I am from out of state and needed front brakes and rotors in a hurry. He got it and had the front tires, brakes and rotors off before the new parts were even delivered. Out everything back together, took it out for a test drive. All was well. In and out in about 48 minutes. Highly recommend speed, fair pricing and professionalism.

A 5 star rating isn't good enough to give North Harford Automotive. Because these guys are above that. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've taken our vehicles here. Coming from a guy who works on cars for fun, I don't claim to know as much about automotive as these guys, but I know enough to understand everything they ve fixed or replaced and why. And I can tell you 100% that Paul and his team are more than fair, fast, and precise.

These guys are the place to go. Paul the owner is awesome he can anticipate what you re going to need and also has a great sense of humor. The entire staff is friendly & professional. About a year ago I took my Ford Flex to a transmission specialist in York PA. He told me $2,500.00 to rebuild it. A friend told me to get a second opinion at North Harford. They identified a minor problem they fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Never had the problem again. They easily could have given the same diagnosis but they instead proved their honesty. I have been back to them for a fan replacement and brakes. All work was done timely as promised and for a reasonable amount. The guys there are great to work with and respond promptly. The honesty issue alone was all I needed to become a steady customer. Take your vehicle to them and rest easy.

I have taken my trucks to these guys many times and they have done good work every time. My starter failed while driving down the road. The truck stalled out and would not restart. I called North Harford Automotive to see if I could get it towed there. They sent a mechanic out with a jump box and I was drive my truck to North Harford Automotive to get repaired. They saved me $$ on the tow. Good luck getting Meineke Lube Boy's to come help you when you're stranded on the road. These guys go out of their way and are honest with their customers. Very good people. Many thanks to the crew @ North Harford Automotive.

The North Harford Automotive team is great. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% professional. There are many other service stations closer to where I live but to me the extra drive is worth the piece of mind knowing that my cars will always receive the best care possible.

-I have been dealing with Paul and Rod and his mechanics for many years now and have always found them most accommodating and skilled in their repair of my cars and trucks. Anytime I didn't have a ride back home it was no trouble for someone to carry me back home and pick me up when the work was done or when I had an emergency and needed the car repaired quickly they managed to squeeze me in and fix the problem. I tried North Harford on the recommendation of a friend, and she was right. Paul and his crew were polite, efficient, and very open about what they were doing with my van, which doesn't always happen in other places. They took the time to explain in understandable terms what needed to be done, and the whole "vibe" was one of trust and honesty. The work was done well, and at a rate less than I had expected to pay. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Paul and his team provide professional automotive service for all my vehicles. I perform many maintenance tasks for my 5 vehicles, but when it comes to more involved jobs, I always take it to North Harford Auto. They are competent, skilled and fair with pricing. In addition, North Harford Auto provides the best prices when it comes to oil changes. Never disappointed.

North Harford Auto is honest, fair, and does the job right. I had a vehicle that was reaching the end of its life, and it started having problem after problem. Paul was always honest with me about what really needed fixing, and what could wait. He gave me some good advice about looking for a new van and even offered to give my new van a lookover to make sure I was getting a quality vehicle. It's good to have a repair shop I know I can trust and don't have to worry if I'm being overcharged.

Awesome location. Very likable, friendly crew ontop of excellent prices. If I run into any gremlin issues on my project car that I dont have the tools for, I scedule an appointment with these guys and they get the issue fixed in a jiffy. I point something out and they ACTUALLY explain the issue to me! Unlike dealerships, where if you end up with something like a bad throwout bearing they quote you for a whole transmission and dont even tell you whats wrong. Best mechanics I've recieved service from. Absolutely recommend them.

I needed a battery for my wife's car, right before a holiday weekend. Knowing NHA was an authorized Interstate dealer I gave them a call hoping that late in the day they could get me in. They did, even through the battery was not in their shop, the made a call, had it there by 2, I drove over, the guys put it in quickly, and I was off on vacation! Good service and responsive to customer needs.

I broke down one morning on the way to work and drifted onto their lot. They replaced my alternator same day for a fair price. I would use them for service I couldn't perform myself.

Have worked with these folks for many years. They maintain my 5 cars plus several relatives cars. Very honest and work is done promptly and correctly. The few issues I have had were treated with concern and corrected. That is all I can ask for. I would recommend this with out hesitancy.

Hi, This my friends is one of the great ones, this auto repair shop does everything,,,and this is one of the honest auto shop in Harford County, Not only honest, but they don't rake you over the hot coals like other shops do in harford county. So to sum it up there honest and fair on there prices. Ask for Paul,,tell him Nino sent you. Thanks for reading

You can depend on getting all around great service and pricing. From oil changes to a complete engine replacement. Nothing to small or job to big for these guys. Forget the overpriced dealerships with their manicures and lattes. True automotive geniuses at work here.

Went there two times for the same service that wasn t done properly. Have to go somewhere else for a third time that is going to cost me again, would not recommend this place to anybody would search around for other mechanics
