I brought my new vehicle in for a smaller than a dime pebble hit on my passenger side windshield. The repair was done so poorly that it looked worse and the repair hole is beginning to spider. I am now going to have to replace the entire windshield. I told the office manager and the man that did the repair that it was an awful job. I also asked that the manager call me and he never did. Thought I should warn you of their sloppy work on car windshields.

Beyond happy with my experience with this company. Despite being 5 times farther away than their big name competitor, they charged less than half of what the other guy would have to come to me, and they were more than $200 cheaper overall. That's awesome, but the good price isn't even why I'm so happy with them... It's their customer service. The 2 guys that came to install my rear window were incredibly nice, they did a great job on the window, and were super fast doing it. The excellent customer service provided by their whole team has definitely earned them a few new customers for life with my family.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had to order a 9ft piece of glass for a dining table and replace a garage door window. I was very happy with the quality, delivery, and price and appreciated the feedback/collaborative nature. Unfortunately like many in the area there was a delay in measuring however demand is currently exceeding supply and wouldn't consider that a negative as I chose to wait for them to validate measurement than go off my own measurement.

Took my car in to have two chips repaired. Charged me $90 dollars and didn't repair the large chip! Said " oh, someone tried to fix that before, we couldn't fix it" They should of told me that. I'd of said nevermind before anymore work was done!. Go somewhere eles.
