They are amazing. Even though my diesel is modified, Josh is always able to figure out and fix it the first time every time. Everybody is nice and welcome you with a smile.

Great Repair and MD Inspection Auto shop. Took SUV I recently purchased in for MD Inspection and I knew it had a major issue. Even though the issue wouldn t have made it fail inspection they were honest about what needed to be fixed so I had them do all the repairs I noticed it needed before purchase and the inspection. The price for the job and the fact that they warranty the work was perfect. Honest places will always get my business and this is an honest auto shop.

The service was quick and fast.Quality workmanship.Reasonable rates.After diagnosing what your issue is with your vehicle they contact you right away let you know what the problem is and where do you want to go from there.Customer service was outstanding.I would highly recommend this place

We had to have our tire balanced in the middle of a 3 hour drive. The team at Crouch had us back on the road with the tire fixed within an hour! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with getting the problem fixed!

An absolutely amazing experience. I was driving to DC from NYC when a battery light came on. By a miracle I pulled into Crouch with my emergency and the staff was courteous and friendly. In less than an hour, they had replaced my alternator and had me back on the road. I would use them for everything if I lived nearby as Crouch is an family owned style garage that you imagine, except it is a reality. Jose handled the intake and Kevin was the lifesaver in the bay with my 2000 lexus rx300.Thanks for getting me put back on the road with no delay to my trip.

Crouch Automotive helped us out when we were travelling in the area and had car issues. They made room in their busy schedule to fit us in and did a fabulous temporary fix to our splash shield so that we could continue to our destination several hours away. Friendly and very honest. We are very appreciative and only wish we lived in the area so we could service our vehicles there.

Dropped my vehicle off to get an issue fixed, they found and resolved more issues than what it was originally in for, and were informative throughout the whole process. Took just under three business days as well.

I went to get my truck inspected had a cracked windshield the day before inspection so it failed had issues with the insurance company kim and Jose were great Candace the manager went above and beyond to help rectify the situation she called me after hours trying to make sure I was good such as calling insurance I love it great atmosphere warm welcome Man yall better run to them for all your needs P.S.A. if you need a key fob they have a special going on

If I could give negative stars I would. In all it cost me over $1500 to have an new shop repair everything they damaged but may be a lot more in the future with a new rear end differential, not to mention being threatened by the manger when I asked about the problems. I had them work on two of my cars at the same time. The first car they left a bungy cord rapped around the brake line after they replaced the front hubs for a shake. I took it back as it wasn't fixed, they tried to charge me again for a diagnostic when it was never fixed the first time. It was also evident they never did the second diagnostic or they would have found the cord they lefts around the brake line. This could have ripped out my brake lines and left me with no brakes when driving. Also the alignment was never set right I had to have it done again at a different shop. The other car, this is a big one. I had them replace the differential, converting it from single drive to Posi LSD. I gave them two sets of bearings as it was unclear to me what ones were needed , They used the same bearings on both sides. If they would have looked they would have notices they needed one of each bearing, not two of the same. I complained about a low humming noise. The manager got very aggressive and threatening and told me it was prefect. I took it to another shop they found Crouch installed the wrong bearing in the wrong spot, This allowed the ring and pinion to float apart, causing minor tooth damage to the ring and pinion gears, also pushing out the left side seal causing all the oil to drain out. I was lucky in that I took it right away to a new shop. Less then a week later, after getting i back it started to smoke. I was right by an OEM service center so I turned in ASAP as it seems the car was almost on fire. Crouch had over serviced the trans causing the dip stick tube to push out, throwing oil in the LH exhaust manifold. (yes a fire hazard), Well to some it up I still have a minor hum to the ring/pinion gears but can't find a replacement without changing the whole rear end, the fire was averted. They need to pay for the damage still. To replace the rear end will cost over $5000. I am still driving it with the low hum. They need to be shut down. Only good thing to say is the tires I bought were a decent price but two leak air. I would like to note the owner contacted me directly over the repairs Joan was a great girl. She made sure the repairs were corrected to the specifications needed. I am happy to report the car is driving great now. Thanks for the follow up and repairs. I was out of town for work when the alternator unexpectedly died in my Charger. Crouch was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 2 hours. Excellent customer service....

