This company is Top-notch! While the parts took forever to come in (which is not their fault at all) they kept me in the loop about the realistic timeline for my repairs. Their staff is kind and extremely helpful. Super responsive, and kept me updated along the whole repair process. The actual repairs made my car look new. Couldn t be happier&would recommend them to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I see that others have had a great experience with this company. Maybe I am just dealing with an employee that most do not have to deal with. I stopped and had someone look at my car damage for an estimate for my insurance company. This place was actually referred to me by them as their recommended repair shop.I was told that I would receive an estimate the next day. That day came and passed. Called a couple of days later only to have no one answer the phone. So I called back the next week and was told that I would have it the next day. Still waiting three days later. Am I supposed to assume that this shop will be more reliable with my car repair? I won't chance it.

I give this auto body shop a 5 star because I was kept updated about my car from the time it reached the shop until the time it was ready for pickup. The personnel was very pleasant and the atmosphere was refreshing walking into a body shop. My car was completely done within 7 days. I would recommend this shop to anyone of my family and friends!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

THANKFUL!!!! After making a mistake at the gas station and slamming my open car door into a cement block I slunk over to PHAB to have them take a look at the damage. I told them I didn't care how it looked, I just needed my door to shut. Joel spent 5 minutes outside, handed me my keys, and said "Okay you're good." I asked what I owed and he said, "Don't worry about it." They have just earned ALL our future body shop needs. Which hopefully are zero but with my track record, we'll be back.Service: Body & Trim

Went in to this shop on a whim to see if my door could be saved versus paying for another to be installed. The service and professionalism I received was awesome. The guy at the desk I can t remember his name was very helpful I explained to him my situation and he said he would ask the tech what he could do because it seemed like an easy fix. I literally walked to Starbucks got a coffee and came back and he had my door to open and shut perfectly and saved me a new door. Thank you Don you are awesome and thanks to the staff.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I found a baseball that was hit through my panoramic sunroof and glass was shattered everywhere. They came out and towed my car for me the same day I called. Super quick turnaround time and my car looks amazing! The staff are professional, polite, helpful, and amazing! Thank you!!

Will definitely go back!I took my car in to fix some damage to the roof and roof rack. The shop fixed the major damage well and when we went to pick the car up we noticed that some of the more superficial damage had not been fixed, due mainly to miscommunication on what all I wanted done. Sean and Joe worked with me to find a day I could bring my car in to get the rest done and were able to transport me from the shop after dropping my car off and to the shop to pick the car up. The staff was very courteous and friendly and our concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. It's a great shop!

This company is all about customer satisfaction. The female and male representative at the front desk called enterprise on my behalf for over 30 minutes while I waited for them to pick me up which never happened. The male representative then drove with me enterprise and waited until I received my rental. In addition after the initial repair was done their were slight adjustments that were needed and they were completed in a quick time frame. I would definitely recommend if you need work done. Thank you!

It's not the best thing to be able to rate an auto body repair shop, but accidents happen. For more than 15 years, when they do, we've been taking our vehicles to them. They do great work, are usually finished a day or two before and the car looks like it came off the showroom floor including the interior. Everyone's friendly, courteous and professional. They're the best!

I brought my car in to Perry Hall auto body after a very minor impact with a fire hydrant against my rear bumper. They found and explained damages in minutes that other body shops wouldn t talk about until after they began the work. Perry Hall autobody told me in the beginning that my estimate may change several times, based on what they find. Every step of the way, they kept me informed.They worked directly with my insurance company. My repair needed a lot more than a surface fix , and I was so grateful for them finding everything that they did. I was kept informed of progress, updated regularly, and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I can t recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle looks great, and was delivered on-time. Scott and Collen provided me with updates thru out the process. They even waited 30 minutes after closing for me to pick up the car, and helped with the rental pick-up and drop off. Great Service!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Their service was excellent I had my 2019 Ram bumper replaced and tailgate repaired. The gloss black metallic paint was an exact match with the factory paint. You can not see where the repair was made on the tailgate. The truck came back cleaner that the day I bought it.

