I ve only had a car for the first time for the last few years so this was my first car issue. Perry Hall came highly recommended to me by multiple friends, for folks who don t know squat about cars (I m a DC politics nerd). These guys treated me with respect and honesty and got me a solid deal on replacement tires. I drove up from downtown Baltimore 30 mins away and will definitely do it again. This is an honest and fair business. Check them out.

I have been thru alot. To get my car repaired at other places. I took a chance to call Perry Hall Auto & Tire. The Owner Mike was very nice to me. He allowed me to just come in with no appointment. And he started my vehicle right away. Mike & The mechanic Mr. G was very very Proffessional. Nice with comunicating with customers. And Worked on my vehicle in a delicate way to make sure my repairs was done fast. Correctly. And installation of parts in a super good way. I will most definaly be back. For any repair needs of my vehicle. I encourage others even if you dont know this shop. Or here. About this place. Give them a try. You will Thank Me later. Over AllI had superb work done. And Im a happy customer.

Failed me for an md state inspection after taking two days longer than expected. Took same car to AAA same day for same service and passed with flying colors. Rip off artists. Tried to negotiate $800 worth of work that wasn t necessary. Stole $90 from me via inspection lies then went to see if there s more to give.

They charged me $500 mor� making the total $2300. And when I went to get an oil change after the fix, down by me in Laurel MD, the part that perry hall fixed was leaking. I called and all they said was bring it back to the shop. A big no. My time and money isn't worth getting shotty work done again. Thanks but no thanks. I'll go to professionals from now on.

I wasn't exactly looking forward to paying over 500 bucks to have the thermostat in my Jeep Cherokee replaced as soon as I moved from Texas to Perry Hall, but it happened. I am glad I was able to pay that to PHA&TC though. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly.I should add, that 500 bucks was 200 bucks cheaper than what another service center quoted me for the repair.Since I live here now, I might as well make them my go-to service shop.Service: Air conditioning

This shop has talent, fair prices, and no BS. They have done a fantastic job on my SUV a couple times now. Very nice guys. Night drop-off is a great option too.

I tell anyone and everyone - if you have car issues, bring your car here. Doesn t matter if they live downtown or uptown, you want a mechanic you can trust! They are honest, good folk, they help you with your car troubles at reasonable rates.

Great service, they were awesome in giving me a MD State Inspection on the same-day! They seem to be able to fix a lot of various cars from different parts of the world (Domestics, Europe, Japanese, etc,) Bring your vehicle to them today!

I had a tail light that burned out and had a repair order that needed to be signed off. I walked in without an appointment, was in and out in under 15 minutes, repair order was signed off, and the price was extremely reasonable! I moved back to Maryland from PA and had to get my car inspected. I also needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen were kind, quick, and very honest. I knew my car was in excellent shape and the only thing I needed was windshield wipers which is exactly what they told me. They will be my auto repair shop for all my vehicles. Thank you Ray for getting me in so quickly, I greatly appreciated it.Services: Tires, Oil change

Called Perry Hall auto & Tire because I needed to get a MD inspection for a car I just had tagged and titled. This was the only place able to get me in same day, which was a Friday. Also had four new tires put on, which made a world of difference with the car. Nice thing is Conrad's is very close walking distance, so I hung out there while I waited for my car to get done. I'd recommend this service station.Service: Tires

Very Shady....DO NOT Use them. I had my brakes done here. He charged me for Rotors and Brakes.He never replaced the rotors he charged me for. This is clearly not a new rotor.

I ve used this shop on 2 occasions. They Installed two new tires on my vehicle a few years ago and did an excellent job.Recently, they patched a tire for me on a Saturday at the last minute. Huge thanks to Tony for being able to help me with this!Both times everyone working there could not have been nicer or more accommodating.I would highly recommend this place for any of your tire or auto repair needs.

I got work done to my car a month ago I took it in to be inspected , into also get whatever work needed to be done on it. I spoke with the owner he sound like a trustworthy guy, but my judgment was completely off. I put $1,500 worth of work into my car even down to the windshield wipers were replaced. My main concern was whatever needed to be fixed on my car I wanted it fixed.my car was making a loud rattling sound the day that I picked it up, I figured because it was just worked on maybe I just needed to ride it around for a while, my car was still making the same noise the next day so I brought it back to him that day. when he popped the hood (instantly) he knew it was my timing chain and that I was going to need a new engine he said he did not hear the noise the day prior even though he watch me pull off. My car completely broke down three weeks after , I brought it to his attention he definitely showed no concern seeing how he just got fifteen hundred. he knew that my car was no good and instead of telling me I'm going to need a new car he got what he could out of me. I'm going to leave to God in the universe to bless me with a new car even though I could have took that 1500 and got a car, some people don't care money rules them and they'll keep living their life not knowing how much harm they really have done to someone. I don't have a way to get to work or to get around. Simply because someone wasn't honest and they chose money over humanity. God knows the truth and so does the owner! Although it took me trials and tribulations to come up with 1500 for my car I forgive you..

This is the best auto repair shop in the Baltimore area. Got my brakes and oil change done super quick and super fair price. Go see Ray he will make your day better and get you on the road.

My vehicle drives like it's never driven before. The knocking is gone in the front right and they fixed my washer fluid pump at no charge. You trust a mechanic to perform the work in an honest and timely manner. The mechanics here really delivered. Thank you everyone!

Great Service! Allowed me to purchase a used tire and had it installed in less than 15 minutes. I needed a tire badly before a 16hr drive and would not have been able to make it to the shop after work. I was helped right at 7:30 in a courteous manner. I will absolutely be taking future business there. Took a card just in case!

Called and was able to come in 45 minutes later. Paid $89.50 for the Maryland state inspection. Failed test for tints being too dark. Got all removed and came right back, had to pay $19.90 for "reinspection" and pass certificate.Service was quick. Would come again.

My tire popped when I went to visit my sister, and she recommended going to this place to get it fixed. Although the tire was unable to be patched, they were able to get me a new tire right then and there, install it, replace the donut in its proper place within my vehicle, and even pump all my tires up (they were a little low). And they didn't even charge me more than the price of the tire! Absolute lifesavers. Thank you.Service: Tires

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They balanced my tires and charged me $60 even though I needed new tires - so that service was entirely unwarranted and just a cash grab for them. They then quoted me for new tires. A week later I go to get them - they tried to charge me $150 more than they originally quoted me! Refused to honor their own quote even though I had it in writing! They will take advantage of you at every turn. Stay away.

Ive been going to this shop for a few years now. Was happy with them until recently. I had them put 4 tires and do an alignment only 3k miles ago , only to find out that the alignment wasnt done in which i paid for. Now i have to buy 2 new tires to replace the two front tires that wore badly in 3k miles cause of them not doing what was paid for. Owner told me hes not responsible for the two tires that wore badly cause of them. I will NOT ever go back there.

Went in to get my state inspection done and had them do the work that needed to be done as well. They re very fast at their work and have reasonable prices as well. The shop is a little bit of a hole in the wall but I think these mechanics are very trustworthy!

I have had tire rotation service done here in the past. The crew was efficient and provide excellent service. Most recently, I called to get information. The person I sope to was very helpful. He was able to answer my questions.
