Our Infinity had long term leaking issues that were repaired but the carpet and interior were a mess. And mold issues on top of that.Car Guys took care of all these headaches for us and saved us boatload of money. The car looks and smells brand new. A gallon of milk burst in the trunk of my car. I tried almost every DIY technique to rid the car of the odor. Everything failed. I knew I had to have it detailed but was skeptical that even that would work. I read great reviews of The Car Guys and I decided to give them a call. Fred, the owner, was so nice and reassured me that they could take care of it. Boy was that an understatement! When I arrived at their shop, I quickly realized this is not your ordinary detailing company. They have a massive garage with a beautiful collection of unique cars that have been pristinely restored. The shop where the restorations take place is immaculately clean. Fred s amazing and talented team worked their magic and left my car looking and smelling better than when it rolled off the lot a decade ago! They gave me the keys to an essentially brand new car. I could not be happier that I found them. Want a job that's not only well done but just plain immaculate? This is your shop. Fred, the owner, is one of the most chill and down to earth guys I've met and runs a stellar shop. All of his staff are insanely professional while also coming off as one of your close buddies. I originally brought my 05 Saab 9-2x in for a detail and paint correction. To my dismay, the guys informed me that while they could and most certainly would do EXACTLY what I asked. That it may not be the best idea, while then proceeding to point out the reasons why. After touring the shop and seeing some of their work, I trusted their opinion as the work spoke for itself. Fast forward a couple months (the car needed A LOT of work, this should not be a negative reflection of then time it took for them to finish the job. Also, quality work takes time. Don't rush them, trust me it's worth the wait.) and my car is a completely different machine. Awesome body work, paint/paint matching, detailing, a complete interior swap and deep cleaning. Caleb, even let me bother him via Instagram during the process as I kept adding services as they came up. He was able to diagnose a starting issue, A/C issue, amongst a few other things. And while it's one thing to point out issues, like a typical shop would to get more money. Caleb provided solutions to each issue and listened to what I wanted and stayed within my budget. These are definitely the type of guys you grab a beer with that you can trust to fix your car. I cannot recommend this shop enough! The car guys did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my car. I had no idea they were a truly professional car cleaning business that normally does high-end vehicles (so don t go here looking for the lowest quote). But the final result was taking my 2013 family SUV and making it look brand new. Virtually every nook and cranny was cleaned, with huge attention to detail given on every surface. The best part was they went out of their way to get it done in a hurry before I went out of town two days later.

If I could give The Car Guys ten stars, I would. A hundred stars, even.Last month, my daughter was rear-ended while driving my car on 70E near the 695 interchange. We were told by the insurance that my car was totaled due to the location of the damage and the age of the car. We kind of thought it could still be fixed, so my husband called several auto shops in the area, but none of them were interested in the work after hearing the description. Fred at The Car Guys was the first to tell us that it was possible. He and his guys are absolute wizards with cars, and my 9-year-old, 113K miles car came home today looking brand new. I could not be happier with their work, attention to detail, personal service, and commitment to quality work.I have a very sentimental attachment to this car, and I have to admit that when they brought her out this morning I cried because she looked so beautiful. I went from thinking I was going to lose this car to the junkyard to being able to drive a sparkling, spotless car home.Need body work or detailing? Call The Car Guys. The Car Guys took amazing car of my 2006 and 2017 Chevy Malibu. They were very professional, and exhibited outstanding customer service. They made each of my vehicles look better than they did they day the were driven off the dealership lot. I love their delivery service, it is very convenient. I will continue to use The Car Guys for all future needs for my vehicles.

Bottom line: I would recommend them & return again!They did a phenomenal job detailing my car, which was dirty from a dog, moving, sandy/dirty road trips, daily commutes & parking under trees all the time. My car was as clean & new looking as it could ever possibly be again!Before leaving my car with them, they were very social & informative about the process, their business & even gave us a tour. I've had this car detailed before at another place & it did not have the same inviting feel, it cost about the same & the end result was only average. So from my experiences, I definitely recommend The Car Guys!

