No showers available but yet the employees has time for extended conversations with customers non related to business and to check and change the food labels on the hot food. I was told by an employee that they haven't had time to clean any showers. I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours before any showers would be clean and ready.

Don t even wanna give one star. Shower was slimy and filthy barley any hot water or water pressure. Toilet was filthy!

Large selection to choose from, great service, very polite staff, also has showers, washers, dryers if your traveling and need those things. There is a Denny's also in the same building. Fair prices, Very clean and maintained restrooms.

Nice showers. Good staff. Even let you pick the channels on .nice walk path if you make it so. I moved the sitting area closer to driver side. Just for us. The drivers. Drive well take sit enjoy what you do. Drive well.

A breezy stop for refreshment and gas not far from I-95, and easier than the crowded rest areas just off the highway.

There is not a federal law stating that you must scan my id if I by cigarettes. However I m required to prove my age . Presenting my identification for a visual scan is all that is required. Your clerk refused to sell me( a 33 year old man) cigarettes because I would not let her illegally scan my id allowing you to save and sell my information online. I will never return to your stores and I hope you are sued for selling hard working Americans information to private companies

Hear me out on this - I know we have Royal Farms, and it is pretty good for chicken. Flying J/Pilot has THE BEST gas station chicken wings in the area. I even like thier wings over some restuarants. Get in there and grab a couple and tell me I am wrong! They are a little spendy at $2 per wing, but I have never been disappointed.

Nasty Worse that I've seen and that's saying a lot. I have been trucking all over the country and this one had someone else's towels and trash in it. The toilet hadn't even been flushed. The porter had the nerve to walk around like he didn't have anything to do. Corporate will be emailed and they should be ashamed of this location.

Just stopped here for the night and the location was quiet compared to many other truck stops I ve stayed at. Walmart and dunks close by.

Easy to access location, but none of the water spigot worked by the RV dump station. We had to pull up in the handicap parking to fill up water. If you have less than a 50' hose on board it will be tricky. Hopefully they'll fix the water by the station soon.

Ladies that work there are professional and polite. Treat people like family. Highly recommend this place

I have never heard a person in customer service say to a customer that there in there way but I guess that's how Josh from northeast flying j does his job. That's probably why the place is Disgusting . I advise everybody go to the Elkton one it's a lot cleaner

Although the Dennys is closed the Pepperoni pizza was perfect, normally it isn t at other stops but they got the secret recipe at this one. Restrooms and shower rooms are clean. Cashiers are friendly. I heard one of the cleaning staff talking about how long I ve been in the shower. I don t care. Next time I ll make sure I take longer in the shower. Great job you guys 5 stars

it would be an excellent place, but there is a lack of hygiene, showers are dried with the same towel that the Driver dries himself with, The employee cleans the coffee machine ducts with her bare fingers without gloves to unclog the dust that comes out of the machine. Really have only seen disgusting, disappointing!

Just after spending $675 on fuel and supplies, a manager named Madeline took a can of freon from me that the maintenance man gave me that was discarded in the parking lot. The can with hose was dirty and dented. She literally asked to see it and proceeded to take it. She even tried to stop my purchase of $175 worth of equipment. I love Pilot and Flying J, but this really tickec me off.

Gentleman keeping the showers running are great guys. Very polite and helpful. Not so much at front counter. Get griped at for using the app and basically treated as tho I was a bother to their day

I went in to buy a soda. I bought the soda. Then I checked out, and I left. I didn't need gas. The place was clean and neat. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking. I recommend this travel center, the Flying J Travel Center in North East, Maryland.For those of you who are new to this area, the town name is North East. However, it's neither the farthest north town in Maryland (although it's close), nor is it the farthest east town in Maryland (not even close).

The bathrooms were clean, but they are understaffed. Only one cashier and there was a line. She implied that management has reneged on its plan to have self-checkout which would be really helpful

FlyingJ we drivers go through whole lot than just driving truck and when we stop we like take a little rest shower and keep going 06/28/2023 8:30PM my app was not functioning properly came to the register to look my account and get me a shower a caucasian girl behind counter don t have name badge told me oh well I can t look up your account and we re not doing shower right now I was behind 5 people and when my number came whole time she was busy straightening her hair .shower was working and there was no one else at the register

Some sort of construction in the truck entrance. 2 of the 3 EXPENSIVE washing machines out of order. Cash only can't use your My Rewards points. Service here is lacking and very disappointing. Avoid this location if possible

The place was nice. My only complaint was I had to wait till morning because there was a 2 hour wait for shower and I was out of time and had to pay for parking and it was 20 dollars.

Pizza was greasy and mushy. Cashier was rude and charged me for a mountain dew that I didn't get. Got two slices in one box on top of each other.

Place is packed. Trucks parked too far in to the aisle and illegally parked meansI can t safely back in to a reserved spot that I paid for. Bravo fellow drivers, what a way to show professionalism.

Took a shower and let's just say I wasn't happy to see someone else old dinner and dirty rag in the shower assigned to me workers are not cleaning up properly