OMG this shop is freaking awesome...had both vehicles in, they didn't push any extras, were friendly....in fact one vehicle had an issue after being serviced, they came and picked it up, fixed it and returned to the house

I have nothing but high praise for the entire Crouch team in North East. I was 40 miles away from my home and very unfamiliar with this part of town. All were very professional and polite. When I came in and presented my issue, they were able to get my vehicle looked at in about 30 minutes. Others were awaiting service that had appointments. They were able to pinpoint my issue and remove all error codes. My vehicle runs very smoothly. Thank you Crouch family!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

Wow, what great service! Dropped my new to me car off for an oil change and was greeted by two extremely pleasant and helpful staff members! I received a phone call about an unusual problem with my car and they sent me pictures and assured me they would see what they could do! A little while later I got the call my car was done and the crazy problem was resolved! The price was extremely fair! To top off the whole service, I got in my car and found the floor protected but surprised to find my seat, steering wheel and blinker covered! How great to know they treat your car with such care!Thanks for a great first service with Crouch! We will definitely bring all our cars to you!

I want to take a minute to give some praise to Dale Crouch at Crouch Automotive in North East, MD for doing an incredible job repairing my Pontiac for me. I only drive the car once or twice per week, and in the month since I picked it up from Crouch, the car is running again like brand new! The rough idle the car had presented a challenge to solve, but Dale always had the right attitude and never gave up until he figured it out. It shifts smoothly again and accelerates again as it should. If you need any car repairs done, don't hesitate to reach out to Crouch Automotive for whatever the problem is!

I started using Crouch Auto last year and now have my oil changed there every time. Tina at the Rising Sun location is awesome and they remember you when you call back to set up an appointment. You're not just another face. Prices are great and I'm always needing the "Biggie Special" of the Month. Crouch Automotive is great! The ladies in the office were amazing and so easy to talk to! Their prices were competitive to other shops I've been too! They have completed multiple services on many of our vehicles, anywhere from trucks to cars from Fords to Chevys. If you need auto repair or just general maintenance give them a call!!

Vehicle was dropped off and the repairs were done in a timely fashion, the work was done correctly and professionally. The attitude of everyone I came in contact with were friendly and the atmosphere gave me the feeling that crouch s must be a good place to work! I special ordered two tires from Crouch to put on my vehicle. Joanna gave me excellent updates on my tire order and an appointment to have them installed when they arrived. When I dropped my vehicle off for the appointment Crouch ran into problems getting the lug nuts off the vehicle (secure lug nuts alright!). She gave me multiple timely updates on the resolution and delivered my car back to me the next day with new lug nuts all around. Even though there was an extra charge I was thrilled she got them off.Service: Tire rotations

Would give the team at Crouch 100/5 stars (see below but I drive 45+ minutes to get my car serviced here)! These guys are the real deal. The whole staff is kind, honest, prompt, and just all around wonderful. I've been using them for about 2 years and they've done everything from a standard oil change to replacing my stolen catalytic converter. I recently moved further away and went to a different shop for my oil change - what a mistake! The other place wanted me to do unnecessary repairs and was upcharging at around 2x the cost. We have always had outanding service from Crouch Automotive in North East, MD. However, this is not the case with our last appointment. I requested an appointment online. Never received a call to schedule. So I called and got an appointment for two days later for an oil change and asked them to check out the passengers side for a wheel bearing going bad. The day �f my scheduled service, I had to call no less than 3 time for an update and was told there had been 2, then there were 4 emergency traveler that had to be taken care of first. Even though we have been loyal customers with Crouch Automotive in NE and have personally referred numerous customers to them only to be put at the back of the line. They didn't even have enough common courtesy to call us with what they found and estimate. I had to call once again to obtain the information. What you fail to understand is that the reason we put my vehicle in for service in the first place was because we were also going out of town on a trip and we wanted to make sure our primary vehicle was in tip top shape. So, something that would normally onlytake one day took two days. Very poor customer service from the front office to the service technician. I'm not sure what has changed within your company since our last visit but you will never work on any of our vehicles and I will never recommend you ever again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My family and I were going on vacation when the transmission went on i-95. We were taken to crouch automotive as it was the closest to where we became disabled. They were extremely helpful very kind and hospitable to me and my entire family. They were exceptionally pleasant and gave us comfort while we figured out our next move. They offered us coffee and even found extra sugar for us and kept our car until the end of our vacation and waited for us to get home to have it towed back to New Jersey. I have never come across an automotive shop that was so clean and the staff was so sweet understanding and helpful.