The Car Guys - Minor DamageBrought my new Mustang GT350 here to get cleaned up and sealed. Fred (the owner) and his son Geoffrey were great. It was my first time at this shop. I was given a quick tour and a rundown of the services they provided. Fred informed me I could drop off my vehicle that day and offered to take me home since I lived close by. He didn't mention I would be charged an additional $25 for this kind gesture the next day, but I still appreciated the ride home.My vehicle was ready the next day and looked amazing. Geoffrey certainly did a great job.The only reason they lost 2 stars was because on my way home I noticed a scratch on the leather portion of my steering wheel. Something I know I would've felt/noticed before dropping the vehicle off. It appears someone had something jagged in their hand (or maybe a sharp ring on their finger) and it slid across, tearing the leather a bit. I also noticed a small chip on the edge of the driver's door. This chip could only have gotten there by opening the door and hitting something. Since I'm still in the "honeymoon phase" with this car, there is no way I did that, and again, I would have noticed it beforehand.I spoke to the owner a couple days later about these minor issues (not expecting any remedy, just to inform him). Fred heard me out and was sympathetic but insisted there was no way he or his team did either of the damages. He suggested the damages were there when I bought the car, I just didn't notice them. I disagree.Overall, I am pleased with their work; however, replacing the steering wheel will cost about $500, if I choose to go that route. That being said, I likely will not return here for that reason. But I have no doubt this business will continue to be a success because they do good work and have great customer service. It's disappointing that my new car was lightly damaged though, I would've loved to continue to bring my cars here and refer them to my friends, co-workers, and family.

Outstanding service and quality work that is reasonably priced. Mr. Blair was very accommodating on our short notice and time frame. The detailing and body work was exceptional. Great communication as they kept us up-to-date on the progress of the car. He, I believe, was just as excited as we were to pull off this surprise for my son. You can really feel the passion they have for cars.

I've been taking all of my cars to the Car Guys to many years now and longer than I can recall. Not only have I taken my family's vehicles there but also recommended them to everyone I know. My parents and friends of both mine and there's have all had their vehicles detailed by the best in the business in the Car Guys. Their customer service is top notch and their attention to detail in all the work they do is first class. No matter what the issue is i'm having with a car I always go to them first. I highly recommend anyone interested in getting their cars cleaned and detailed to get it done right by the Car Guys!

My husband took his vehicle here after his car was hit in our parking lot.After extensive research and our move from Baltimore we found The Car Guys.Their service was stupendous, they told us how to go about the claim and even managed to fix some extra little scratches that were on his Honda came out looking like it had just left the lot.!We will be a customer for life!Thank you very much for your amazing service, Aaron says hello!

I m very happy with The Car Guys ! Fred and his son were extremely helpful while guiding though my new winter rim and tire purchase. They recommended options and never pushed me one way or another. Additionally, since I had ordered the tires from a 3rd party The Car Guys had me deliver them directly to them rather than deal with moving them from my house to their facility. Chris V. was extremely friendly and patient as he installed my radar detector using a 3rd party mount as well as tapping power from my rear view mirror. He completed it in roughly and hour and everything looks and works perfectly. While Chris was installing my radar detector another employee was mounting my new wheels/tires and cleaning off my summer rims/tires toprepare them for storage. While the tires are in storage, The Car Guys will be fixing a couple minor rim dings so I ll be set when I m ready to swap. Next up is a nano wax which will make the color really pop in the spring! Excellent job, great people and highly recommended!

This place was recommended by a family member who is in the auto repair business. I have a 2003 Chrysler 300, it had never been waxed since I got it. Well, when I picked it up, it looked brand new. I had some bad scratches and dings, and you could not find them, they did a touch up on all of those spots. The inside was like it was when I bought the car. They shampooed the carpet and mats and cleaned the leather to the point it smelled like a brand new car. Was thinking of trading the car in because it was 10 yrs. old, but now I think I might keep it for another 10 years. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of restoring your cars good looks. Mike who worked on my car as well as others, were very professional and polite. He took me all around the car and explained everything they did. Just all around nice guys. A big THANK YOU goes out to "The Car Guys". Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A few day later....Just wanted to add that I had a concern over some scratches that showed up on my drivers door a few days later, so I took my car back and showed them, they immediately got to work on fixing the problem with no questions asked, they just pulled my car in and did what had to be done to fix it, all while I waited. These guys are diffinitly about pleasing the customer. there motto should be, "we do the job and we do it right" to make our customers happy. Well this is one happy customer.Thanks again for all that you did. You guys are terrific!

