My family and I have made several purchases from Patriot and we always go through Jay Paugh. Jay really gets to know his customers and works to find exactly what they want. Just a few weeks ago, I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk edition--low miles, excellent condition. I am so happy with this vehicle. Thank you, Jay, for going out of your way to help me find the perfect one!

Jay at Patriot made buying our brand new Wagoneer the easiest car purchase I've ever made. He worked my consultant to get me an out the door price that included a great price vs. MSRP, ensured I got as many rebates as we're available, and even got the car delivered to me next day - the day before Thanksgiving - across the state. All in we spent maybe 20 minutes on the phone sealing the deal. I had been jerked around by another dealer closer to me, wasting 3 hours of my time. Jay and Patriot wanted to get me in a car and make everyone happy. I can not recommend Patriot and Jay high enough. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. None of the games DC area dealers love to play. Thanks Jay and Patriot! You made my family and me extremely happy about our new car purchase!

Traveled from deep in WV for one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. It has been less than two weeks and my tags, title, taxes, and satisfaction have all been delivered with this dealer. Anthony Cacioppo is a man who gets you in and out and even took time to pray with my wife and me before we hit the road. Thank you Patriot for being a great place to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a Jeep from this dealer in January 2024. The buying process was efficient. Since buying the Jeep the process to receive my title has been a NIGHTMARE. The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.

Found my dream Jeep on Patriots website and patiently waited until this weekend to take a look at it, drive it.And so glad I did! I have never experienced the smooth sailing of an experience while purchasing a car.Excellent trade in amount.Found an amazing interest rate and payment that was comfortable for me.A salesman with one goal in mind-To make sure I-was taken care, no worries, and in return driving home in a beautiful jeep of my dreams!! Happy (early) birthday to me! :)Patriot looks out for the customer and makes you feel like part of the family.Hands down while never go anywhere else. Great service! My husband and I live a few hours away but we were able to get everything workout on the phone. Jay Paugh worked hard to get everything setup and ready for us so everything was ready to go when we arrived. When we made it to the dealership Jay made sure we were taken care of quickly and back on the road. It was the best buying experience. Seriously, we maybe spent 10 minutes total at the dealership before we drove home satisfied customers.

I've taken my car here for oil changes/ tire rotations and other normal maintenance for years. Customer service is outstanding. One day I decided to get my tires rotated and oil changed, it took only a bit longer than usual, they said they felt bad for what couldn't have been longer than an extra half hour, and said it was on the house! They certainly didn't have to do that. (I didn't ask or complain about the wait) They also check the rest of the vehicle, like dirty air filters or other things that need replaced. I will always reccomend this place to my friends due to the quality of their maintenance and customer service employees. I will be back for many years to come!

I was met before I even got to the door, got handed the keys for the car I wanted to look at and away we went for test drive, came back and jay informed me they had to just the car earlier and insured me they d put a new battery in it which they did but when I looked at the battery I was surprised to see a platinum grade battery!! No other dealer I ve worked with has done anything like that usually it s just a plain battery. Awesome people and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Spoke with Jay Paugh for a couple of weeks while I couldn't decide what I wanted. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle. I was super nervous and back and forth! I can be very indecisive but he was very very patient and kind through the entire experience! It was a great first experience and I would highly recommend him! I plan to go to Jay again for any vehicle needs. He spent EIGHT hours with me even working after hours while I picked one vehicle and decided last minute after all the paper work was already through for the first one that I wanted a different one! Nothing short of an amazing person and salesman doing whatever it takes to make his customers happy!! THANKS SO MUCH JAY!!

This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I contacted Anthony prior to making the 2 1/2 hour trip to insure that the vehicle was available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the most courteous and friendly sales staff ever. Took the Jeep, which is now my Jeep, for a test drive and when we sat down to make the deal, it was apparent that they were most concerned with my happiness and satisfaction. Anthony, followed by Jay, were most attentive to my needs to complete the deal. And although it was getting late on a Saturday afternoon, I never felt pressured or short changed on my experience. While doing the paperwork, was able to be introduced to the owner of this dealership, and it was obvious that the courtesy and respect I was shown, starts at the top with this organization. Paul was just as friendly as his staff and left me with the feeling that he was just as concerned with making sure that all of my needs were met. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership on my next purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase one of their vehicles. It restores my faith that there are dealerships out there that are concerned about your satisfaction and not just about herding you through a process, in order to put numbers on a board.

The owner and sales manager were amazingly pleasant and very helpful! Have to say that most of all, the salesman Jay was the only one who I ever want to buy a car from again! He was patient and receptive to me and really cared about lowering my anxiety about the commitment of purchasing a "new car!" He took hours out of his day to make my experience amazing!
