I needed my tailgate repaired after an accident. Tom and his team took very good care of my car and handled the claims process very smoothly. They were always easy to get a hold of and explained things very well. Car came out great! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing car body repairs!

Huge shoutout to Putty Hill Body Shop for their immaculate & flawless work on our truck!Not only did they have it done within a week, prices were reasonable, the staff is excellent, & the work was flawless. It's obvious the work here is done by craftsmen. Amazing job of making my car look it's best! Manager Ron orchestrated an experience that exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Just got my Palisade back today. I had a little fender bender that dented the rear bumper and hatch. More work than it looked :( They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They took a slip up and made it good.They replaced a door skin with an OEM part which was not up to par, and when I went to pick it up, it was not acceptable. They worked on it the next day and it is A1, wonderful and I am grateful of the excellent color match and denibbing . Quality folks who stand behind their work! And I am too picky for my own good

I had a great experience the first time I took my car here for repair a few years ago. They did a great job. Recently my side mirror has been side swiped and I took my car here for repair. Samantha I think is her name took a look at it and told me she might be able to have the technician to push it back without having to replace it and the gentleman did. I offered to pay but they refused. Thank you so much!

Took my car to get body work done and it came out looking brand new! Ron was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They even washed and touched up my car, they went above my expectations. Ron did an amazing job on my Rav 4. After someone blowing through a stop sign and hitting it I wasn't sure if the car could be fixed. Ron had great attention to detail and was very professional and friendly in assisting me with working with the insured's company. The car looks brand new, so happy to have it back and would recommend this Company because of their professionalism, eye for detail, and overall amazing work. We took our car here when the driver side door was side swiped. They made my car good as new and gave a competitive rate on additional work (not related to that accident). We received our car back within 2 weeks and in excellent condition! They cleaned my car before giving it back, which was very nice. Not to mention the receptionist was professional and helpful. This place was recommended by Hunt Valley Auto Body because they were a bit backed up. I think this place has been around forever and has a great reputation. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job putting my husband's car back in one piece and it looks brand new. Very easy to work with and they dealt directly with the insurance company whenever possible. Highly recommend.

After visiting two auto body shops trying to charge me an arm and a leg for a dent in my bumper, I brought my car to this shop. I am so glad I made the right decision to come here. DeAnna is a sweetheart. Ron took a look at the damage and provided me with a reasonable quote. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was done by Thursday. Just got my truck back and I am very impressed. Ron did a fantastic job at putting my truck back together again. I was in an accident that was my fault, my insurance company would not help so I was very concerned about the cost of getting it fixed out of pocket. Not only did Ron keep cost at the estimate price but went over and beyond in the repairs itself. I would highly recommend Putty Hill Body Shop

Came by @ 11:00 a.m. this morning w/a damaged passenger side mirror; Ron came out, and, after looking @ it, give me an estimate for its repair. Since it was a minor job, they were able to work me in the same day. A real pleasure to not have to leave my car @ the shop, as I had expected. They were able to have me on the road again in 1/2 an hour. If you're in the Baltimore area, please consider receiving a quote from Putty Hill Body. They work quickly and efficiently.{06/07/17} Came by to pick up my car that was sideswiped 2 1/2 weeks ago. Looks like new {on the side they worked on :)}. They went above and beyond, taking out dings that weren't part of the accident. As well, they even polished the headlights {which were past due for the same and weren't affected by the accident}. Great work!

Took only two weeks to fix my car Ron did an amazing job looks like nothing ever happened. He also fixed the other scratches and cleaned my car! Definitely will be a returning customer

They did a wonderful job on my car. Had a few small dings that needed to be taken out. They fixed all of those plus detailed it. It looks great. Adam was very helpful when I took it in giving me my options and making suggestions. The work was finished in less than a day. Will be recommending it to all of my friends.

Ron and his staff at putty hill auto did an awesome job repairing my car. My car was a mess when I brought it to them. I picked up my car and they not only fixed it, but they detailed it as well. I highly recommend using this shop.
