positive friendly can do attitude. Rates have been fair and happy to pay it every time. So glad to have found them, and by the looks of their business, I'm not the only one. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Unfortunately, I ve had my car there in the last year more than I wanted to with car troubles. I am a college student and generally only home on weekends, which makes it tough to get in a garage. However, Pat and JR have always been very fair and accommodating to me. I called them Thursday afternoon about 2:30 and was over an hour away at school because my car would not go into park. I brought it straight over, JR and Pat took a look at it right away, ordered a part, and I picked it up Friday evening. I can not thank them enough for being kind and so quick so I could get back to school this week.Service: Engine repair

Installed a timing set and head gaskets and it's been nothing but downhill from there. They have now had the car for 2 YEARS and nothing is fixed. They pushed it out in the field beside a dumpster and have not touched it since. No phone call, text, email or anything. Each time I contact them, it's the same story, "it's a leaking injector o-ring." Used to think highly of them but after this deal and lack of professionalism, They will never touch another vehicle of mine. Would give zero stars except the post will not allow that choice.Service: Engine repair

Pat and his staff are very well educated when it comes to working on a vehicle. I have had several makes and models of vehicles and have had them worked on there and have never had any complaints. And they are very fair on the labor rate and take pride in there work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing any kind of mechanical work done.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance to ensure I could get the work done I needed, so that my car will pass inspection and I can get my plates. Took the morning off work and when I arrived to drop off my car, no one bothered to show up. This business screwed me by not being there for my appointment. Now I m scrambling to find someone to help at the last minute. Thanks for nothing.

He was the only shop in Oakland who would take a minute to look at my car. All it was was a dead battery. He replaced it and had me on my traveling way ASAP. Definitely recommend this shop. If I need any more work done while I am on this assignment I will surely return to him.

They seemed very nice and helpful. They worked hard on getting car repairs done. Their hours need to be more consistent and they need to post their lunch hour time so that customers know when to return.

Will never go back Patrick use to handle the customers very well but now they have a new guy Sid who has a very abbusive personality he thinks you should pay for the time you talk to him on the phone. I have never known any other shop to expect payment up front for a job.So long best of luck you will need it.

No.. " they worked hard" means they didn't get the job done. They worked on my car and after taking it back few times I gave up. It should've been fixed the first time since it was an easy fix. I've also had complaints from others. Not a place I'll be back to.
