Needed car battery replaced. The terminal was so corroded that the gentleman had a hard time getting it off. Despite the struggle and the freezing temperature, he was super nice and pleasant about the whole ordeal. He explained everything to me about what he had to do, why, and what caused the problem. Thank you!

For me, this place is like any other place. Finding the best price and availability is what we look for as customers. Advance Auto is usually the first choice for me.

i had to go there for some car parts that i ordered onlinei arrived and had decided i wanted to install a new radio system in my car but come to find out i was not able to receive any help in that department

I have a shop account with them. They are always courteous and if they don't have the part I need they find it and get it. Matt,Ben,frank,Alexis and the others are great to deal with.

I went into the store expecting to get a bit of help with a polish only to be told they had no idea. They also had no clue about almost every part I asked about. I guess expected an auto parts store to have employees that were knowledgeable about Auto parts and accessories. BTW all of my questions were very basic. All in all the employees were very polite and respectful. They just need more and or better training.

I bought an air filter. The air filter was the wrong one, from the factory in the right box. The staff was very helpful, and they got the right one for me. With no issues

The staff here is always awesome, Troy helped me last week, got my parts fast, great service. And Amber helped me today when my on line order was miss directed to PA. She hot it straighten out, went back and grabbed the battery I needed, made a call to get my discount corrected. Very curtious, and knows her products and parts. Very energetic, knowledgeable, and helpful. Best service ever from these two young associates. Thanks Amber an Troy!!!

Guys were pleasant and helpful. Bought wipers and it took a few tries to get the adapters right. But in the end they got them on and working for me on a VERY cold and snowy day. Would shop there again.

We arrived to return a battery core *just* as the store was closing. They were literally locking the doors. Amber graciously let us in and handled the return in about 2 minutes. Another wonderful customer service experience from this store! Thanks, Amber!

Just received some pretty awesome service from Joe at Advance Auto Parts in North East MD. Had an issue with a windshield wiper which came off while driving. Joe gave some great advice and had a look at the other wiper, wich ended up saving us a few bucks (and future headaches). Great service.

Came in to ask a couple simple questions about transmission fluid....Chris D could not be bothered with my simple questions about how many bottles of transmission fluid does does my jeep take? He answered a personal call in the middle of NOT helping me....then told me to read the bottle.....this man should not be working with customers ...Very rude!!!!I will not return to this store and I'll tell everyone I know NOT to shop here ...terrible customer service at this store do not shop here!!!!!!

It's a nice store. The people that work there are usually pretty helpful. Though sometimes you can run into a real crabby one but that's okay they've got everything we need.

I just took my starter to the store in northeast,md. and the guy that ran a test on it not only did he not know what he was doing he also caused it to fail by arcing the terminals so now my starter smells like burnt wires and I am out of a starter. That goes to show you how much this store really cares about their customers!

recently had a bad experience with another parts store,went across the street to advance auto and was treated excently by the staff at advance in north east md. and to top if off the price was even better at advance auto.i will be returning to that store for more parts.

They say they don't carry tail lights for a 2021 RAM. They do. 7443 right on the rack.

Lost a bearing on our trailer during a road trip to see family. Employee immediately told me he would not help us with a replacement bearing set. because he would have to actually do more then punch on his keyboard. Clueless and rude employee.

nobody seemed to want to help customers only two working and one was hanging out in front of the store texting and smoking . the other one was not helpful glad autozone is across the street !
