                      They charged my card over 100$ randomly without consent and without my card even being on auto pay or on file as ive had my bills pile up here to nearly 300 last time since you guys entered my tag as a maryland tag and costed me a lot of money due to the workers incompetence. This place should be shut down since i gave them 50$ last week for my tolls and now they say i somehow owe 160 when i cross the bridge on my way home and thats the only time it charges you when youre going from maryland to virginia. So tell me how yall used my 50$ plus needed 160$ five days later. Its a rip off absolutely zero sense how you guys are charging me so much money for crossing the bridge 5 days a week at 4.50 is only 22.50 a week so yeah makes no sense

                      You hear about poor customer service. My experience was the complete opposite! I did not catch her names but it was a very positive and well appreciated interaction.                       Have had an ez pass for over a year. Kept getting bills anyways. Paid over 200$ when i had an ez pass. The lady tried to get an attitude and tell me well thats your opinion when i tried to fix it then put me on hold and came back saying they had entered it as a maryland tag... when it was a virginia home address that i gave them and when they looked at my tag i kind of thought in this line of work they would know a virginia tag from a maryland tag especially the plain white ones. Someone elses incompetence shouldnt cost me money out of my pocket. They shouldve refunded me every penny but nope not their money so they dont care.                       Friendly staff who know their processes well and care about customer service. Stopped to purchase and register a new Maryland EZ-Pass tag. Parking is a little disheveled with the bridge construction nearby...but it is able to be figured out and there is ample parking available as you figure out the layout.                       Nobody a answers the phone number listed. Nobody answers main line either. Got a ticket for a vehicle that had my license plate but not my car.
