Lifesaver today when I needed to fill my leaking tire and four different gas stations air machines were out of order. I pulled in and they fixed me up no charge. Customer service is beyond excellent! Love coming for oil changes but this was also so awesome.

I pulled up 1 minute before they closed and they were able to service my car which desperately needed oil change. Really appreciate the service, demeanor, and respect for someone showing up late. Highly recommend these guys for your car service needs!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

No line (10:30AM SUN), gotta love that. Got an oil change and tire rotation. The techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted the rear transfer case changed - I just got the vehicle. They didn't have the oil in stock, so the tech directed me to another location, Brooklyn Park. Again the techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was there less than 10 minutes. All total probably 20-30 instore, nice.They do a new thing, stay in your vehicle while they service it. I like that. Both locations were spotless and bright.

Self identified manager played games with accepting an official coupon from corporate website. I ve had 20 years of good vibes with Valvoline and drive past Jiffy Lube to use them. This location had a terrible attitude! Will never give this location business again.

it was my first time ever taking a car to get an oil change and everyone was so nice (: they made me giggle and taught me how to pop my hood. i should have gotten their names to add to this review but everyone was great and i will be coming back! hopefully not too soon but definitely when i need another oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Friendly staff! Courteous and knowledgeable. Didn t try to oversell me on anything. Let me know I wasn t due for an oil change but could top off. Top off wasn t free as some places but appreciated the honesty and not trying to just take my money!!!! Fast and efficient.

We have a Fleet Service here that we will no longer use they refuse to rotate the tires saying that the van is too heavy however they have rotated the tires before and they're Jacks are well within the rating the company I work for has a fleet of eight vans that need oil changes by monthly you have just lost 8 customers do too laziness

Very impressed with my service here! Michael helped me out, and was very knowledgeable without being pushy. I used to work as a lube tech, and clearly all the guys clearly know their stuff.

I was honestly surprised by just how good this place is. I rolled up and was seen immediately. I didn't have to get out of my car and just sat there eating my lunch while they changed my oil. They did the standard upsell of everything that could be wrong with my car which I declined but not a concern. If that's something you want done, it's an option for you to take care of a few more items off your checklist.Overall I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and back on my way. For the next time I need an immediate oil change this is definitely my new go-to spot!!

The technician broke the oil dipstick while changing my oil, and dropped the broken piece into the oil reserve. I recently found out that he then... just left it there and didn't tell me. The car's in for sevice now, and they're estimating a few hundred dollars in labor to fish the broken end out. So while the oil change was speedy, I'm now dealing with a large bill to fix the damage, and would not recommend this business for future service.

Groupon makes it worth it. Staff are pretty nice, but everytime I have gone there, there's been a problem of some sort. First time they charged my cc too much and had to wait like 25 minutes for them to figure it out and return cash, next time the started in my van, made me reset the warning that wasn't even on and van wouldn't start... Got to start eventually and didn't end up doing oil change. Next time I went they put the wrong oil in and had to flush and redo...

I ve used Valvoline before, in a different location, but I have never seen efficiency and teamwork the way I did yesterday. The team on Veterans Hwy is the most professional garage I have ever been to. It was actually fun to watch the process. We will definitely be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went on a Friday evening for a oil change. First of all the service station was ver clean. Second the customer service was great. The team that was there look like they work well with each other. I knew exactly what my vehicle needed and they respected that.I had a special request during my visit and they were able to accommodate me.I ll definitely take my business there again.

TuQuan and Anthony were very thorough with the service above while Joshua worked to drain the oil below. Very quick and excellent customer service which is hard to come by! Definitely recommend. Best car servicing I ve ever experienced! Quick, affordable and hassle-free. You don t even have to exit your car! Will, Terrance and Joshua really went above and beyond to take care of my car. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had cars in and out in 15 minutes, which is at least 500% quicker than I ve ever experienced. This business has only been open for two weeks but you d think the crew had been in a few Daytona 500 pits in their day.I made an offhand comment about driving down to Georgia this weekend and they took it upon themselves to be extra thorough and check things without being prompted. I know a lot of things about a lot of stuff but I don t know anything about cars so when they asked me if the flux capacitor had been serviced recently and I gave them a panicked deer in the headlights look they STILL remained professional. They weren t even a smidge condescending when they pulled out my air filter that looked like it had been left under the seat of an unsupervised toddler at M&T Bank stadium for 12 consecutive seasons.I m the type of person that will continually put off appointments because of the embarrassment of not knowing what to ask for and then the subsequent judgmental look when I can t answer the pop quiz about my cars servicing history. These employees just wanted to take care of my car and help me have a safe driving experience.So if you got to the bottom of this review you re probably an introvert like me and are looking for someone s helpful review to assure you that this will be as painless as possible. This is that review.

First time going, won't be going again or recommending to anyone. I came for a simple oil change, they asked me if it was my first time and proceeded to charge me $95 for synthetic oil. (I later looked up that it is usually around $70-$80). The mechanic while very nice, did not know what they were doing. They somehow broke a connection in my car which caused coolant to leak on my engine. Then proceeded to work on the car for 4+ hours, only to send me somewhere else because he couldn't fix it. Once I went to the new place they sent me, they were able to fix it within 15 minutes, telling me that it was a simple fix and that whoever worked on it did not know what they were doing. All in all wasted about 5 hours for an overpriced oil change.

Spoke down to me and did 6 upsells, were not happy about the ones I refused despite the fact that i was spending $160 (bought 2 out of 6 just to move it along). And when I noticed my car was driving oddly the next day and checked the tires, they'd overfilled them. You can talk down to me for not knowing about my car, or you can mess up something basic like tire pressure, but you can't do both.

This place is out of their mind, $109.00 for an oil change! The dealership doesn't charge that much! I saw that on the screen, asked the guy to verify how much they cost, and said forget about it and drove off. Ps: That was $109.00 BEFORE taxes and that other stuff they try to sell you on. What a rip off! One-Zero-Nine plus taxes for an oil change alone. Outrageous!

They didn't check the air in my tires; they didn't do alot of things or even ask. He tried to up sell the grade of oil. He saw an oil leak which I knew about Then he offered his opinion as to where he thought it was--he should never offer his opinion. First off the engine has to be cleaned & then see where its leaking. Although he emphasized how bad the leak was, he made no mention of how the oil was on the dip stick. When I asked how much oil showed on the stick, he said it was fine. The oil he saw was accumulated for some time on the engine, so naturally it looked probably worst than it is. This location is new and I've been to it twice now and I'm not impressed. The location in Glen Burnie is better run; employees are friendlier and they check everything they are supposed to. NOT IMPRESSED!!

Be careful using this location, watch what they are doing to your car. They walk around acting like they know what they're doing and have the loud shop talk routine down to an art form, but they don't pay attention, they're rude and they do their work with their heads up their a*s.

I specifically told the guy multiple times I don't want anything else checked on my car. They proceeded to check different things on my car that I didn't want checked. Then they didn't even do a good job with the oil change. They left my car a couple quarts low on oil and it almost ruined my car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