10Totally exceeded expectations. I was so apprehensive to even file a claim from insurance bc the damage didn t look bad surface level (it was bad though. Way more than my no-car knowledge/self could comprehend). My Dad who has always taken his vehicle here urged me to file claim and take it in. I braced myself for what I knew was going to be a painful call that would end in headaches....HOWEVER I was so (gladly) very wrong! From the first minute I called, the gentlemen I spoke with offered a kind, calming and empathetic tone (which is rare to find anything other than a gruff curmudgeon that answers at auto shops these days). He was patient with my ignorance of all things car/damage related and walked me through time frame, etc. it was a seamless transaction between PH auto body and Geico (if it wasn t, I didn t notice because they took care of all communication with adjuster, etc for the most part) I was kept in the loop consistently on any updates/ETA on parts arrivals and completion, etc. They went out of their way and offered a solution for me to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday when they aren t really opened, and the other two employees I interacted with that day were in no surprise, friendly and helpful! My car looked perfect and felt like I was driving it off the car lot when I first bought it! I never want to hit a deer again, but I will be singing praises of this place (yes dad- you were RIGHT and I ll never hear the end of it) forever and recommend to everyone and anyone. If the day comes I need repairs again, they will be my first call!! Thank you all!

Avoid at all costs if paying out of pocket. Brough in our car, paid 10K cash was told it was gonna take 2 months. After 2 months, I go in after that time because I didn't get any call or anything. Turns out my car was just sitting there, only SOME parts were ordered.So what ended up happening they ended up charging me $6000 for doing nothing simply because my car was sitting there on their lot, which was there because THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT. Just a joke really. Avoid.The lady told me that they their insurance accidents take priority, so regular customers are pretty much screwed. The manager came and his words were "10K" is really nothing in the big picture which I found funny. Anyways was treated badly here, take my advice run away from here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Took my car in for repairs from hitting the jersey wall on I-95 and I must say they gave me top notch service from start to finished. The manager Scott was excellent and his staff was great. I recommend them any day of the week.

I went there for my car inspection.� He listed out 4 nails that did NOT deflate my tire at all & which was fixed in less than 3� mins without need to remove the tire worth at max $20 & a $5/- worth foot pedal rubber cover pad replaced in less than 1 min was charged $25/-.� He charged me $100/- which was 3 times more, for a 4 min job which normally would be charged not more than $35 at max.� He refused to reduce the cost with consequences that he would otherwise fail my car inspection & still charge me the full $80/- per the state stipulated charges.�� So i was charged $181/- with taxes for passing inspection of which that garage clearly took� advantage of the situation.�� Shall never go back there.� A terrible experience in bad taste.This is a garage i would recommend to anybody NOT to go to ever. I feel royally cheated & truely repent going there.I got badly mislead by the previous reviews, garage that i would strongly NOT recommend to anybody.Service: Tires

1sy...Very nice. Work is good.price is outstanding.2nd...the car was old somebody ran me on the curb...made a big dent and I couldn't open the passenger door.. well to fix it was more then the car worth...he looked at the car n jerk where the dent was at least I could open the door... God knows I needed that... Very very kind workers...Me looking out

It was a pleasure dealing with this shop. As I am not local, they went above and beyond in assisting me from the time the car was towed to their facility to the time I picked it up. They were able to obtain the parts needed at a reasonable cost and performed the work in a timely matter. They were honest and very accommodating! Highly recommend!!!

Perry Hall Auto Body is Great!They went out of their way to help me get my car fixed when It got hit by a truck! I received updates on my car frequently and the finished product was better than New! I highly recommend this shop for all your car and truck needs! My car was even Detailed prior to delivery! They answer all of your questions and explain what your car/truck needs and options to get it done right the first time.Please give them a chance to service your vehicle.

I have a BMW and I have always been very happy with their work. My family has used them multiple times over years for various body work repairs including fender benders and once a deer fan into my car. The repairs and paint work were perfect and pretty fast.

I highly discourage anyone from getting work done here on a vehicle they actually care about. Their attention to detail is pretty terrible. My vehicle was sent in for minor body work and paint. I received it with wiring not attached, poor paint, and missing plastic clips to hold plastic shrouds for my wheel wells. While I'm not saying that it is impossible to get good work done here, I will not trust my vehicle with them again. I would not even bring my vehicle back to repair the issues they caused in fear of further mistakes.
