From out of town and was planning on leaving with a 3 hour drive when my car starting making a constant lawn mower like noise. They quickly took my car in with no appointment and fixed the issue in minutes for a fantastic price. Would recommend to anyone in the area!!

These guys are amazing! I came from out of town and had a wheel bearing go bad and so I brought it to them. They got it fixed and charged a very fair rate and had it done within a few hours. I can't speak highly enough of these guys.

I've taken my Subaru to a number of shops, but Helbigs is always friendly, honest, and addresses my problems. They are always willing to discuss the issue and suggest appropriate repairs at a good price. If you are near Garrett county, I definitely recommend you take your Subaru there. They also work on other brands so worth calling even if you don't have a Subaru.

Honest and great staff. They replaced my battery and changed the spark plugs. Even topped my washer fluid for free!

We ve been satisfied customers of Helbig s Repair Shop for over 40 years and would be lost without them to service our Subaru vehicles. They provide excellent service at a reasonable price, not only for scheduled visits, but for emergency visits as well. There have been several of those over the years and Fred can always be counted on to take good care of his customers in need. His family is involved in the business as well and create a friendly professional atmosphere in the shop -- a pleasure to do business with!

I was out of town, passing through Oakland and got a flat. A few other repair shops didn't even answer their phones. Helbigs met me at my location, took my wheel, fixed it up and brought it back.
