Excellent service. They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle, even more than an oil change. Made some extra basic repairs at no extra charge. Very polite from beginning to end. Highly recommended for their signature service. Seems to be a theme with Jiffy Lube at different locations. Definitely worth a try!

Everything about this location is good. This is one of the most professional group of people that you could meet. They are consistently going above and beyond their normal support to take care of customers. It is also amazing that regardless of the new workers that arrive, the culture never changes. I was so impressed with this Jiffy Lube. They were friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and the place was very clean. He even held the car door open for me upon leaving! I came to this location for a oil change, about 2 wks after my car broke down omw to work. After having to towed to a mechanic shop the diagnosis from them was that the oil filter was loose and causing the oil to leak, which eventually ran empty and blew my motor. I called them to explain the situation. And the lady that answered the phone tried to tell me I had an oil leak when I came in initially (not true). After anth 4wks of them not returning my phone calls I got a hold their local corporate office....within an hour of speaking to them I get a call back from a gentleman telling me they have camera footage of them putting on and tightening the oil filter (not sure how video proves tightness but that was the answer I was given). I asked if the video also showed the oil leak they claimed my vehicle had prior to service and the guy didn't know what I was talking about. I was told they could email me the video and passes along once again and the no return calls process started over again. This company did no due diligence, they wouldn't look at the car or provide any type of communication to help work toward a solution....very unprofessional with customer service as well as pr using the service they are supposed to specialize in.....wil never go to this or another jiffy lube againService: Oil change

Incredibly disappointed in the service received. I've been a customer for many years and I believe I am done. I'd rather pay the dealership for guaranteed knowledgeable service than these clowns.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Technicians do not seem properly trained to complete a standard oil change and the management at this location is awful. They will provide you with incorrect invoices for services that were performed to your vehicle, meaning you have no idea what they did to your car! Which in my opinion is extremely negligent! Stay CLEAR! Management will not assist or take responsibility for any errors.

This location was the best Jiffy Lube I ve ever been to. Hands down exceptional service. Greeted upon entering, everything explained very detailed. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday morning. Office was very clean and tidy. Customer service was top tier and efficient! I even learned a few things I never knew about top offs and brake fluid! Best location from my experience! Definitely recommend this location!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I pulled up and was quickly greeted at the bay door entrance. They quickly assessed my needs and pulled me in for my service. Gave me all of my recommendations, no pressure to do anything else. Serviced my vehicle and checked me out quickly. The cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room offered free hot coffee while you wait. Definitely will return.Service: Oil change

What the heck did I just experience? This was by far the best and quickest oil change I ve ever had in my life. No other Jiffy Lube location even compares and I ve been to a bunch since I m a traveling salesman. Would highly recommend and I will certainly be back the next time!

The crew at this location were extremely helpful and attentive to all the customers that were present. From the garage to the reception area, everything was delightful. From the time that I sat down in the reception area to the time when I got my vehicle back, was no more 10 mins if that. Will be having my oil changed at this location from now. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. They addressed me by my name immediately when I pulled up and asked if I wanted the same type of oil change as last time. That made the check-in process super easy and was a nice touch. I also like that a team member explained what needed replacing using a big display inside the shop. The cashier used a 20% off coupon for me since the 15% off coupon that was sent in my email (expires 5/11/2023) wasn t working. It was very nice of him to use a code that was 5% more than what I normally use. I really appreciate when they do things like this. Any little bit of money saved these days is a huge help.

Pulled in 10 minutes before they open. 5 minutes before they open the technician pulled me to the door and manager/franchisee greeted me by name (I have only been here once before). I let them know my vehicle was just over the mileage and I received a low oil warning yesterday. The manager had them verify how low the vehicle was and told me they offer free oil check and top off between oil changes. They completed the job and I was in my car in 15 minutes. I've been coming here for almost two years now, and let me tell you I've been too many jiffys there is absolutely no better jiffy lube then this one right here!
