Had a 8am appt to get new tires, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out (in under an hour) it was a true pleasure. Everyone was very professional and helpful! Will definitely be back

Service Manager Marc got me in the system quickly, he also let me know what service I had done the last time I had my oil changed. Which helped a lot so I did not have to guess what was done. Marc was very friendly and professional.Service Technician Jaime took good care of my vehicle kept it clean did an amazing job.I highly recommended North East Walmart Auto Care center. 10/10Service: Oil change

Said that they were open until seven on the phone and they closed at 6:08 completely unprofessional. Seems like they hire a bunch of bums. Waste of time i ve heard they don t do half the work they charge for anyway!!!!! so definitely stay clear of this mess of a place

Had a trailer tire blow out on 95 at the Cecil County exit. No spare, no jack or jack stands. Friend and I unhooked the trailer and headed less than 2 miles to this Walmart to get spares. Didn't have a set of 15's and only 1 13 on the rack. Younger dude found another 13 in the back quickly and the very helpful counter woman checked us out and sent us on our way. Great customer service made a hot, sticky mess just a bit smoother. TY Northeast Walmart employees.

If you own a long bed pickup don t wast your time here. Wait an hour no big deal. However The Tech is lazy and will just tell you it s too long even know it s already been done there once. Just go to jiffy lube.

Went to replace all of my TPMS on all four tires and asked to rotate them while having them off. They wanted to charge me for a rotation. Said they had to charge 5 dollars a tire. That's double dipping seeing the tires are already off. He told me if I wanted to rotate, it would be 5 dollars a tire. So I asked how to rotate one tire. He said 5 bucks. I said don't you mean ten? He said no its five dollars a tire. Sorry but he has no idea how to count. To rotate one tire you must rotate two. That 10 bucks to me. Needless to say I will never use them again.

I purchased ties online to have installed at the Northeast MD store. Their "compressor" has been down now for over a week and they are turning away business. My tires are delivered there and I can't even get the main store on the phone. Trying to ask a manager what's up, but the main nimber and "0" to get an associate, rang for 4 minutes and then disconnected. This no way to run a business. I will probably just have them refund the tires and go elsewhere.Service: Tires

My last oil change here the man said I'd be waiting a hr,I said fine I'll wait. Well I was waiting 2.5 hours unsure why then charged about 70 dollars for my oil change. I've never spent this much on a oil change. On top of that I did my oil change with a mechanic friend and to try and get the filter off my car it was stripped and couldn't come off. So now I have to take to a shop to see if it can be even taken off. So highly dissatisfied and have never had this issue before!!

Horrible. I know how to change my own oil but was at Walmart anyway and was in nice clothes so didn't want to change it myself for once. Supplied a oil filter and a new drain plug for them. Also told them that the engine is new and that the odometer isn't right so it doesn't need high mileage oil. Was told "45 minute wait" was there for two hours. I was fine with the wait, but when I walked out to my truck, the new plug was still on the console. Walked back in and asked why it wasn't in so they said "oops didn't read the notes" after another 25 minutes they come back with the new plug in. After leaving and going home I check my oil dipstick, the oil is much darker than what I use (castrol edge (same thing they said they used)) and there is oil ALL OVER my engine bay and exhaust and as I open the hood it's filled with smoke and smells horrible. I know that it'll burn off eventually but there's no excuse for it being such a mess. And it isn't even over.... Dipstick was reading low on oil. Worst experience ever and will never be taking my truck to them again. EDIT: I just found the sticker they left on my windshield, I specifically told them to use 5w-30 Castrol edge, it says on the sticker that they used Pennzoil 5w-20 when it even says on the oil fill cap to use 5w-30

Staff were friendly, store clean and lots of choice of merchandise! Great place to RV overnight, we found a little spot by the trees and there was nobody around us. Store staff approved the overnight (asked out of courtesy). There are other stores around that can be handy (dollar tree, liquor store, etc).

Have used North East Walmart Auto Care for several things, especially relative to tires. They were great. They even accomplished work which Elkton Walmart said was impossible.

They've always been professional and offered quick service. Their tire road hazard has been a great help as I drive thousands of miles a year across the country for work. I recommend this location.

Terrible experience. They didnt tighten my oil filter and oil leaked out. Thank god I took notice before my engine seized.

Absolutely horrible customer service, waited on 3 people after i had showed up first, and then put me at the back of the wait list after waiting for 30 mins, disgusting, 15 mins up the road in elkton is a better crew who are much more decent then the folks in here, dont come if you dont have time to waste

Wow yes its there along with LOEWS,AUTOZONE . From. FLYING J or I-95 go south/ on 272 go 2 miles best too turn right at bottom of hill then turn right into LARGER DRIVEWAY PARKING TEMP 4 BIG RIG THERE'S A FEW small bars or few nice restaurants within walking if wally's n major grocery chain also near.

Very rude, they make a mistake and don't try to fix it. They put it on the customers, it's hard for them to take responsibility for their own actions.
