Mr. Evans from Tom Evans Towing is the Absolute Best! In a time of anxiety, confusion and stress, he was put in our path during a car accident and vehicle tow. He patiently gave us guidance as well as emotional support. He treated us not like another tow job but like FAMILY. He also offered referrals and suggested what steps to take next. This guy has a heart of GOLD!!!

Came to Ocean city for the wife's and i anniversary to get pulled over and get my car impounded by ocpd but Evans towing was very polite and took care of my car and towed it out of ocean city for me hands down the best towing company around highly recommendService: Local haulingService: Local hauling

We don't even know how to find the words to thank you Mr Evans!!! You absolutely came through for us when we really fealt hopeless! Thank you does not even seem appropriate or enough for how wonderful you treated my wife who was literally having a panic attack. You made an aweful situation bareable!! Best experience ever with a towing company. My wife and I were passing through on a road trip when our tire blew and our spare was no good. Not only did we get a very reasonable rate on our towing, but he went out of his way to help ua get back on the road. All the local tire stores were closed for the night, but he happened to know somebody.

Tow with a good time. Down on your luck enough to call a tow this man will treat you like family Much respect! After the tow share a moment to talk to him and you will forget about the reason you had to tow in the first place. I can't think of more ways to thank him a positive review is the least I could do.

The drivers are rude and drive pretty dangerously. Had one guy flip me off. Then he pulled up as I was about to turn into a parking lot and he flipped me off again. All because I blew the horn at him for pulling out in front of me on route 13 on a busy morning.

My car needed towing I asked him to drop me better location like hotel/somewhere that was open since it was 10pm and I know no one from Snow Hill, MD.Anyways, he simply told me to get off his truck right in front of McDonald. It was raining and there was no Uber/Lyft/taxi left me stranded and didn t really care.On top of that as of right now he told me my bill is the following$325 towing$50 (administration fee) first time seeing this for towing$60 every night ( he added since it was 10pm he will charge me $60 when it hits midnight)I don t know what planet he towed for but this is outrageous. When I tried to reason with him he went on how expensive everting is. I live in Minneapolis which is more expensive than this nowhere snow hill,MD.2 days later He told me to pay $550. I had to tell him I was gonna pay no more than $530. I paid $530 for less than 3 mile of towing. This towing company is scam and I am going to file complaint with the city and the county as I already started.My suggestion is to go with another towing. or ask him how much he is going to charge you before he picks your car up.Goood luck.

This company preys on people. They charged over $500 for a car they had for less than a day! It s highway robbery. I would never use this company they are con artists.

An awesome service. Was at my car in less than ten minutes. A very courteous man and no damage whatsoever to my vehicle. Will call again!

My wife & myself we re stuck on the side of the road with a flat .MrEvans was referred to us by a local man (we are from out of town 2 hours away) .MrEvans went out of his way to towe us to a tire shop that was amazing as well !He did everything for a great price & was very helpful !He made us feel so comfortable & we couldn t have asked for a better experience!!!

Don't use this company unless you want your personal property stolen from inside your car this guy is a thief and a bully who likes to pick on defenseless women.