These guys work on cars because they love cars. They repainted my 17 year old, 250,000 mile, sports coupe and it looks terrific. They detailed the car, buffed the headlights, cleaned the interior, and and the car looks fabulous. I am very impressed with how good the car looks considering what it cost me. Excellent value. Great to work with these guys.

Extremely pleased with my experience from the car guys. Took my highlander in for an interior detailing due to a musty smell I had in my car that I just couldn t get rid of. With a simple look they were able to tell me that the smell was caused from a water leak and I could possibly have mold! I was blown away but the owner Fred was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. He encouraged me to call my insurance company as he has seen this before and it may be covered. This was an expensive task for them to clean it and resolve the leak, luckily insurance covered it and they fixed my car. No smell and it s super clean! The man and his son who run the business are so nice and helpful!! They did 2 very dirty cars for me spur of the moment (I have 3 small children) and the cars looked cleaner then when I bought them. You can tell these men are passionate about their job and really love cars. The attitude alone makes a huge difference. The fact that my car was so immaculate, was the icing on the cake. I was scared to put my kids back in it! I would reccomend this company to anyone and everyone. Well worth the cost.

Let me start by saying I don t ever write reviews of companies, but Fred and his staff went the extra mile to take care of a problem I had with my car. Although they had a very busy schedule the day I went in, they found a way to accommodate me. Their welcoming nature and genuine care and attention to serving their customers is not lost on me. I without a doubt will return for my future car needs.

The Car Guys did a superb job on my old Mini. Work included paint, tint, headlight, and detailing. It looks brand new! Staff is friendly; quality is excellent.

We brought our SUV to The Car Guys to have the interior detailed. Fred and his team did a great job and the interior looks like it did when we bought the car - Showroom New.Fred quoted us a price when we brought the car to his shop and that is exactly what he charged us when we picked it up. He provides a quality, custom service and based on our experience, we'll be using them again in the future.

If you love your car and want it to look as good (or even better) as the day it was new then you need to put the Car Guys on your phone s speed dial. They are car detail craftsman. They did such an extraordinary job on my old car that I brought my new, long awaited, 2017 BMW M2 to them straight from the dealer the day it arrived. The M not only looks as good as it was designed to, but with Fred and Geoffrey s master touch it is now as protected from the elements (paint chips from pebbles, etc.) as is humanly and technologically possible.I now worry and obsess less about my next ding, scratch or paint chip because I know that the fix is a phone call away. Great service all around and trustworthy. Needed my car picked up from the Baltimore Vehicle Processing Center (the port that the military ships cars to in Baltimore) and a friend recommended Fred from The Car Guys. I sent Fred all the required documentation and he made it easy. He picked up my car, filled it with gas, and even scooped my mom up at the Baltimore airport to give her the car. I highly recommend--they go the extra mile to earn your business.

As soon as they found out we were military and needed to get a detail so we can ship our car to Germany they dropped everything and prioritized us! We are so appreciative of the quick and detailed work they did on such short notice. An awesome company!!!

I'm so happy I found this place! You could eat off the floor of this shop, which is the kind of business that I prefer. Family-run, friendly and took excellent care of my car while I was away on business. I'm one of those nightmareishly particular customers when it comes to the condition of my car, but the way they treat their customers' cars put me at ease. I will be back over and over again. They also have a great network of other trusted automotive businesses.

Was provided an appointment on the day I chose, and within one week of buying a gift card for the job. They made the 2007 Honda look as good as a 7 year old car possibly could. Really good attention to detail, getting dirt from all places you normally would not check, wash, wax, dress the wheels, steam-clean the engine and that was just the outside! After shampooing the interior seats and carpet and cleaning all plastic surfaces the inside looked as great as the day the car was bought. Kudos to the technician(s) that performed the work-looks like he treated it as if it was his own car.

We flew out of BWI airport for the holidays and decided to drop off our 2015 Jeep Cherokee at The Car Guys for a tint job, detail, and a minor dent removed from the driver side door. Turns out they provide drop off at BWI so we didn't have to find a taxi ride to the airport or worry about our car left in an airport parking lot while we were gone. We came back to our car looking better than the day we bought it. The tint is done perfectly and now we don't have to have a window shade for our baby. The dent was removed and paint retouched, and the detail left our car feeling as smooth as butter. Really impressed with the service and turn around time. Professional and friendly environment. All done between $500-$600, we were happy to get all 3 services done at the same place. Would highly recommend them to get your car looking like the day you bought it.

