Amazing staff & great food! I always have the best experiences with this royal farms! The chicken and potato wedges are always fresh! The lady behind the counter, I believe her name was Jen, had my food ready in literally seconds and it was PERFECT! Fallon, the manager was kind enough to guide me through using the screen to place my order & checked me out immediately after with no wait. I will only go to this royal farms when I m going for food, it s the best around!

extremely clean, very professional staff, such a friendly welcoming establishment. everyone should come get their gas here! best spot in the county. the manager Fallon is very nice and respectful, and her lead Jen was very helpful and attentive. this place over wawa across the street any day

My mom is OBSESSED with your potato wedges, and lives close by so I come here often, have always gotten amazing help from a worker named Jen I believe. Always kind and helpful and gets me my order fast! Keep up the good work!

I have to say that I go into a lot of Royal Farm stores and the coffee areas are a complete mess. I walked into this one and the level of organization, cleanliness of the coffee area was phenomenal! Kudos to this store leader!!! Well done I will drive pass the other 2 to come back here!!

This rofo in Northeast is BY FAR the cleanest store in Cecil County. Shelves are always stocked and service is friendly. I pass 2 other royal farms locations everyday to go to this store to never be disappointed. Very worth it.

Jennifer Spiker is very friendly and helpful . Seems to love her job. The best there is. The store is always clean and the manager Fahylne is doing a great job. I always get my gas there over their opponent across the street. Great job folks!!

Fahlynn was so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She gave us wonderful directions and was so helpful. We enjoyed the chicken meal very much. So nice seeing such manners and kindness from an employee.

I stopped at this royal farms on my way home to Harford county. All of the royal farms I've visited, I must say this one is the best. The store manager Jennifer Spiker made my day. She really helped me out with everything that I needed. That store is one of my favorites.

I ordered eight pieces of their chicken tenders and within 30 minutes to an hour I was in the bathroom with extreme diarrhea and my friend was throwing up as well within that time frame, it went straight through me and his stomach rejected it. The chicken was very dry, tough and chewy. Save your stomach, I would give them zero stars if I could.

Older women who works the register is disrespectful and lazy. Everytime I come in she takes her time helping people at the counter and complains about having to get cigarettes. Then she'll hold your cigarettes hostage even after you pay while she helps other customers. Not to mention if you mention you're in a rush they run their mouths when you're walking out. Place is a joke. Girls are always outside smoking and don't wash their hands. Never napkins in dispensers, foods always burnt or tasteless. Just go across the street. Don't waste your time here

The manager is very friendlyAnd the deli is very clean and the young lady that works the deli is very friendly and seems to know what she's doing. I do believe the managers name is fahlyne and the young lady in the deli is Jen.Their attitudesMake me want to go to that Royal Farms rather than other Royal Farms in the area.

Everytime I go in here I'm greeted with a smile and great customer service. My food is always cooked properly and done in a timely manner. Absolutely love this establishment

I love the atmosphere of this store from the cleanliness of the store to being greeted from the door. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of here. Will always recommend stopping here before any trip.

Absolutely terrible, don't go here, got food poisoning less than 30 minutes after finishing my meal. The chicken is very dry and chewy, meaning old chicken. I'll drive down to Perryville before going to this place again

This is the worst Royal FarmsThe cashier is nastyIt is not trucker friendly.when the desiel pump is out of order they don't put a cone out so not to use. You have to go in pay go out pump the fuel go back in get receipts then the cashier is out chatting with friends, hold drivers up.

I can t express it i come to royal farms every morning i love the staff and the place in general it s great place to come for all your needs fresh food and nicest sweetest employees id like to give a huge shout out to Fallon and Jenn the 2 sweetest people always up for a good conversation and there isn t a single day I come out unhappy after long hours or even before work I m in here everyday and I will always come back regardless great place clean and amazing staff

Love this store. Always clean and stocked. Food is fresh and yummy. Managers are always available and helpful. Coffee is always hot and fresh. This store is ran well and Fahlyne is on top of her game.

Royal farms manage management is terrible. Bathrooms disgusting,, out of soap, sanitizers empty.. but yet during covid they would not allow you to check out/ purchase without a mask on your face. To the owners of royal farms, Make it make sense.

Fallon is doing an amazing job at her store!!Prior to her the store was under stocked and always dirty.I stopped in today to give it one more chance and the store is well stocked and clean!!!100% improvement!!
