This tire center provided some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will try to keep my review short and as truthful as possible. I understand the understaffing problem and broken equipment that was beyond BJ's control, but I cannot understand the unprofessionalism presented by the employees. I had a 3PM appointment to install one tire and waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before seeing any employee. I witnessed the mechanics criticizing and belittling customers to their faces. After having my car in the shop for quite some time, the employees stormed out, exclaiming that everything was broken and everyone had to reschedule. At this point, I had been waiting for over two hours. Two other customers became upset, one unfortunately crying due to how much stress the situation put on her. No solutions were presented besides telling everyone to leave and reschedule for another day. At this point, I asked for compensation due to the inconvenience and disrespectful nature of the mechanics. I explained to the store manager that I was putting myself at risk by leaving without a new tire installed. I wasn't trying to be rude, I just wanted to provide a customer's perspective of the situation. The manager continues to tell me to "grow up" and to "make big adult decisions". At this point, I have lost respect for this establishment and ask for the tire that I paid for. I finally received the tire and decided to drive the next day to another BJs location, a state away, that has previously provided quality customer service. I hope this tire center improves but, in it's current state, I would not recommend taking your car here.

Sat for 3 hours for a tire repair without any updates the entire time just to find out it wasn't repaired. A little communication could've went a long way.

Had 4 new tires installed on Sunday morning. Only one young man was working. He was covering the office and installing tires. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and figured I'd be there forever but amazingly he had me out by 12:00 noon. He was running all over the shop and store. The young man was multi-tasking throughout the morning. He handed it all with a smile and pleasant interactions.

Just about every tire technician in this location is courteous and addresses every customer with sir or ma am. They are doing their best to meet your expectations on installing and balancing new sets of tires or rotating, repairing flat tires as quickly as possible.In the customer lounge area, there are four chairs and an area rug for those who prefer to wait. Want a freshly brewed cup of coffee? Keurig coffee maker is available if you can figure out how to brew it. Do not expect to find bottles of spring water.A service clerk is not always behind the desk to greet the customers. The (concrete?) floor looks as if someone forgot to mop with a cleaning solution for a long time. The restroom is not here, but somewhere else.

Went in because my tire pressure light came on. Marty, the service clerk (technician?) got the car in and the tire patched up and had me out of there within the hour (we were leaving for vacation and a 6 hour drive). Great customer service! I really appreciate it!

Scratched and scuffed my rims during installing four tires. Not just small ones. I am talking about big scratches that are permanent. See my pictures. Price is competitive to Costco but not worth it. Good deal if you don t care about your rims getting messed up.

The propane filling process is a complete cluster. The auto shop technicians want nothing to do with it. Completely ignored me for 20 minutes while I went in 3 times for help.

Tire center was closed as of 9/2022. Then started back up with limited staffing staff member who finally tracked down my tires did great.

Went online and ordered tires and scheduled installation. Everything came out perfect. Best tire experience I've ever had.

Their tire Dept is not the greatest, have to always wait for over an hour, and you can never get anyone on the phone!

Very bad service very bad quality of tires .. They keep tires under the sun.. All the stuff and employees are very very bad .. I will never go there