I expected extraordinary service and was severely disappointed. I arrived with a small piece of leather damage and also in need of a full detail. I met with the son of the owner who quoted me $300.00. At the end of the agreement of $300 for a full detail and leather repair, the owner (the father) came and said he wasn't sure if $300 would be a price he could make a profit on. I asked for him to explain and he has informed me the leather repair man (subcontractor of the company) may ask for a higher payment. I didn't see how this was my problem as I made an agreement of $300 with the son. Conclusion... the father (owner) would call me and let me know if there were any problems.When I went to pick up my car, the father (owner) asked for the money first. I gave him $300 and then he told me that the car got a half detail and the leather was repaired. The scratches on the car was not fixed (which was also included in the $300) and there was still wax on the car that was not buffed in.You can put 2 and 2 together that they did not provide the appropriate customer service by 1) Not calling me and notifying me there was a profit issue with the service I had an agreement on for $300, 2) Changing the service I wanted and agreed with on their own discretion so they can make money off the $300 and 3) not completing the project.After a discussion, they would not return my money or finish the job.Not much I can do with a mom and pop company but walk away and hope this complaint finds customers out there that take these reviews seriously.

Wow! I just had my Lincoln Town Car detailed at "The Car Guys" and they couldn't have done a better job. They cleaned everything from "head to toe" even my spare tire compartment was cleaned along with my door jams and trunk jams which were extremely filthy. Just parts of my car that i wouldn't have even think to have cleaned myself was done with perfection. So if you are looking to have your vehicle professionally cleaned "The Car Guys" is the perfect place to take it.

Took my new STI for window tint, the tint job was good, alittle more expensive then most tint shops but they could do it that day so I paid the extra. He said my car will be ready by 3:30 so I got there at 3:15. Here he comes pulling down his driveway in my car with one of his employees in the passenger seat. My car was dirty because of the pollen but I had just jet sealed it two days prior. The kid in the passenger seat gets out with a rag and starts whipping the hood of my dusty car. I kindly said leave it alone I will wash it when I get home. What kind of detail shop wipes a dry dusty car? Needless to say I now have a bunch of clear coat swirls on my hood of my brand new STI with only 300 miles on it. I pay the 300 bucks for the tint and head home only to notice a big box in my backseat from the post office. The owner called me and asked if he left a package in my car. Then it dawned on me this guy and his employee took my car to run his errands and go to the post office. My new car with only 300 miles!! So I told him I have his package and I don't appreciate you taking my car to run your errands. His response is oh we are heavily insured. Leave this place alone unless you are ok with them taking you new car to run errands. Never again for me!

Fred and his technicians treated me and my vehicles with 'kid gloves'! I trusted them with my 2003 Mitz Eclipse Spyder for several years. (when I finally found out about them) They could handle anything from a wash and shine to a full detail that included under the hood and trunk! Often, I would drop 'my baby' when flying out of town. Fred would get me to the airport and pick me up upon my return (for a small fee of course). The car was waiting for me shining like a jewel!.When I needed a new rag top, Fred connected me with pros who did an expert replacement. He had another expert perform paintless dent repair of door dings and a deer hoof dent. He did awesome and I couldn't even tell the dents were there! If there was any cleaning needed like my daughter's spill of barbecue sauce on the fabric seats of her SUV, the CarGuys got it looking new! I trusted them to micro seal the paint on my new SUV. Of course a nasty bird promptly crapped on the hood. It rained on my way home and....it blew right off! Fourteen months later, it still shines and repels wonderfully! I am now living in Florida and I can't find anyone to match the Car Guys! Give them a chance to show you what they can do. You won't be disappointed.

I went to The Car Guys to get a trailer hitch put on for my bike rack, and to get my headlight covers polished. Both times their service was great and done completely to my satisfaction.I dropped off my car, went for a bike ride and when I came back it was done. The trailer hitch is on there solidly and I have no worries about it at all, as I did with my trunk rack. They even assembled the bike rack for me and had it ready to go when I I came back from my ride.I didn't realize how bad my headlights were fogged over until I went to The Car Guys. I could see they had yellowed with age, but I didn't know how bad that prevented the light from shining through. The difference is night and day. It was definitely a "Wow" moment when I turned on the newly polished lights that first night.
